本实用新型公开了一种水产养殖饲料投喂机,包括储料仓,所述储料仓顶部设置有斜支架,且斜支架顶部焊接有顶板,所述储料仓底部焊接有出料仓,所述出料仓内部顶端设置有电磁阀,所述出料仓两侧焊接有固定耳架,所述出料仓内部设置有旋转仓,所述旋转仓顶部设置有电机,且电机顶部设置有导热管,所述旋转仓外表面设置有弹性滤网,所述旋转仓内部底端设置有限位杆,所述限位杆顶部设置有回收仓,所述限位杆底部设置有泡沫板,所述出料仓底部两侧设置有出料管,所述限位杆两端设置有弹簧管,且弹簧管外侧设置有吸盘。本实用新型中,该投喂机整体结构设计简单合理,实现了不同面积的投喂效果,使用安全稳定,具有较强的实用性。

[0002]水产养殖是人为控制下繁殖、培育和收获水生动植物的生产活动,一般包括在人 工饲养管理下从苗种养成水产品的全过程,广义上也可包括水产资源增殖,水产养殖有粗 养、精养和高密度精养等方式,粗养是在中、小型天然水域中投放苗种,完全靠天然饵料养 成水产品,如湖泊水库养鱼和浅海养贝等,精养是在较小水体中用投饵、施肥方法养成水产 品,如池塘养鱼、网箱养鱼和围栏养殖等,而在水产养殖过程中需要定期的投喂饲料,以便 水产品能够快速成长。
[0003]然而现有的饲料投喂机在使用过程中存在着一些不足之处,对于投喂机的投喂面 积相对固定,降低了投喂机的工作效率,满足不了水产养殖的需求。 实用新型内容

[0016]本实用新型中,首先通过设置的导热管,能够将电机工作产生的热量进行有效的 回收,然后在回型的导热管内均匀向外散发,从而对储料仓内的饲料起到烘干效果,避免饲 料湿度过大而发生过度的腐蚀现象,延长了饲料的保存时间,其次通过设置的限位杆,当电 机丄作市功规将包转动时,限位杆内的弹簧管在离心力的作用下向外侧拉伸,从而改变了 旋转仓的直径大小,扩大了饲料的投喂面积,增强了投喂机的工作效率,最后通过设置的泡 沫板,利用了泡沫板的自身特性,能够在投喂机掉落时避免投喂机沉入水中,从而避免了投 喂机更大的损失,提高了投喂机的使用安全性。

[0024]当电机12带动旋转仓10转动时,旋转仓1〇会产生离心力,此时限位杆9受到离心力 的作用,将弹簧管I6向外拉伸,从而增大了旋转仓10的直径,使得饲料的投喂面积变大。
[0025]工作原理:使用时,通过固定耳架3将投喂机安装在工作地点,饲料加入到储料仓1 内,然后开启电磁阀11,启动电机I2工作,此时电机12通过转轴带动旋转仓10旋转产生离心 力,限位杆9在离心力的作用下使得弹簧管16变长,此时饲料沿着弹性滤网5向下滑落进入 出料仓4,而颗粒直径过小的饲料透过弹性滤网5进入回收仓6内收集,另一部分饲料通过出 料管7向下排出,而导热管2能够收集电机12产生的热量对储料仓1内的饲料进行烘干,顶板 13起到了防水的效果,另一方面泡沫板8能够避免投喂机沉入水中,使得该投喂机安全使 用。

1.一种水产养殖饲料投喂机,包括储料仓(1),其特征在于,所述储料仓(1)顶部设置有 斜支架(14),且斜支架(14)顶部焊接有顶板(I3),所述储料仓(1)底部焊接有出料仓(4),所 述出料仓⑷内部顶端设置有电磁阀(11),所述出料仓⑷两侧焊接有固定耳架(3),所述出 料仓⑷内部设置有旋转仓(10),所述旋转仓(10)顶部设置有电机(12),且电机(12)顶部设 置有导热管(2),所述旋转仓(10)外表面设置有弹性滤网(5),所述旋转仓(1〇)内部底端设 置有限位杆(9),所述限位杆⑼顶部设置有回收仓(6),所述限位杆(9)底部设置有泡沫板 (8),所述出料仓⑷底部两侧设置有出料管(7),所述限位杆⑼两端设置有弹簧管(16),且 弹簧管(16)外侧设置有吸盘(15)。
