本实用新型公开了一种立灯,包括立架,装于立架上的灯座、电路板以及USB接口组件,灯座与电路板电连接,USB接口组件包括装于立架上的卡盒以及装于卡盒内的USB母座,USB母座与电路板分离并通过导线与电路板电连接,USB母座包括Type‑C USB母座、Mirco USB母座和Mini USB母座中的至少一种,卡盒的盒壁与USB母座的插口相对的位置开设有供外部的USB数据线的接口穿过以插入USB母座的插口的过孔。本实用新型将USB母座与电路板分离设置,并通过导线电连接,因此,可将USB接口组件的体积做得较小,以降低USB接口组件对安装空间的要求,使USB接口组件的安装具有更多的位置选择,并能提高立架的整体美感。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,特别涉及一种立灯。
背景技术
为增加立灯的使用功能,现有技术在立灯上设置USB接头,在需要时外接USB电源线为电子产品(如手机、平板电脑、电子书等)充电。
现有的具有USB接头的立灯主要包括立架,装于立架上的灯座,灯泡,电路板以及USB接头等部件。其中,USB接头的接口焊接在电路板上并与电路板电连接,与电路板集成为一体,但这种USB接头和电路板集成一体的结构,会导致整个USB接头体积较大,使USB接头的安装受到安装空间大小的限制,在立灯的立架(特别是在一些体积较小的立架)上的安装操作较为不便;同时,会降低立架的整体美感。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提出一种立灯,旨在使USB接口安装操作更为方便,并提高立架的整体美感。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提出包括立架,装于立架上的灯座、电路板以及USB接口组件,灯座与电路板电连接, USB接口组件包括装于立架上的卡盒以及装于卡盒内的USB母座,USB母座与电路板分离并通过导线与电路板电连接,USB母座包括Type-C USB母座、Mirco USB母座和Mini USB母座中的至少一种,卡盒的盒壁与USB 母座的插口相对的位置开设有供外部的USB数据线的接口穿过以插入USB 母座的插口的过孔。
本实用新型技术方案将USB 母座与电路板分离设置,并通过导线电连接,因此,可将USB接口组件的体积做得较小,以降低USB接口组件对安装空间的要求,使USB接口组件的安装具有更多的位置选择(例如可方便地安装于体积较小的立架上),并能提高立架的整体美感。

下面将结合附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
需要说明,若本实用新型实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后、顶、底、内、外、垂向、横向、纵向,逆时针、顺时针、周向、径向、轴向……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,若本实用新型实施例中有涉及“第一”或者“第二”等的描述,则该“第一”或者“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本实用新型要求的保护范围之内。
本实用新型提出一种立灯。
本实用新型实施例中,如图1至4所示,该立灯包括立架1,装于立架1上的灯座2、电路板3以及USB接口组件4,灯座2与电路板3电连接,用于安装灯泡,电路板3通过电源线与电源(未图示)电连接,电源可以为市电或者电池,USB接口组件4包括装于立架1上的卡盒41以及装于卡盒41内的USB母座42,USB母座42与电路板3分离并通过导线43与电路板3电连接,因而可将USB接口组件4的体积做得较小,以降低USB接口组件4对安装空间的要求,使USB接口组件4的安装具有更多的位置选择(例如可方便地安装于体积较小的立架1上),并能提高立架1的整体美感,USB母座包括Type-C USB母座421、Mirco USB母座422和Mini USB母座(未图示)中的至少一种,如图4所示,为USB母座42包括Type-C USB母座421和Mirco USB母座422的情况。卡盒41的盒壁与USB母座42的插口相对的位置开设有供外部的USB数据线(包括Type-C USB数据线、Mirco USB数据线和Mini USB数据线中的至少一种)的接口穿过以插入USB母座42的插口的过孔40。
在本实用新型实施例中,如图2所示,立架1包括多根呈多边形分布的立柱11以及连接所有立柱11的多块支撑板12,支撑板12上有支撑结构以及安装和放置元件或者物品的作用。灯座2和电路板3安装在立架1上部的所述支撑板12上。在一较佳实施例中,立柱11有四根,并呈矩形分布,当然,也可以为三根,五根或者更多,立柱11为三根时,呈三角形分布。
具体地,至少一个立柱11开设有用于卡装卡盒41的安装孔10,卡盒41安装在安装孔10后,过孔40朝外,以方便将外部的USB数据线的接口插入USB母座42的插口。
在本实用新型实施例中,如图3、图4所示,卡盒41由塑料制成,包括一侧敞开的壳体411以及与壳体411连接并将壳体411敞开的一侧封闭的盖体412。具体地,壳体411和盖体412可拆卸连接。例如通过螺钉结构或者卡扣结构可拆卸连接,又或者通过插销和插孔的配合可拆卸连接。
具体地,如图3、图4所示,卡盒41至少有相对的两侧开设避让槽,避让槽的前壁和后壁连接有向上拱起的弹性板413,弹性板413受压时,可向避让槽方向弹性变形,弹性板413的背对避让槽底壁的表面成型有外凸的卡齿414,卡盒41卡入安装孔10后,卡齿414与安装孔10的相对壁面相抵,以将卡盒41卡紧于安装孔10中。
在本实用新型实施例中,立架1对应灯座2外围的区域设置有将灯座2包围在其内的灯罩5。具体地,所述灯罩5包括多片连接于相邻立柱11上的围板51,多片围板51围成一个将灯座2包围在其内的空间。
进一步地,所述围板51的外表面成型有凸棱511,凸棱511起装饰以及加强结构强度的作用。

Claims (10)

1.一种立灯,包括立架,装于立架上的灯座、电路板以及USB接口组件,灯座与电路板电连接,其特征在于:USB接口组件包括装于立架上的卡盒以及装于卡盒内的USB母座,USB母座与电路板分离并通过导线与电路板电连接,USB母座包括Type-C USB母座、Mirco USB母座和Mini USB母座中的至少一种,卡盒的盒壁与USB 母座的插口相对的位置开设有供外部的USB数据线的接口穿过以插入USB 母座的插口的过孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的立灯,其特征在于:立架包括多根呈多边形分布的立柱以及连接所有立柱的多块支撑板,灯座和电路板安装在立架上部的所述支撑板上。
3.如权利要求1所述的立灯,其特征在于:立柱有四根,并呈矩形分布。
4.如权利要求2所述的立灯,其特征在于:至少一个立柱开设有用于卡装卡盒的安装孔,卡盒安装在安装孔后,过孔朝外。
5.如权利要求1所述的立灯,其特征在于:卡盒由塑料制成,包括一侧敞开的壳体以及与壳体连接并将壳体敞开的一侧封闭的盖体。
6.如权利要求5所述的立灯,其特征在于:壳体和盖体通过螺钉结构或者卡扣结构可拆卸连接。
7.如权利要求4所述的立灯,其特征在于:卡盒至少有相对的两侧开设避让槽,避让槽的前壁和后壁连接有向上拱起的弹性板,弹性板受压时,要向避让槽方向弹性变形,弹性板的背对避让槽底壁的表面成型有外凸的卡齿,卡盒卡入安装孔后,卡齿与安装孔的相对壁面相抵。
8.如权利要求2所述的立灯,其特征在于:立架对应灯座外围的区域设置有将灯座包围在其内的灯罩。
9.如权利要求8所述的立灯,其特征在于:灯罩包括多片连接于相邻立柱上的围板,多片围板围成一个将灯座包围在其内的空间。
10.如权利要求9所述的立灯,其特征在于:围板的外表面成型有凸棱。
