发明内容
[0004] 为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种干式吸附的水性喷漆 房,通过设置三层过滤网,能将漆雾更好地吸收。
[0005] 为了实现上述的目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种干式吸附的水性喷漆房,包 括房顶、墙壁、地板、进风口、出风口和生产线,进风口设在墙壁上,出风口设在与进风口相 对的另一侧墙壁上或房顶上,在房顶和地板之间靠近进风口的一侧设有进风墙,在地板上 靠近出风口的一侧设有过滤墙,在进风墙和过滤墙之间设有过滤天花层,在过滤墙和过滤 天花层上设有均匀排布的三级过滤组件,三级过滤组件包括从内向外依次设置的中间交错 镂空纸质滤网、微孔致密纸质滤网和活性碳纤维滤网。以上设置,喷漆时形成的漆雾,必须 经过中间交错镂空纸质滤网、微孔致密纸质滤网和活性碳纤维滤网过滤后才能由出风口排 出,经过三层滤网,漆雾被干净彻底地吸附,不污染环境。
[0006] 进一步的,三级过滤组件嵌入过滤墙和过滤天花层,并通过螺钉紧固。采用嵌入式 的安装方式,安装和拆卸简单方便,便于维修和更换,使用螺钉紧固,使固定可靠。
[0007] 进一步的,三级过滤组件的中间交错镂空纸质滤网、微孔致密纸质滤网和活性碳 纤维滤网之间有间隙。滤网间设置间隙,能使漆雾与中间交错镂空纸质滤网、微孔致密纸质 滤网和活性碳纤维滤网之间具有最大的接触面积,便于吸附漆雾。
[0008] 进一步的,进风墙上设有空气滤网。设置空气滤网能隔绝空气中的灰尘等颗粒物, 提高喷涂的质量。
[0009] 进一步的,出风口处设有抽风机。抽风机工作时能增大空气的流动性,让漆雾更快 地通过滤网,缩短吸附净化的时间。
[0010] 以上处理漆雾的方式,结构简单,操作维护简便,不消耗水和化学药剂,仅一台抽 风机工作,能耗低,喷漆房内的噪音低,使用后废弃的滤网能作为燃料使用,不形成固体废 弃物而污染环境。

[0015]如图1至图3所示,一种干式吸附的水性喷漆房,包括房顶1、墙壁2、地板3、进风口 4、出风口 5和生产线6。
[0016] 进风口4设在墙壁2上,出风口5设在与进风口4相对的另一侧墙壁上或房顶丨上,出 风口 5处设有抽风机12,进风口 4和出风口 5相对设置,能使气流流过的长度更长,在出风口 5 处设有抽风机12,能增大空气的流动性。
[0017]在房顶1和地板3之间靠近进风口 4的一侧设有进风墙7,进风墙7上设有空气滤网 13,空气滤网I3能隔绝过滤掉空气中的灰尘等颗粒物,提高喷涂件的质量。
[0018] 在地板3上靠近出风口 5的一侧设有过滤墙8,在进风墙7和过滤墙8之间设有过滤 天花层9,在过滤墙8和过滤天花层9上设有均匀排布的三级过滤组件1〇,三级过滤组件10嵌 入过滤墙8和过滤天花层9,并通过螺钉11紧固。嵌入式的安装方式,安装和拆卸简单方便, 便于维修和更换,使用螺钉11紧固,使固定可靠,拆装方便。
[0019] 三级过滤组件10包括从内向外依次设置的中间交错镂空纸质滤网101、微孔致密 纸质滤网1〇2和活性碳纤维滤网103,中间交错镂空纸质滤网101,如图3所示,由多层有蜂窝 孔的纸板交错粘合在一起,可提高漆雾在纸质滤网上的粘附率;微孔致密纸质滤网102,其 滤网上布满致密的微孔,可以捕捉2_5微米到3微米的漆雾;活性碳纤维滤网1〇3,可以捕捉 小于等于2.5微米的漆雾。
[0020] 中间交错镂空纸质滤网101、微孔致密纸质滤网102和活性碳纤维滤网103之间有 间隙,滤网间设置间隙,能使漆雾与中间交错镂空纸质滤网101、微孔致密纸质滤网102和活 性碳纤维滤网103之间具有最大的接触面积,便于吸附漆雾。
[0021] 工作时,开启出风口5处的抽风机12,空气由进风口 4进入,通过空气滤网13,进入 喷漆房,带动漆雾经过过滤墙8和过滤天花层9上的三级过滤组件1〇,经过净化的空气从出 风口 5排出。

1. 一种干式吸附的水性喷漆房,包括房顶、墙壁、地板、进风口、出风口和生产线,其特 征在于所述进风口设在墙壁上,所述出风口设在与进风口相对的另一侧墙壁上或房顶上, 在房顶和地板之间靠近进风口的一侧设有进风墙,在地板上靠近出风口的一侧设有过滤 墙,在进风墙和过滤墙之间设有过滤天花层,在过滤墙和过滤天花层上设有均匀排布的三 级过滤组件,三级过滤组件包括从内向外依次设置的中间交错镂空纸质滤网、微孔致密纸 质滤网和活性碳纤维滤网。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干式吸附的水性喷漆房,其特征在于:所述三级过滤组件 嵌入过滤墙和过滤天花层,并通过螺钉紧固。
