LED发光字牌是以LED灯为内置光源来实现发光功能的一种广告标识产品，其因省电节能、经久耐用等诸多优点而被广泛应用于广告市场。现有的LED发光字牌字牌主要是以金属材料围边形成一双面开口的壳体，该壳体正面粘接有透光性能的面板，底面粘接有底板，所述底板上固定有LED光源。金属围边制作难度大，成本高、同时增加了LED发光字牌的重量，使用时不够安全。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种重量轻、成本低、安全性好的LED发光字牌
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种LED发光字牌，具有由PVC材料围边形成的壳体，所述壳体的顶面粘设有透明的亚克力面板，底面粘设有PVC底板，所述PVC底板的内表面开设有多个安装凹槽，所述安装凹槽内嵌设有所述LED光源，所述亚克力面板和PVC底板之间连接有多条透明的加强筋；所述PVC底板和壳体的外部覆设有第一氟碳烤漆层，其从内到外依次为白色油漆层、黑色油漆层、颜色油漆层、清漆层，所述亚克力面板上覆设有第二氟碳烤漆层，其为清漆层。
优选地，所述亚克力面板和第二氟碳烤漆层之间还设有一层有色透光板，所述有色透光板与所述亚克力面板的形状、大小相适应。
优选地，所述LED光源为相互连接的LED模组组成。
优选地，所述LED模组为5730防水模组。
优选地，所述有色透光板的颜色与所述颜色油漆层的颜色一致。
优选地，所述加强筋由亚克力材料制成。
采用上述技术方案后，本实用新型与背景技术相比，具有如下优点：
1、本实用新型的壳体由PVC材料制成，成本低、重量轻、安全性好；
2、本实用新型的亚克力面板和PVC底板之间连接有多条透明加强筋，增加本实用新型抗变形强度的同时又不会影响透光效果；
3、本实用新型壳体和PVC底板外部覆设的氟碳烤漆层由内到外依次为白色油漆层、黑色油漆层、颜色油漆层及清漆层，白色油漆层印射到内部使得LED光源发射出的光反射后集中照到亚克力面板上，黑色油漆层有效的阻挡了LED光源从壳体和PVC底板漏出，使得本实用新型夜晚显示时更清晰，颜色油漆层与有色透光板的颜色一致，白天显示效果更好；本实用新型壳体、PVC底板、亚克力面板的最外层均覆有清漆层，使得它们不易弄脏和刮伤，同时能使本实用新型颜色更鲜亮、耐腐蚀、不易褪色。

参照图1所示，本实用新型公开了一种LED发光字牌，其包括壳体1、亚克力面板2、PVC底板3及LED光源4，其中：
壳体1由PVC材料围边形成，其顶面、底面两面均开口，透明的亚克力面板2通过亚克力胶粘设在壳体1的顶面开口处，PVC底板3通过亚克力胶粘设在壳体1的底面开口处。PVC底板3的内表面开设有多个安装凹槽，LED光源4嵌装于该安装凹槽内。LED光源4由相互连接的LED模组组成，该LED模组为5730防水模组。
亚克力面板2和PVC底板3之间连接有多条透明的加强筋5，加强筋5由亚克力材料制成。
PVC底板3和壳体1的外部覆设有第一氟碳烤漆层6，其从内到外依次为白色油漆层、黑色油漆层、颜色油漆层、清漆层，亚克力面板2上覆设有第二氟碳烤漆层7，其为清漆层。
亚克力面板2和第二氟碳烤漆层7之间还设有一层有色透光板8，其与所述亚克力面板的形状、大小相适应，其颜色与第一氟碳烤漆层7的颜色油漆层的颜色一致。

1.一种LED发光字牌，其特征在于：具有由PVC材料围边形成的壳体，所述壳体的顶面粘设有透明的亚克力面板，底面粘设有PVC底板，所述PVC底板的内表面开设有多个安装凹槽，所述安装凹槽内嵌设有所述LED光源，所述亚克力面板和PVC底板之间连接有多条透明的加强筋；所述PVC底板和壳体的外部覆设有第一氟碳烤漆层，其从内到外依次为白色油漆层、黑色油漆层、颜色油漆层、清漆层，所述亚克力面板的外部覆设有第二氟碳烤漆层，其为清漆层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种LED发光字牌，其特征在于：所述亚克力面板和第二氟碳烤漆层之间还设有一层有色透光板，所述有色透光板与所述亚克力面板的形状、大小相适应。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种LED发光字牌，其特征在于：所述LED光源为相互连接的LED模组组成。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种LED发光字牌，其特征在于：所述LED模组为5730防水模组。
5.如权利要求2～4任一项所述的一种LED发光字牌，其特征在于：所述有色透光板的颜色与所述颜色油漆层的颜色一致。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种LED发光字牌，其特征在于：所述加强筋由亚克力材料制成。
