背景技术
光伏大棚的目前悄然兴起,其中有一种很流行的做法就是,将组件通过夹具固定在钢索上,如图1,图2所示,图中1为光伏组件、2为钢索,3为夹具,该种做法有很多隐患,施工繁复,夹具时间久了容易老化,特别是钢索在大风情况下晃动,更加容易导致夹具松动,从而导致组件脱落,而光伏大棚下面很可能有工作人员,从而很可能引发伤人事件。
发明内容
针对上述安装繁琐、安全隐患多的问题,本实用新型提供了一种套筒式边框光伏组件固定结构,其安装简单方便,安全性能高。
其技术方案是这样的:一种光伏大棚用光伏组件固定结构,其包括光伏组件和两根平行布置的钢索,其特征在于,所述光伏组件两端分别安装有套筒,所述光伏组件通过所述套筒套装于所述钢索,所述光伏组件两侧设置有定位夹具。
其进一步特征在于,所述套筒长度与所述光伏组件尺寸一致;
所述定位夹具固定于所述钢索,相邻的两个所述光伏组件之间设置有一个所述定位夹具。
采用本实用新型的结构后,光伏组件通过套筒套装于钢索,并且两端有定位夹具固定,光伏组件与钢索之间不会发生松动,无坠落风险,安全性能高,且安装简单方便。

见图3,图4所示,一种套筒式边框光伏组件固定结构,其包括光伏组件1和两根平行布置的钢索2,光伏组件1两端分别安装有套筒3,光伏组件1通过套筒3套装于钢索2,光伏组件1两侧设置有定位夹具4。套筒3长度与光伏组件1尺寸一致;定位夹具4固定于钢索2,相邻的两个光伏组件1之间设置有一个定位夹具4。本实用新型结构没有坠落风险,只需要周期性巡检定位夹具是否松动,安全性能和施工方便度大大提高。

1.一种套筒式边框光伏组件固定结构,其包括光伏组件和两根平行布置的钢索,其特征在于,所述光伏组件两端分别安装有套筒,所述光伏组件通过所述套筒套装于所述钢索,所述光伏组件两侧设置有定位夹具。
