背景技术
一种有四个圆孔、其中一个圆孔在中心，其他三个圆孔均布在正三角形三个顶点的产品在出厂检验时，需要检验四个圆孔的位置度是否合格，常规的做法是采用投影仪把产品外形投影到背景中，测量产品投影中每个圆孔之间的距离，计算偏差后判断合格与否，这种方法费时费力，生产效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种快速检测产品圆孔的位置度是否合格的位置度检具。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种位置度检具，包括圆盘底座以及设置在底座上的四根圆柱；
所述四根圆柱的直径分别与待检测产品圆孔的直径一致，圆柱长度满足检测需要；
所述圆柱相互之间的位置关系符合正三角形三个顶点及其中心的位置分布，满足产品的检测要求。
检验时，只要检验人员把位置度检具的圆柱穿过待检产品的圆孔，能穿过的就是合格产品。
