本实用新型涉及一种电力技术领域的控制装置,尤其涉及一种无功补偿控制器。
背景技术
无功功率补偿装置是一种能够稳定电网电压,改善电网供电质量和变压器利用率,节约电能,提高用电可靠度的装置。无功补偿控制器能记录补偿电容器的投切数据、电压电流数据、功率及报警事件,但是现有的无功补偿控制对数据的通信方式单一,有数据传输存在一定的风险,如果通信方式出现问题,将直接影响电力数据的传输,导致控制器与后台设备通信受阻,无法了解实时的数据,即使通讯修复后,也不能查询到重要的数据。这样的无功补偿控制器在通信方式上缺少一定的灵活性,所以需要一种解决这种问题的技术方案。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种通信方式多样、能使电力数据稳定记录读取的无功补偿控制器。
为了实现以上目的,本实用新型采用这样一种无功补偿控制器,包括处理器、电源、按键模块、液晶屏、信号隔离模块、RS485模块、CAN模块、SD卡,所述按键模块的输出端连接处理器的输入端,处理器的输出端连接液晶屏的输入端,电源将三相电压降压整流后,为整个无功补偿控制器供电,所述信号采样隔离模块将三相电压、三相电流的信号采样、隔离后输入到处理器,所述处理器的通信端分别和RS485模块、CAN模块的一侧连接,所述处理器上有SD卡存储接口,SD卡连接在SD卡存储接口上。
上述无功补偿控制通讯方式包括RS485模块通信和CAN模块通信两种通信方式,RS485模块通信和CAN模块通信能实现无功补偿控制器与后台的数据传输,CAN模块可以实现主机到从机的快速通讯,RS485模块能实现与外部配电终端通信,从而增加通信方式的多样性、灵活性,SD卡能记录每天的电力数据,包括电容器投切数据、每日电压电流参数、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数及报警事件等,使用户依然能在通信受阻时读取到电力数据。
本实用进一步设置为无功补偿控制器还包括USB接口,USB接口与处理器连接。
上述结构能使用户可以通过USB接口来下载电力数据,增加数据读取的途径。
本实用进一步设置为无功补偿控制器还包括RJ45接口,所RS485模块和CAN模块的另一侧分别连接到RJ45接口,所述信号采样隔离模块的输出端连接RJ45接口。
上述RS485模块、CAN模块、信号采样隔离模块连到RJ45接口上,统一了通信的布线方向,同时RJ45接口具有防止松动、形成自锁的功能,提高通信的稳定性,信号采样隔离模块的信号能通过RJ45接口传递到外部智能电容。
本实用进一步设置为处理器的型号为M453RG6AE。
上述M453RG6AE处理器能实现与外部的CAN模块、RS485模块通信以及SD卡和USB接口的存储下载,而且低功耗、性能高、价格低。

如图1所示,本实用新型是一种无功补偿控制器,包括处理器、电源、按键模块、液晶屏、信号隔离模块、RS485模块、CAN模块、SD卡、USB接口、RJ45接口,所述按键模块的输出端连接处理器的输入端,处理器的输出端连接液晶屏的输入端,电源将三相电压降压整流后,为整个无功补偿控制器供电,所述处理器的型号为M453RG6AE,所述信号采样隔离模块将三相电压、三相电流的信号采样、隔离后输入到处理器,所述处理器的通信端分别和RS485模块、CAN模块的一侧连接,RS485模块和CAN模块的另一侧分别连接到RJ45接口,所述信号采样隔离模块的输出端连接RJ45接口,所述处理器上有SD卡存储接口,SD卡连接在SD卡存储接口上,所述USB接口与处理器连接。
根据以上实施例,无功补偿控制器的信号采样隔离模块对三相电压、三相电流采样、隔离,输入到处理器和RJ45接口,处理器处理输入信号,RS485模块和CAN模块都可以实现电力数据通信,处理器可通过RS485模块实现与配电终端通信,处理器可通过CAN模块实现主机与从机内部的快速通信,SD卡可以存储每天的电力数据,包括电容器投切数据、每日电压电流参数、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数及报警事件等,使用户依然能在通信受阻时读取到电力数据,用户也可以通过USB接口去下载电力数据,达到通信多样化和电力数据稳定记录读取。

1.一种无功补偿控制器,包括处理器、电源、按键模块、液晶屏,所述按键模块的输出端连接处理器的输入端,处理器的输出端连接液晶屏的输入端,电源将三相电压降压整流后,为整个无功补偿控制器供电,其特征在于:所述无功补偿控制器还包括信号采样隔离模块、RS485模块、CAN模块、SD卡,所述信号采样隔离模块将三相电压、三相电流的信号采样、隔离后输入到处理器,所述处理器的通信端分别和RS485模块、CAN模块的一侧连接,所述处理器上有SD卡存储接口,SD卡连接在SD卡存储接口上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无功补偿控制器,其特征在于:所述无功补偿控制器还包括USB接口,所述USB接口与处理器连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的无功补偿控制器,其特征在于:所述无功补偿控制器还包括RJ45接口,所RS485模块和CAN模块的另一侧分别连接到RJ45接口,所述信号采样隔离模块的输出端连接RJ45接口。
