本实用新型的LED交通屏棱镜面罩固定式结构，技术目的是提供一种结构简单，既能牢固固定棱镜而同时又能起到防水作用的LED交通屏棱镜面罩固定式结构。包括有底壳，所述底壳中设有棱镜孔，所述棱镜孔中设有棱镜，所述底壳一侧设有面罩，所述棱镜一侧设有灯板，所述灯板上设有LED灯，在所述LED灯的一侧设有钣金箱体及防水胶圈。本实用新型钣金箱体及防水胶圈的结构在户外起到极好的防水作用。适用于户外交通指示屏中应用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED交通屏结构，更具体的说，涉及一种LED交通屏棱镜面罩固定式结构。
背景技术
现在市场上常规的户外交通屏，大都是采用DIP的LED，安装方式有两种：一种是模组结构，模组本身防水，多个模组装配完成一个箱体，这样，整体安装后具有防水作用。一种是模组本身不防水，需要在箱体正面整体安装一块PC或玻璃，起到防水的作用。本产品是采用的是SMD LED，正面安装一个棱镜，安装方式参考下图。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术目的是克服现有技术中，交通屏棱镜的固定结构存在着结构复杂而成本高的技术问题；提供一种结构简单，既能牢固固定棱镜而同时又能起到防水作用的LED交通屏棱镜面罩固定式结构。
LED交通屏棱镜面罩固定式结构，包括有底壳，所述底壳中设有棱镜孔，所述棱镜孔中设有棱镜，所述底壳一侧设有面罩，所述棱镜一侧设有灯板，所述灯板上设有LED灯，在所述LED灯的一侧设有钣金箱体及防水胶圈。
更进一步的，所述钣金箱体采用开孔结构，将LED灯的底壳及防水圈安装在开孔中。
更进一步的，所述棱镜与底壳之间设有一层灌封胶。
本实用新型防水性能好，工艺简便，结构简单、易于实施，钣金箱体及防水胶圈的结构在户外起到极好的防水作用。

具体实施方式
见图1，在本实用新型的结构中，LED交通屏棱镜面罩固定式结构，包括有底壳3，所述底壳3中设有棱镜孔，所述棱镜孔中设有棱镜2，所述底壳3上方设有面罩1，所述棱镜2一侧设有灯板5，所述灯板5上设有LED灯6，在所述LED灯6的一侧设有钣金箱体8及防水胶圈7。所述钣金箱体8采用开孔结构，将LED灯的底壳及防水圈安装在开孔中。在实施中，所述棱镜2与底壳3之间设有一层灌封胶4固定。所述棱镜2上设有高度调节卡位，底壳3上设有对应高度调节卡位的弹簧夹，用于调节不同LED产品的棱镜不同高度，以获得所需的折射效果。
本家产新型的结构包括有LED灯6、棱镜2、防水胶圈7、面罩1、钣金箱体8这几部分组成。起到的作用分析如下：LED灯：显示单元。棱镜：聚光，达到EN12966所需要的光学指标(R\L\B\C)。面罩：正面表面平缓、连续，实现防积水积尘的作用。正面压紧，避免棱镜正脱出。底壳：设有矩阵布置的棱镜孔，用于安装棱镜。棱镜孔的大端侧壁设有条形棱条，棱镜装入即固定。灯板5可从钣金箱体8内拆卸。灌封胶：保证棱镜2与底壳间3的防水。还设有防水胶圈：在LED灯与钣金箱体8之间防水。钣金箱体：正面开孔,固定整个LED灯的组件。在安装过程中，先把棱镜放入底壳3棱孔中，接着安装面罩1接着注入灌封胶4，形成密封固定层，再安装灯板5组件(PCBA)，最后安装防水胶圈7，安装到钣金箱体8上。

1.LED交通屏棱镜面罩固定式结构，其特征是：包括有底壳，所述底壳中设有棱镜孔，所述棱镜孔中设有棱镜，所述底壳一侧设有面罩，所述棱镜一侧设有灯板，所述灯板上设有LED灯，在所述LED灯的一侧设有钣金箱体及防水胶圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED交通屏棱镜面罩固定式结构，其特征是：所述钣金箱体采用开孔结构，将LED灯的底壳及防水圈安装在开孔中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED交通屏棱镜面罩固定式结构，其特征是：所述棱镜与底壳之间设有一层灌封胶。
