请参阅附图1和2，本实用新型实施例包括：底板1、支板2、上板3、底座4、垃圾桶5、螺杆6、压盘7和把手8。在底板1的上端安装底座4，在底座4内放置垃圾桶5，且垃圾桶5呈圆柱状，并且垃圾桶5的外直径与底座4的内直径相对应，便于垃圾桶5稳定的放置在底座4上，不会被踢倒。在底板1的一侧上端安装支板2，在支板2的上端安装上板3，在上板3的中部开设一槽孔9，在槽孔9的内壁上设置内螺纹，并且在螺杆6的外侧壁上设置外螺纹，且螺杆6的外螺纹与槽9孔的内螺纹相对应，并且把螺杆6安装在槽孔9内，因此螺杆6与槽孔9之间可以通过转动而上升或下降。在螺杆6的下端安装压盘7，并且螺杆6与压盘7之间为螺纹连接，便于拆卸压盘7。由于螺杆6呈L状，因此在螺杆6的上端尾部安装把手8，人们通过转动把手8来带动螺杆6在槽孔9内转动，从而带动压盘7的上升和下降，以此带动压盘7压缩垃圾桶5内的垃圾。
