Description
本实用新型涉及一种医用集尿便器，特别是涉及集尿便裤头。
目前，由于各种病因导致许多病人长期行动不便，生活不能自理甚至尿便失禁，使病人在床上经常浸泡在潮湿的尿布或衣裤里，发生褥疮，湿疹等多种新的病症，给病人及护理带来很多痛苦和困难。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种方便于病人治疗及护理的集尿便裤头。
本实用新型的集尿便裤头是由裤头与连结胶制的阴部护罩构成，其中裤头腰部及裤角处均设有松紧带，裤头两侧带有打结带，裤头上带有背带。护罩顶部有一个通风孔。使其皮肤不受潮湿。护罩为凹型，护罩底部有两个管，即导尿管，和导便管。导尿管与刻度瓶相通，中间有玻璃管及管卡，以便固定的观察排尿量及化验。导便管与透明储便器相通，以便观察排便情况，为化验提供资料。裤头与皮肤接触处均为布贴身，对皮肤无影响，护罩为胶制材料被缝制在裤头下部。
本实用新型的特点是卫生，方便实用，有利于病人的治疗及护理。

实施例：
本实用新型的集尿便裤头是由布料裤头（10）与胶制护罩（20）缝制而成，其中，裤头（10）的腰部（13）及裤角（14）设有松紧带。裤头（10）两侧带有打结带（11），裤头上带有背带（12）。护罩（20）顶部有一通风孔（21），护罩（20）为凹型，护罩（20）底部有一个导尿管（30）和一个导便管（40）均为胶管导尿管（30）与刻度瓶（33）相连，中间有玻璃管（32）与管卡（31）。导便管（40）与透明储便器（42）相通，中间设有管卡（41）。
使用集尿便裤头的病人不仅减少许多痛苦，而且给病人的护理和病情的治疗创造良好的环境和条件。

1、一种由裤头与护罩缝制而成的集尿便裤头，其特征在于护罩被缝制在裤头的阴部，护罩为凹型。
2、根据权利要求1所述的裤头，其特征在于裤头的腰部和裤角处设有松紧带，裤头两侧带有打结带，裤头上带有背带。
3、根据权利要求1所述的裤头，其特征在于护罩顶部有通风孔，护罩底部有导尿管和导便管。
