背景技术
随着配电自动化建设的推进,大量的配电自动化终端(FTU/DTU)投入运行,随着配电自动化全覆盖,配网终端数量将大幅度上升,伴随而来的是运维工作量的剧增。日常工作中终端发生故障后,需要运维人员更换相关板卡,并通过维护终端对配电自动化终端相关的IP地址、参数、信息表等进行维护,维护工作量较大。此外,信息表的正确维护要求也非常高,给配电自动化终端现场运维带来较大的压力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种结构简单,使用方便,成本较低的自动化配电终端。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样的:本实用新型的自动化配电终端,包括状态检测电路、微处理器、显示器、按键电路、存储器和电源电路,所述状态检测电路包括电缆头温度采集电路、温湿度采集电路和电流采集电路,电缆头温度采集电路、温湿度采集电路和电流采集电路以及按键电路均与微处理器的输入端连接,所述显示器与微处理器的输出端连接,所述存储器与微处理器的存储接口连接,微处理器上还设置有无线通信模块和通信串口,微处理器通过通信串口与配电箱的控制器连接,所述电源电路为配电终端提供电源。
作为优选,所述无线通信模块为3G/4G无线通信模块。
作为优选,所述通信串口为RS232串口或RS485串口。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,成本较低,能够检测配电终端的状态数据和使用环境,具备状态监测功能;还能将终端所有参数进行现场备份,当终端故障更换板卡,需要恢复参数时,将备份的参数和配置文件恢复到配电自动化终端中,保证数据安全,提高维护效率。

使用时,微处理器通过通信串口RS232串口或RS485串口与配电箱的控制器连接,同时将电缆头温度采集电路、温湿度采集电路和电流采集电路安装在需要监测的位置,状态检测电路采集配电终端的状态信息,向所述主控模块发送状态检测信号,所述主控模块向所述显示器发送经数据处理后的所述状态检测信号,所述显示器显示被测电气设备当前状态,同时微处理器通过通信串口备份配电终端的各种数据,通过存储器进行储存,最后通过无线通信模块将数据传送至上位机;本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,成本较低,能够检测配电终端的状态数据和使用环境,具备状态监测功能;还能将终端所有参数进行现场备份,当终端故障更换板卡,需要恢复参数时,将备份的参数和配置文件恢复到配电自动化终端中,保证数据安全,提高维护效率。

1.一种自动化配电终端,其特征在于:包括状态检测电路、微处理器、显示器、按键电路、存储器和电源电路,所述状态检测电路包括电缆头温度采集电路、温湿度采集电路和电流采集电路,电缆头温度采集电路、温湿度采集电路和电流采集电路以及按键电路均与微处理器的输入端连接,所述显示器与微处理器的输出端连接,所述存储器与微处理器的存储接口连接,微处理器上还设置有无线通信模块和通信串口,微处理器通过通信串口与配电箱的控制器连接,所述电源电路为配电终端提供电源。
