For example, a table and stool assembly, comprising: a table member and a stool member, the table member being removably connected with the stool member. The table component comprises a main board, a cover plate and a plurality of supporting pieces, the main board is provided with a mounting surface, the cover plate is hinged to the surface, back to the mounting surface, of the main board, and the supporting pieces are vertically arranged on the mounting surface. The stool component comprises a seat plate and a plurality of supporting rods, the supporting rods are vertically arranged on the seat plate, and the seat plate is detachably arranged on the mounting surface.
The stool member includes a fixing member fixedly connected to each of the support rods, respectively.
Specific examples are given below for a specific explanation.
As shown in fig. 1, a table and stool assembly 10 includes: a table member 100, a stool member 200, and a connector 300, the table member 100 being detachably connected to the stool member 200.
Referring to fig. 3, the main board 110 is provided with a mounting surface 140, the cover plate 120 is hinged to a surface of the main board 110 opposite to the mounting surface 140, and the plurality of supporting members 130 are perpendicular to the mounting surface 140. For example, the table component includes four supporting members, the four supporting members are arranged in a rectangle, that is, the connecting lines of the four supporting members form a rectangle, and the four supporting members are respectively located at the four top corners of the rectangle. For example, each supporting member is fixedly arranged on the main board, is positioned on the mounting surface and is perpendicular to the mounting surface.
The stool member 200 includes a seat 210 and a plurality of support bars 220, the plurality of support bars 220 are vertically disposed on the seat 210, and the seat 210 is detachably disposed on the mounting surface 140. For example, the stool member includes four support rods arranged in a rectangle, that is, the connecting lines of the four support rods form a rectangle, and the four support rods are respectively located at the four top corners of the rectangle. For example, the seat plate can be detachably arranged on the mounting surface of the main board, and for example, each support rod is fixedly arranged on the seat plate, is positioned on the side surface of the seat plate far away from the mounting surface and is vertical to the seat plate.
The first abutting portion 112 is vertically disposed on a surface of the main board 110 opposite to the mounting surface 140, the second abutting portion 121 is vertically disposed on the cover plate 120, and one end of the first abutting portion 112 is hinged to one end of the second abutting portion 121. For example, the cover plate 120 has a "U" shaped cross section.
The table and stool assembly 10 can rotate the cover plate 120, and when the cover plate 120 covers the main plate 110, the first resisting portion 112 is vertically disposed on the main plate 110, and the second resisting portion 121 is vertically disposed on the cover plate 120, so that the cover plate 120 covers the main plate 110 to form a table top with a certain height, and the table component 100 has a table shape; when the cover 120 is opened, the cover 120 is rotated to abut against the main plate 110 to form a chair back, and the table member 100 has a chair shape. Also, the stool member 200 is detachably provided on the table member 100. The table-stool combination 10 integrates the functions of three furniture, namely a table, a chair and a stool, saves space, has a simple structure and low cost, and is suitable for the vast economic groups.
In order to make the table have a cavity with an opening, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the number of the first resisting portions 112 is 2, and the number of the second resisting portions 121 is 2. The 2 first blocking parts 112 are respectively disposed on two corresponding sides of the main board 110, and the 2 second blocking parts 121 are respectively disposed on two corresponding sides of the cover plate 120. Each first blocking portion 112 is hinged to a second blocking portion 121, and the first blocking portion 112 is parallel to the second blocking portion 121. Thus, the table formed by the rotating cover plate 120 has a cavity with an opening, and the cavity is used for placing a keyboard or sundries such as books and the like.
In order to make the table member 100 have a better chair shape, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a first abutting portion 112 is vertically disposed on a surface of the main plate 110 opposite to the mounting surface 140, a second abutting portion 121 is vertically disposed on the cover plate 120, and one end of the first abutting portion 112 is hinged to one end of the second abutting portion. For example, the first abutting portion 112 has a rectangular cross section, and the second abutting portion 121 has a rectangular cross section. Thus, when the cover plate 120 is rotated, when the cover plate 120 covers the main plate 110, the first blocking portion 112 is vertically disposed on the main plate 110, and the second blocking portion 121 is vertically disposed on the cover plate 120, so that the cover plate 120 covers to form a table top with a certain height, and the table component 100 has a table shape with a certain height; when the cover 120 is opened, the cover 120 is rotated to abut against the main plate 110 to form a chair back, and the table member 100 has a chair shape. In order to improve the usage effect of the first stopping portion 112 of the table member 100 as an armrest in the chair shape, in one embodiment, the first stopping portion 112 has an oval cross-section. Thus, the first stopping portion 112 has no sharp corner, and is more effective as a handrail. As a further alternative, the second resisting portion 121 has an elliptical cross section. The second stopping portion 121 forms a table shape with a cavity with the cover plate 120 and the main plate 110 when the cover plate 120 rotates to cover. When the cover 120 is opened to form a chair shape, the second stopping portion 121 has no sharp corner and is more comfortable to use as a part of the backrest.
In order to provide the table component 100 with a better table shape, in one embodiment, the vertical distance from the end of the first stopping portion 112 far away from the main plate 110 to the main plate 110 is 10cm to 15 cm. For example, the vertical distance is 12 cm. Thus, since the width of the blocking part is 10cm to 15cm, the table shape formed by the cover plate 120, the main plate 110 and the first blocking parts 112 at both sides has a cavity of 10cm to 15 cm. As a further improvement, the perpendicular distance from one end of the second resisting part 121 far away from the cover plate 120 to the cover plate 120 is 15 cm-20 cm. Thus, the second stopping part 121 can completely wrap the two sides of the cavity. Meanwhile, when the cover plate 120 is rotated to open the chair, since the second abutting portion 121 has a certain height, one end of the second abutting portion 121 abuts against one end of the first abutting portion 112 to form an inclined angle. For example, the magnitude of the inclination angle is 120 ° to 160 °. In this case, the second stopping portion 121 may be used as a backrest of a chair.
To facilitate separation of the bench member 200 from the table member 100, in one embodiment, the bench member 200 is removably disposed on the mounting surface 140 via a connector 300. Thus, when the stool is used with a table, the stool member 200 can be separated from the table member 100. In addition, the stool member 200 is surrounded by the table member 100, and the space inside the table member 100 is utilized without occupying other space, which is beneficial to saving space when the stool is folded.
In order to solve the problem of how to arrange the connection member 300, in one embodiment, the connection member 300 includes a suspension plate (not shown) having an "L" shaped cross-section, the suspension plate is fixedly arranged on the mounting surface 140 to form a groove (not shown), and the seat plate 210 is inserted into the groove. In this way, the user may easily remove the stool member 200 from the table member 100. As a further improvement, the connecting member 300 includes at least two cross bars, each cross bar has an "L" shaped cross section, the cross bars are linearly and fixedly disposed on the mounting surface 140, the cross bars and the main board 110 form a groove, and the seat plate 210 is inserted into the groove. In this way, the structure of the link 300 can be simplified to be changed from a plate to a cross bar, so that the weight of the link 300 is reduced, thereby simplifying the structure of the table and stool combination 10 without affecting the linking effect.
In order to solve the problem of how to arrange the connecting member 300, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the connecting member 300 includes a plurality of first magnets (not shown) and a plurality of second magnets 310, each of the first magnets is fixedly disposed on the mounting surface 140, each of the second magnets 310 is fixedly disposed on a surface of the seat plate 210 facing the plurality of supporting members 130, and each of the first magnets is attracted to each of the second magnets 310 in a one-to-one correspondence. For example, the first magnet is magnetically attracted to the second magnet 310. For example, the first magnet corresponds to the magnetic position of the second magnet 310. In order to solve the problem that the stool member 200 cannot be firmly fixed because the magnetic force of the attraction between the first magnet and the second magnet 310 is small. In one embodiment, the first magnets are distributed on the mounting surface 140 in a matrix, and the second magnets 310 are correspondingly distributed on the surface of the seat plate 210 facing the supporting members 130 in a matrix. In this way, the magnetic force received by the stool member 200 is uniformly distributed into the seat plate 210, improving the stability of the fixation.
In order to solve the problem of how to arrange the connecting member 300, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the connecting member 300 includes a fixing strap 320, the fixing strap 320 is fixedly arranged on the mounting surface 140, and a fastener 321 is arranged in the middle of the fixing strap 320. For example, both ends of the fixing band 320 are disposed on the mounting surface 140. For example, the fastening tape 320 is 2 parallel fastening tapes 320. Thus, when the fastener 321 is opened, the stool member 200 is detached from the table member 100, and when the fastener 321 is closed, the stool member 200 is fixed to the mounting surface 140. The detachment of the fixed stool member 200 from the table member 100 is effectively prevented. As a further improvement, the fastening strap 320 includes a first fastening strap 320 and a second fastening strap 320, the first fastening strap 320 and the second fastening strap 320 are respectively fixedly disposed on the mounting surface 140, and the first fastening strap 320 and the second fastening strap 320 are disposed perpendicular to each other. Thus, the bench member 200 can be prevented from sliding left and right and the fixation is not stable.
To enhance the structural stability of the stool member 200. In one embodiment, the stool member 200 includes a fixing member, and the fixing member is fixedly connected to each of the support rods, or the fixing member is fixedly disposed on a plurality of the support rods 220. Thus, the fixing member connects the supporting rods 220, so that the supporting rods 220 are not easily deformed when a user uses the stool. For example, the fixing member is disposed at the middle of the plurality of support rods 220. In order to allow the fixing member to accommodate small objects, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the fixing member includes fixing plates 410 fixedly connected to the support rods, respectively; for example, the fixing plate 410 is fixedly disposed at the middle of the plurality of support rods 220. Thus, a user can place small articles such as shoes, a mosquito coil box, etc. on the fixing plate 410. In order to reduce the weight of the fixing member and simplify the structure of the fixing member, in one embodiment, the fixing member includes four supporting members, the fixing member includes a rectangular frame, the rectangular frame is composed of four fixing rods, two ends of each fixing rod are respectively and fixedly connected to the two supporting rods, and each supporting rod is fixedly connected to two fixing rods, for example, as shown in fig. 6, the fixing member 420 includes a rectangular frame 421, the rectangular frame 421 is composed of four fixing rods, and two ends of each fixing rod 420 are respectively and fixedly connected to the supporting rod 220. Like this, link to each other two by two adjacent bracing pieces 220 through the dead lever, make the bracing piece 220 be difficult to take place to warp when the user uses the stool. For another example, the support rod is provided with a mounting opening, and one end of the fixing rod is inserted into the mounting opening. As a further improvement, the fixing member 420 further includes a wire 422, and the wire 422 is fixedly disposed in the rectangular frame 421. For example, the rectangular frame 421 is disposed in the middle of the plurality of support rods 220. Thus, small articles of life, such as shoes, mosquito-repellent incense boxes and the like, can be placed on the wire mesh 422. In order to allow the stool member 200 to enhance the stability of the table member 100, in one embodiment, the support 130 has an "L" shaped cross-section and the support bar 220 has an "L" shaped cross-section. For example, the support 130 has an "L" shaped cross-section, as another example, the support bar 220 has a circular cross-section. As another example, the seat plate has a rectangular cross-section. For example, each support rod 220 abuts a support 130. For another example, the end of the supporting rod 220 away from the seat plate 210 is in the same plane as the end of the supporting member 130 away from the main plate 110. In this way, the supporting rods 220 and the supporting members 130 can simultaneously support the main plate 110, thereby enhancing the effect of the table member 100.
In order to make the table form of the table component 100 more comfortable to use, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the stool component further includes a cushion 150, and the cushion 150 is disposed on a surface of the cover plate 120 facing the second resisting portion 121. For example, the cushion layer 150 is made of an elastic material. Thus, when the cover 120 is rotated to form the table member 100 into a chair shape, the cover 120 serves as a backrest to provide the cushion layer 150, thereby increasing the comfort of the user. As a further improvement, in one embodiment, the stool member further includes a second cushion 160, and the second cushion 160 is disposed on a side of the main board 110 opposite to the mounting surface 140. For example, the second pad layer 160 is made of an elastic material. Thus, when the table member 100 is formed into a chair shape by rotating the cover plate 120, the main plate 110 is provided with the second cushion layer 160 as a seat, which can increase the comfort of the user.
In order to effectively increase the comfort of use of the table member 100. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the cushion layer 150 includes an adhesive layer 151, an elastic layer 152, a waterproof layer 153, and a wrapping layer 154, which are sequentially disposed, and the adhesive layer 151 is adhesively connected to the cover plate 120. For example, the elastic layer 152 includes filled sponge or cotton. For example, the waterproof layer 153 is made of a waterproof film. Thus, the resilient layer 152 is provided to make the cushion soft and resilient, and comfortable for the user to use. As a further modification, the second pad layer 160 has the same material and structure as the pad layer 150. For example, the second pad layer 160 includes a bonding layer, an elastic layer, a waterproof layer, and a wrapping layer, which are sequentially disposed, and the bonding layer is attached to the main board.
In order to facilitate the storage of the stool members, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the table and stool assembly 10 further includes a storage box 500 with an opening, the storage box 500 is fixedly disposed on the installation surface, the stool member 200 includes a foldable support rod, and the stool member 200 is accommodated in the storage box 500. For example, the storage case 500 has a rectangular cross section. Thus, when a stool is required, the stool member 200 can be taken out from the storage box, and when the stool is not required to be used, the stool member 200 is folded and then put back into the storage box. The user's flexibility in using the stool member 20 is enhanced.
In order to prevent the hinge of the first abutting portion 112 and the second abutting portion 121 from falling off due to excessive force applied by the user when the first abutting portion 112 and the second abutting portion 121 form the chair shape, the table member 100 further includes a protection member for connecting the first abutting portion 112 and the second abutting portion 121. The elastic member is made of elastic rubber. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the table component 100 further includes a plurality of protection wires 170, the first blocking portion 112 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 113, the second blocking portion 121 is provided with a plurality of second through holes 122, and each protection wire 170 sequentially penetrates through one first through hole 113 and one second through hole 122 to connect the first blocking portion 112 and the second blocking portion 121. Thus, when the table member is rotated to the chair shape, the cover plate 120 serving as a backrest is prevented from being separated from the main plate 110 by a user's force, thereby enhancing the stability of the table member 100. For example, the first through holes 113 are linearly arranged. As another example, the second through holes 122 are linearly arranged. For example, the first through hole 113 has a circular cross section. As another example, the second through hole 122 has a circular cross section. For example, the shield wire 170 is made of elastic rubber having good elasticity. For example, a fixing block 171 is disposed at an end of each guard line 170 close to the second through hole 122, and the fixing block 171 is used for preventing the guard line 170 from being separated from the second through hole 122. Thus, the length of the guard line 170 can be properly adjusted without affecting the rotation of the cover plate 120.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
