Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种可折叠式光伏发电支架,其特征在于:光伏组件安装的横梁分为两段,中间通过转动轴连接于立柱,两侧通过斜撑支撑于立柱,正常使用时横梁水平或与水平面有一定夹具,光伏组件安装于横梁。当遇到积雪较厚的情况,可拆除斜撑,使安装光伏组件的横梁下垂并与立柱固定,以达到避免积雪堆积影响。本实用新型具有结构设计简单、成本低、操作简便等特点。

背景技术
清洁能源是国家大力发展的新型能源,太阳能发电作为主要的清洁能源,在国内应用越来越广泛。光伏电站的支架型式主要是固定式支架,由支架基础、立柱、斜梁、横梁组成,支架不可调节。光伏支架的设计主要考虑载荷的影响,传统固定式支架在积雪较厚地区容易损坏。为适应积雪较厚地区光伏电站的安装,本实用新型提出“一种可折叠式光伏发电支架”,可以解决在积雪较厚地区安装光伏组件。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了“一种可折叠式光伏发电支架”,可以解决在积雪较厚地区,安装光伏发电单元时支架受力问题,能使用较低成本解决光伏电站的安装问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:改变传统的固定式支架,在支架的立柱和横梁处采用活动单元,立柱两侧的支架可以活动,通过人工操作可以使支架横梁由水平安装调整为垂直安装,使支架处于收起状态,这样可以避免积雪直接压在光伏组件表面。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:可以应对积雪较厚地区太阳能电站的组件安装,无需浪费组件安装支架的用钢量,结构简单,实用方便,节省成本。

具体实施方式
图1中,光伏组件(1)分别安装于左横梁(2)和右横梁(3)上,左横梁(2)与右横梁(3)通过转动轴(4)与立柱(7)相连,左斜撑(5)与右斜撑(6)分别通过立柱固定点(8)和横梁固定点(9)固定于立柱(7)上,撑起左横梁(2)与右横梁(3),使光伏组件(1)安装于水平面上。
图2 所示实施例中,当可折叠支架在图1状态下,光伏组件(1)表面积雪较厚,可能压塌支架的情况下,可通过人工操作,卸掉左斜撑(5)和右斜撑(6),使光伏支架左横梁(2)和右横梁(3)自然下垂,此时横梁固定点(9)和立柱固定点(8)正好重叠,再使用插销固定,这样可使支架表面不受积雪重力影响,避免光伏支架被压塌。

1.一种可折叠式光伏发电支架,其特征在于:光伏组件(1)安装在左横梁(2)和右横梁(3)上,横梁通过转动轴(4)安装于立柱(7)上,正常安装情况下,左斜撑(5)和右斜撑(6)支撑横梁,当光伏组件(1)表面积雪较厚情况下,可卸掉左斜撑(5)和右斜撑(6),使左横梁(2)和右横梁(3)自然下垂,避免积雪重力压塌左横梁(2)和右横梁(3)。
