背景技术
金属复合材料是指利用一种或者两种以上的金属组合而成的金属材料，其可以发挥组元材料各自的优势，实现各组元材料资源的最优配置，节约贵重金属材料，实现单一金属不能满足的性能要求。随着科技的发展和进步，金属镁的出现和大量应用于工业生产已经逐步的取代原来的钢铁等材料，金属镁以及镁合金具有质轻、色泽好、硬度比较高等特点，同时也结合了一些其他技术的性，在航天、医疗、汽车和电子产品类的应用很广。在汽车及其家庭门窗的制造领域应用上，现有的大多采用铝合金和一些其他复合金属材料制成，普遍存在重量大、隔音隔热效果不佳等特点，热辐射和声音的传导效果比较好，经常会对使用者造成一定的困扰。

实用新型目的：针对上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种具有质轻、硬度高、隔音隔热效果好的复合金属板。
技术方案：本实用新型提供一种复合金属板，所述的复合金属板包括六层结构和三种金属层，所述复合金属板从上往下第一层为金属镀层、第二层为金属薄片、第三层为有色金属基板、第四层为有色金属基板、第五层为金属薄片、第六层为金属镀层；所述的金属镀层为镀锌层；所述的金属薄片为铝合金金属薄片；所述的有色金属基板为镁合金基板。
进一步的，所述的镁合金基板为中空结构，第三层镁合金基板内部设有向左倾斜的平行四边形结构，第四层镁合金基板内部设有向右倾斜的平行四边形结构，且第三层与第四层形成对称结构；
进一步的，所述的铝合金金属薄片中的铝合金重量组成包括40％重量份的铝和20％重量份的镁，其余40％的重量份为铜、硅、钛、锌组成；所述的镁合金基板的组成材料包括镁、铝、碳、锰、钇、铜和锌，其中镁的重量组份为40％。
更进一步的，所述的复合金属板具有对称结构，对称轴为第三层与第四层的贴合线。
有益效果：本实用新型相比现有技术和产品，显著的优点是：第一，本实用新型所述的复合金属板质量较轻、硬度较高；第二，本实用新型所述的复合金属板隔音、隔热效果好；第四，本实用新型所述的复合金属具有六层结构，三种金属材料层，其整体效果相比现有产品整体性能具有极大的改进。

为了详细的说明本实用新型所公开的技术方案和产品结构，下面结合具体实施例做进一步的阐述。
一种复合金属板，具有六层结构，主要涉及三种金属材料。如图1所示，其复合金属板从上往下依次为镀锌层11、铝合金金属薄片层21、镁合金基板层31、镁合金基板层32、铝合金金属薄片层22和镀锌层12，镀锌层12主要采用热镀锌的处理方式，铝合金金属薄片层21采用铝合金金属薄片贴合镁合金基板层31设置，铝合金金属薄片的重量组成包括40％重量份的铝和20％重量份的镁，其余40％的重量份为铜、硅、钛、锌组成，镁合金基板的组成材料包括镁、铝、碳、锰、钇、铜和锌，其中镁的重量组份为40％。另外，镀锌层11和镀锌层12、铝合金金属薄片层21、铝合金金属薄片层22与镁合金基板层31、镁合金基板层32之间均是紧密贴合设置，其连接方式包括紧密焊接和逐层浇筑铸模构成。在镁合金金属基板中，其内部设有空腔，其形状上层镁合金基板优选为向左倾斜的平行四边形内腔室，下层优选向右倾斜的平行四边形内腔室，第三层和第四层中间形成的连接线构成本实用新型的对称轴，上部和下部层次形成严格的对称结构。
本实用新型的主要性能和原理是第一层和第六层通过镀锌的方式阻止其氧化速度和增强表面光泽度，第三层和第四层的镁合金金属基板内孔结构增强一定的隔音效果，阻碍声音的传播介质能量和增加能量损耗和热辐射的传递。本实用新型还通过合理的金属层设置增强其整体的硬度效果，整体的试验效果好，可以广泛应用于汽车、门窗等金属材料的选用。

1.一种复合金属板，其特征在于：所述的复合金属板包括六层结构和三种金属层，所述复合金属板从上往下第一层为金属镀层、第二层为金属薄片层、第三层为有色金属基板、第四层为有色金属基板、第五层为金属薄片、第六层为金属镀层；所述的金属镀层为镀锌层；所述的金属薄片为铝合金金属薄片；所述的有色金属基板为镁合金基板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合金属板，其特征在于：所述的镁合金基板为中空结构，第三层镁合金基板内部设有向左倾斜的平行四边形结构，第四层镁合金基板内部设有向右倾斜的平行四边形结构，且第三层与第四层形成对称结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合金属板，其特征在于：所述的复合金属板具有对称结构，对称轴为第三层与第四层的贴合线。
