背景技术
随着现代建筑行业大发展，保温、节能越来越得到人们的重视，带有保温层的混凝土预制板材因其方便施工、节省成本等优点得到了越来越多的应用，传统的保温预制板都是在保温板上直接浇铸一层混凝土，或者通过各种高性能胶将保温板和混凝土板粘合，这两种方式制作的预制板大都会在长时间使用后造成分层脱离的现象。现代工艺中有的预制板在两层之间加入了连接件，但大都是擦入一些直的塑料条或者金属条，这些连接件由于在两层里的接触面积小，连接效果不是很好。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型设计了一种预埋加强网，所述预埋加强网为钢丝网，所述预埋加强网垂直于网面设有若干细钢条，使用时所述钢条穿透预埋层，加强网的钢条穿过预埋层后顶端有一段向后弯曲。弯曲后钢条成勾状可以防止网体从预埋层中脱落。
进一步的，所述钢丝网的网格为边长5cm的正方形网格。
进一步的，所述加强网的钢条的游离端有一段扁平段，所述钢条穿过预埋层后所述扁平段向后弯曲，弯曲后所述扁平段与钢条本体夹角小于90度。设计扁平段可以增大钢条在预埋层中接触面积，加强连接效果。
本实用新型还设计了一种含有上述预埋加强网的预制保温板，其特征在于所述保温板包括保温层、混凝土层、预埋加强网，所述预埋加强网的钢条穿透保温层后弯曲的扁平段部分位于混凝土层中。
进一步的，所述预制保温板的保温层在与网体接触的一面开有凹槽。凹槽可以加强保温板在使用过程中与混凝土墙体的连接。
本实用新型的预埋加强网其有益效果在于：加强网上设置的钢条的游离端有一段扁平段，穿过预埋层后扁平段向后弯曲，弯曲后与本体的夹角小于90度，形成倒齿。这种设计增强了预制保温板的两层之间的连接，而采用了这种预埋加强网的预制保温板两层之间也不会脱落分离。另外本实用新型的预埋加强网的插入部分设计成钢条，在钢条的游离端设置一段扁平段，在穿透预埋层后再将扁平段弯曲，而没有直接采用将插入部分设计成带倒刺的钢条，是为了在钢条穿透预埋层后尽量留下小的孔隙。这样将该预埋加强网应用到预制保温板的时候能够保证保温板的保温层上不会留下大的穿透孔隙，从而保证了保温板的保温效果。

实施例1：
如图1-2所示，一种预埋加强网，包括钢丝网体1和垂直于网体的钢条2，所述钢条2的游离端有一段扁平段21，该预埋加强网在正常状态下如图1所示。在使用状态时如图2所示，钢条2穿透预埋层，用力将刚条2的扁平段21向后弯曲，扁平段21与钢条2本体之间的夹角为45度。
预埋加强网的网体1的网格为5cm的正方形网格。网体上设置的钢条2长15cm，扁平段长2cm。
实施例2：
如图3所示，一种含有本实用新型预埋加强网的预制保温板，包括预埋加强网、保温层31、混凝土层32。预埋加强网上的钢条2穿过保温层31，钢丝网体1贴紧保温层31，钢条2位于保温层31的另一边的扁平段21向后弯曲，保温层31在与钢丝网体1接触的一面开有梯形槽，混凝土层32将钢条2穿出保温层31的部分全部包埋其中。
上述预制保温板的保温层厚度为5-10cm，混凝土层厚度为 3-5cm。

2.根权利要求1所述的预埋加强网，其特征在于所述钢丝网的网格为边长5cm的正方形网格。
3.根据权利要求2所述的预埋加强网，其特征在于所述加强网的钢条的游离端有一段扁平段，所述钢条穿过预埋层后所述扁平段向后弯曲，且与钢条本体夹角小于90度。
4.一种含有权利要求3所述预埋加强网的预制保温板，其特征在于所述保温板包括保温层、混凝土层、预埋加强网，所述预埋加强网的钢条穿透保温层，扁平段向后弯曲，钢条透过保温层的部分位于混凝土层中。
5.根据权利要求4所述预制保温板，其特征在于所述保温层在与所述钢丝网体接触的一面开有梯形槽。
