The utility model provides a hang rope.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the hanging rope includes a cable 100, a housing 200, an elastic latch 300 and a USB male plug 400 inserted and matched with a USB socket 800; the cable 100 and the USB male 400 are fixed to both ends of the case 200, respectively; the USB male 400 has a cavity 411, and the elastic latch 300 has a protrusion 310 for engaging with a fastening hole 810 of the USB base 800 and located at the same end of the housing 200 as the USB male 400, a triggering portion 320 capable of triggering the protrusion 310 to swing and be accommodated in the cavity 411, and a connecting arm 330 having two ends respectively connecting the protrusion 310 and the triggering portion 320.
The utility model discloses technical scheme fixes rope 100 and the public head 400 of USB at casing 200 both ends respectively, can realize inserting the one end that will have the public head 400 of USB with the USB pedestal 800 card of digital product. In order to ensure that the USB male connector 400 does not fall out of the USB seat 800 during pulling the cable 100 at the other end, the hanging rope further comprises an elastic lock 300. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4, the elastic latch 300 has a convex buckle 310 that is snap-fit with the buckle hole 810 of the USB seat 800, so that when the hanging rope is connected to the USB seat 800, the convex buckle 310 is buckled with the buckle hole 810 of the USB seat 800. The male buckle 310 and the USB male 400 are disposed at the same end of the housing 200, and the USB male 400 is provided with a cavity 411 capable of receiving the male buckle 310, so as to ensure that the male buckle 310 can be pushed into the USB housing 800 along with the USB male 400. Meanwhile, the elastic latch 300 further has a triggering portion 320 capable of triggering the cam 310 to swing and a connecting arm 330 connecting the triggering portion 320 and the cam 310, respectively. The connecting arm 330 connected with the triggering portion 320 is directly triggered by the triggering portion 320, and the triggering signal is transmitted to the convex buckle 310 through the transmission action of the connecting arm 330, so that the convex buckle 310 is swung and accommodated in the concave cavity 411, and the effect that the convex buckle 310 can extend into and separate from the buckle hole 810 of the USB seat 800 is achieved.
When the lanyard is installed into the USB housing 800, the end of the USB male 400 of the lanyard is pushed into the USB housing 800. Because the USB male head 400 and the male buckle 310 are disposed at the same end of the housing 200, and the USB male head 400 is provided with the cavity 411 capable of accommodating the male buckle 310, under the triggering action of the triggering portion 320, the male buckle 310 swings and is accommodated in the cavity 411 on the USB male head 400 through the transmission action of the connecting arm 330, two ends of which are respectively connected to the triggering portion 320 and the male buckle 310, so that the male buckle 310 and the USB male head 400 can be smoothly pushed into the USB body 800 together; when the convex buckle 310 moves to the buckle hole 810 of the corresponding USB seat 800, the convex buckle 310 moves towards the USB seat 800 under the action of the trigger part 320 and extends into the buckle hole 810 to be connected with the buckle, and then the rope 100 is pulled, and a transverse interaction force is generated between the convex buckle 310 and the hole of the USB seat 800, so that the USB seat 800 is locked more tightly, thereby achieving the effect of locking the hanging rope and the USB seat 800. When the USB seat 800 and the hanging rope are detached, under the triggering action of the triggering portion 320, the protruding buckle 310 moves toward the cavity 411 on the USB male 400 under the driving action of the connecting arm 330, and when the top end of the protruding buckle 310 is separated from the buckle hole 810 of the USB seat 800, the hanging rope is pulled outwards, so that the protruding buckle 310 exits from the USB seat 800 along with the USB male 400, thereby realizing the function of untying the hanging rope. Therefore, the hanging rope can ensure the reliability of the hanging rope on the basis of not changing the original design of the digital product, and the effect of using the hanging rope on any USB seat body 800 of the digital product is realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the connecting arm 330 may be an elongated rod or plate, and the fixed connection form between the connecting arm 330 and the male buckle 310 may be a detachable connection form, such as a threaded connection, a snap connection, or the like; or may be non-detachable, such as by adhesive, integral molding, etc. In this embodiment, the connection arm 330 and the protruding buckle 310 are preferably integrally formed, so that the process flow can be simplified, the installation steps can be reduced, and the process cost can be saved. The trigger 320 may be a linkage assembly for controlling the movement of the male buckle 310, or a hydraulic or pneumatic system for controlling the movement of the male buckle 310. In any way, the male buckle 310 can enter the USB seat 800 and can be locked and unlocked from the USB seat 800.
The technical proposal of the utility model is that the rope 100 and the USB male head 400 are respectively fixed at the two ends of the shell 200, so that the function of connecting one end provided with the USB male head 400 with the USB seat body 800 on the existing digital product is realized; the convex buckle 310 of the elastic latch 300, which is arranged at the same end of the shell 200 as the USB male 400, is accommodated in the cavity 411 of the USB male 400 under the trigger of the trigger part 320, so that the convex buckle 310 is inserted into or withdrawn from the USB body 800 along with the USB male 400 during the insertion or withdrawal of the hanging rope into or from the USB body 800. Meanwhile, under the trigger of the trigger part 320, the convex buckle 310 swings at the position corresponding to the buckle hole 810 of the USB seat body 800, so as to achieve the effect of locking and unlocking the buckle hole 810. Therefore, by using the original buckle hole 810 structure on the USB seat body 800, on the basis that the product does not change the original design, the elastic buckle 300 capable of locking or releasing the buckle hole 810 is added to the hanging rope, thereby achieving the effect of the universal USB seat body 800.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the trigger 320 is disposed in the housing 200, and the housing 200 is further provided with a button 500 which abuts against and engages with the trigger 320 to drive the trigger 320 to operate. The casing 200 is provided with a button 500 abutting against the trigger part 320, and pressing the button 500 can drive the trigger part 320 to move, so as to drive the connecting arm 330 connected with the trigger part 320 to move along with the button and transmit the movement to the convex buckle 310, so that the convex buckle 310 generates corresponding actions, and different states of the elastic lock catch 300 are realized. By providing the button 500, the user can easily directly control the movement state of the elastic buckle 310.
Of course, the trigger part 320 may also be directly exposed outside the housing 200 (not shown), and the user may directly touch the trigger part 320 to achieve the effect of controlling the movement state of the elastic buckle 310.
Further, referring to fig. 2 or fig. 3, the housing 200 has an inner sidewall 210 opposite to the connecting arm 330 at a distance, a supporting member 211 abutting on the connecting arm 330 extends and protrudes from the inner sidewall 210, and the button 500 and the supporting member 211 are respectively disposed on two opposite sidewalls of the housing 200.
Housing 200 has an inner sidewall 210 spaced opposite attachment arm 330, illustrating a spacing between attachment arm 330 and the inner wall of housing 200; meanwhile, a supporting member 211 abutting against the connecting arm 330 extends and protrudes from the inner sidewall 210, so that the connecting arm 330 can swing around the supporting member 211 within the above-mentioned distance, and the connecting arm 330 and the supporting member 211 form a lever mechanism. The male buckle 310 can swing up and down in the cavity 411 of the USB male head 400 through the lever mechanism. The button 500 and the support 211 are disposed on opposite sidewalls of the housing 200, so that the connection arm 330 can rotate around the support 211 when the button 500 is pressed. As shown in fig. 3, when the connecting arm 330 rotates counterclockwise around the supporting member 211, the protruding buckle 310 fixedly connected to the connecting arm 330 rotates counterclockwise together with the connecting arm, so that the effect that the protruding buckle 310 presses the cavity 411 of the USB male 400 is achieved; when the connecting arm 330 rotates clockwise around the supporting member 211 as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, the buckle 310 rotates clockwise together with the connecting arm, so that the buckle 310 is bounced. Specifically, the fixing form of the support 211 and the housing 200 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a threaded connection, a snap connection, an adhesive, an integral molding, or the like. In this embodiment, the supporting member 211 and the housing 200 are preferably integrally formed in a mold, so that the installation steps can be reduced, and the labor cost can be saved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the surface of the supporting member 211 abutting against the connecting arm 330 is a curved surface. Specifically, the support 211 serves as a fulcrum in the lever mechanism, and the specific structure of the support 211 may be a cylinder, and may also be a cone or a spherical protrusion. In order to facilitate the connection arm 330 to achieve the swinging effect, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the support 211 is a cylinder, so that the connection arm 330 can achieve the effect of gentle swinging along with the arc-shaped outer surface of the support 211 in the swinging process, and on the other hand, can ensure that the support 211 has a certain supporting strength.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 4, the trigger portion 320 includes a plate 321 disposed in an anti-parallel direction with the connection arm 330, and a bent portion 322 bent by the plate 321 and extending to connect the connection arm 330, wherein the plate 321 abuts against the button 500.
By providing the plate 321, which is arranged in an anti-parallel manner to the connection arm 330, in the portion of the trigger part 320 abutting against the button 500, an effect of good contact performance between the button 500 and the plate 321 can be achieved; meanwhile, the plate 321 is reversely parallel to the connecting arm 330, which is equivalent to increase the length of the power arm, so that the user can control the movement of the elastic latch 300 with a small force. The plate member 321 may be directly connected to the connection arm 330 so as to be disposed on the same straight line; of course, the plate 321 may be not aligned with the connecting arm 330, and a bent portion 322 is required to connect the two. In this embodiment, it is preferable to have a plate member 321 bent over the bent portion 322 extending to connect the connecting arm 330. Such an arrangement allows, on the one hand, to reduce the design size of the button 500 and, on the other hand, to increase the overall rigidity of the resilient catch 300.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 4, a positioning hole 3211 is disposed on the plate 321, and the button 500 includes a base 510 disposed on the housing 200 and abutting against the plate 321, and a protrusion 520 fixed to the base 510 and passing through the positioning hole 3211. The base 510 abutting against the plate 321 is arranged on the button 500, so that the button 500 can support the trigger part 320; meanwhile, the button 500 further has a protrusion 520 fixed to the base 510 and passing through the positioning hole 3211, so that the protrusion 520 performs a positioning function through the cooperation of the protrusion 520 and the positioning hole 3211. When a worker assembles the elastic lock catch 300 in the hanging rope, the positioning hole 3211 on the trigger part 320 is firstly sleeved on the protruding part 520 of the assembled button 500, so that the effect that the protruding part 520 positions the plate 321 of the trigger part 320 is achieved; and then other parts are installed, thereby realizing the effect of assembling parts more accurately.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the USB male 400 includes a male body 410 disposed outside the housing 200 and having a cavity 411, and a base 420 disposed inside the housing 200 and connected to the male body 410; a pressure spring 600 is vertically arranged between the connecting arm 330 and the base 420, one end of the pressure spring 600 is fixed on the base 420, and the other end extends towards the connecting arm 330.
When the button 500 is pressed, the connecting arm 330 swings up and down around the supporting member 211 to be pressed downwards, the connecting arm 330 compresses the pressure spring 600 to move downwards, and meanwhile, the convex buckle 310 is driven to firstly retract towards the concave cavity 411 of the USB male head 400; then the button 500 is released, the pressure spring 600 moves towards the direction of restoring the deformation, so that the connecting arm 330 bounces along with the direction of restoring the deformation, and meanwhile, the convex buckle 310 is driven to bounce towards the direction far away from the concave cavity 411, and the effect that the original state of the hanging rope can be restored by releasing the button 500 is achieved. Due to the arrangement of the pressure spring 600, each part on the elastic lock catch 300 cannot be subjected to large impact force in the movement process, so that the pressure spring has a certain buffering effect. Of course, the pressure spring 600 may be disposed between the plate 321 of the trigger portion 320 and the housing 200 on the side of the support 211, which also achieves the above-mentioned effects.
Furthermore, the base body 420 is provided with a limiting column 421 opposite to the connecting arm 330 at an interval, the pressure spring 600 is sleeved on the limiting column 421, and the height of the limiting column 421 is smaller than the free height of the pressure spring 600. In order to ensure that the directions of the compressed spring 600 are consistent in the process of deformation caused by compression or recovery deformation caused by removal of external force and deform according to a certain track, the compressed spring 600 is necessary to be limited. The limiting column 421 is arranged on the substrate 420, and the pressure spring 600 is sleeved on the limiting column 421, so that the pressure spring 600 can be compressed along the axial direction of the limiting column 421 all the time, and the effect of limiting the deformation track of the pressure spring 600 is achieved. Meanwhile, in order to realize the compression function of the compression spring 600, the free height of the compression spring 600 needs to be greater than the height of the limiting column 421. Therefore, when the connecting arm 330 compresses the compression spring 600, the compression spring 600 can deform, on one hand, the effect that the connecting arm 330 can move along with the deformation direction of the compression spring 600 is achieved, and on the other hand, a certain buffering effect is achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the connecting arm 330 is provided with a positioning post 331 extending through the center of the pressure spring 600, and a space is provided between the positioning post 331 and the limiting post 421.
The connecting arm 330 is provided with a positioning post 331 extending through the center of the compression spring 600, so that when the elastic latch 300 is assembled on the housing 200, the positioning post 331 extends into the compression spring 600 sleeved on the limiting post 421, thereby achieving the effect of positioning the connecting arm 330 of the elastic latch 300. And a space is formed between the positioning pillar 331 and the limiting pillar 421. Therefore, on one hand, the connecting arm 330 is ensured to be capable of compressing the spring, and on the other hand, the phenomenon that the positioning column 331 is abutted to the limiting column 421 to generate interference when the connecting arm 330 swings around the supporting column is avoided, so that the connecting arm 330 can realize the swinging effect to the maximum extent, and the reliability that the convex buckle 310 is locked or separated from the buckle hole 810 of the USB seat body 800 is ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 5, the housing 200 is provided with a groove 212 and a guide post 213 on two opposite side walls thereof, an end of the cable 100 extends into the housing 200 and is provided with an elastic sleeve 700, and the guide post 213 passes through the elastic sleeve 700 and is inserted into the connection groove 212.
