Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the description of the embodiments herein is for purposes of illustration and explanation only and is not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to the structure shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a steam handle 15 comprising a connecting portion 1 for fitting positioning and a grip portion 2 laterally protruding from the connecting portion 1, that is, the connecting portion 1 is used for mounting the steam handle 15 to a base member such as a lid of a cooking utensil or a steam valve lid, and the grip portion 2 is used for a user's grip, wherein a steam discharge passage 3 is formed in the connecting portion 1, a steam inlet 4 of the steam discharge passage 3 is formed at a fitting positioning end of the connecting portion 1 so that steam in an inner cavity of the lid of the cooking utensil or the steam valve lid enters after the steam handle 15 is mounted to the lid of the cooking utensil or the steam valve lid, and a steam outlet 5 of the steam discharge passage 3 is formed at other portions of the connecting portion 1 except for a side portion corresponding to the grip portion 2, for example, an upper surface of the connecting portion 1, or side surfaces of the connecting portion 1 on both sides of the grip portion 2, or the side surface of the connecting part 1 opposite to the gripping part 2, or the three positions are all provided with steam outlets 5.
In this technical scheme, because the grasping portion 2 of steam handle 15 can be convenient for the user's gripping in order to get and put the steam valve lid or open culinary art kitchen utensils and appliances lid, and be formed with steam escape way 3 in connecting portion 1, thus, this steam handle 15 assembly back, the handle has just had grasping effect and steam escape effect simultaneously, can realize the effect of a plurality of parts among the prior art through a part, thereby the structure of culinary art kitchen utensils and appliances lid has been simplified, make the space of culinary art kitchen utensils and appliances lid can obtain make full use of and form bigger transparent visual window, in order to make things convenient for the user to look over the culinary art state in the culinary art cavity of culinary art kitchen utensils and appliances better.
In the steam handle 15 of the present invention, the steam inlet 4 may be formed at any position of the assembly positioning end according to the requirement, for example, on the side surface or the end surface of the position of the assembly positioning end extending into the steam valve cover or the cooking utensil cover, at this time, an assembly hole is formed on the steam valve cover or the cooking utensil cover, so that the assembly positioning end of the connecting portion 1 is installed in the assembly hole and extends into the steam valve cover or the cooking utensil cover, and then is fixedly disposed, for example, by screw fixing connection or by secondary injection molding or dual-color injection molding;
or, in order to facilitate the installation, a steam passing hole is formed on the steam valve cover or the cooking kitchen ware cover, and the steam inlet 4 is formed on the end surface of the assembling and positioning end, so that after the assembling and positioning end is fixed on the steam valve cover or the cooking kitchen ware cover through connecting pieces such as screws, the steam passing hole is in butt joint communication with the steam inlet 4. In addition, as described above, the steam outlet 5 is formed on the side of the connection part 1 opposite to the grip part 2, which can further prevent a user from being burned by steam sprayed from the steam outlet 5 when holding the grip part.
In addition, in order to prevent the overflow, it is preferable that a plurality of baffles 6 arranged relatively staggered in the channel direction are provided in the steam discharge channel 3 as shown in fig. 1 to form the steam discharge channel 3 as a bent channel. Like this, when the steam that is mingled with the liquid bubble passes through steam escape route 3, the liquid bubble will collide each baffle 6 and the breakage when turning, has further promoted the anti-overflow effect.
In addition, in the steam handle 15 of the present invention, the connecting portion 1 and the grasping portion 2 may be formed in various structural forms, for example, in one structural form, the connecting portion 1 is a cylinder or a square cylinder, and the grasping portion 2 may be a handle conforming to the grip of a human hand, which is fixedly connected to the side portion of the cylinder or the square cylinder by a connecting member such as a screw, or, in another structural form, as shown in fig. 1, the steam handle 15 includes a handle holder 7 and a handle cover 8, wherein the handle holder 7 includes a vertical cylinder 9 and a protruding portion 10 integrally extending outward from one side top end of the vertical cylinder 9, that is, one side wall of the vertical cylinder 9 integrally extends outward from the top end thereof to form the protruding portion 10, and the handle cover 8 is sealingly covered on the vertical cylinder 9 and the protruding portion 10, preferably detachably, such that the vertical cylinder 9 and a portion of the handle cover 8 form the connecting portion 1, the extension 10 and another part of the handle cover 8 form the grip 2. Thus, the steam discharge path 3 can be easily cleaned by opening the handle cover 8, thereby improving the hygiene.
In addition, in order to make the steam handle 15 light, it is preferable that a hollow cavity 11 communicating with the vertical cylinder 9 is formed between the protrusion 10 and the handle cover 8 as shown in fig. 1, for example, both sides of the protrusion 10 are bent upward to form a cavity, so that the hollow cavity 11 is formed after the handle cover 8 is closed. At this time, since the hollow cavity 11 is the same as the vertical cylinder 9, the hollow cavity 11 can be used as a buffer cavity, so that the steam in the steam discharge passage 3 can enter the hollow cavity 11 for buffering, thereby further improving the anti-overflow effect.
Further, in order to facilitate the user to grip more comfortably, preferably, the other part of the extension part 10 and the handle cover 8 forming the grip part 2 is a heat insulation part, that is, the other part is made of a heat insulation material, or the grip part 2 is sleeved with a heat insulation sleeve, so as to prevent steam from being sprayed out for a long time to scald the user, and/or a sealing baffle plate for isolating the hollow cavity 11 and the vertical cylinder 9 is arranged between the hollow cavity 11 and the vertical cylinder 9, so that the steam can be prevented from entering the hollow cavity 11 due to the existence of the sealing baffle plate, and thus, the steam handle 15 can be safer while the steam handle 15 is lightened.
In addition, in order to conform to the gesture of a human body when gripping an article so that a user can more comfortably grip the steam grip 15, it is preferable that the grip portion 2 is gradually reduced from the connecting portion 1 as shown in fig. 1, so that when the user grips the grip portion 2, a larger portion of the grip portion 2 near the connecting portion 1 can be gripped due to a larger loop formed by the index finger and the thumb, and a smaller portion of the grip portion 2 at the distal end can be gripped due to a smaller loop formed by the little finger being bent, so that a gripping gesture gradually reduced from the index finger to the little finger can be formed, thereby improving the gripping comfort.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a steam valve cover 19, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the steam valve cover 19 comprises a cover body 13 having a steam inner cavity 12, the steam inner cavity 12 is designed and used to communicate with a cooking cavity, the cover body 13 comprises a transparent area 14, and any of the above first aspect wherein the connecting portion 1 of the steam handle 15 is fixedly disposed on the transparent area 14 and the steam inlet 4 communicates with the steam inner cavity 12.
Thus, as mentioned above, after the steam valve cover 19 and the steam valve seat 18 are assembled to form the steam valve 22, the steam valve 22 can be conveniently taken by the steam handle 15, so that the transparent area 14 on the steam valve cover 19 can be only possibly large, or the transparent area 14 extends to the whole steam valve cover and the steam valve seat, so that the space of the cooking utensil cover 20, such as the cooker cover of an electric cooker, can be fully utilized to form a larger mounting opening 21 (which is a transparent visible window), and after the steam valve 22 is assembled in the mounting opening 12, a user can better check the cooking state in the cooking cavity of the cooking utensil through the steam valve 22.
In addition, in order to avoid the steam flow channel inside the steam valve 22 from being seen from the outside, it is preferable that the other portion of the cover 13 except the transparent region 14 is an opaque portion to enhance the aesthetic property. Of course, the cover 13 may also be transparent, and in this case, the steam flow channel in the steam valve may be designed to have an aesthetic structure, so as to enhance the aesthetic property of the whole steam valve.
Further, in order to facilitate the user's grip of the grip portion 2, it is preferable that the grip portion 2 extends along the transparent area 14 with a space therebetween as shown in fig. 1 so that the user's fingers can pass through the space to securely grip the grip portion 2.
Further, during actual cooking, the surface temperature of the steam valve cover 19 is high, for example, about 85 ° due to the high temperature steam in the cooking chamber, especially during the boiling stage, so that in order to avoid the user from being scalded when the user grips the steam grip 15 during this stage, it is preferable that a distance be maintained between the grip portion 2 and the transparent region 14, the distance being such that the user's fingers do not contact the transparent region 14 when the user grips the grip portion 2. In this way, the user can conveniently grasp the steam handle to access the steam valve 22 without touching the surface of the transparent area 14 with fingers, thereby avoiding burning pain or scalding. This will significantly improve the overall quality of the cooking utensil.
Further, the grip portion 2 extends along the transparent area 14, and a distance between the bottom surface 16 of the grip portion 2 facing the transparent area 14 and the transparent area 14 is 20mm or more. Thus, the distance of more than 20mm exceeds the diameter of the fingers, so that even if the steam valve is taken and placed during cooking, the fingers do not contact the surface of the steam valve cover 19, and scalding or scalding is avoided.
Further, the distance between the end of the grip portion 2 remote from the connecting portion 1 and the transparent area 14 is 30-35 mm. Since the distal end of the grip portion 2 is capable of providing a greater operating torque, such as a turning torque or a flip-up torque, the user's hand will exert a greater force on the distal end, and a spacing of 30-35mm may provide more sufficient finger operating space while also ensuring that the steam grip 15 is not too high.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the steam discharge, as shown in fig. 1, the edge of the cover body 13 of the steam valve cover 19 of the present invention is formed with the steam outlet 17, and the grasping portion 2 is far away from the steam outlet 17 and extends, so that the connecting portion 1 is located between the grasping portion 2 and the steam outlet 17 to play a blocking role, and thus, with the assistance of the above-mentioned distance and the blocking role of the connecting portion 1, the user can avoid the steam scald discharged from the steam outlet 17 while conveniently grasping the grasping portion 2. This will significantly improve the overall quality of the cooking utensil.
Of course, the coupling part 1 may be coupled to the cover body 13 at a position substantially near the middle or at a middle position, and further, the distance between the steam outlet 17 and the coupling part 1 is 60-70mm, or may be coupled to an edge of the cover body 13 opposite to the steam outlet 17.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, in order to make it easier for the user to see the cooking state in the cooking chamber through the transparent region of the steam valve, it is preferable that the area of the transparent region 14 occupies 75-85% of the area of the outer surface of the cover 13. More preferably, the area of the transparent region 14 occupies 80% of the area of the outer surface of the cover 13.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a steam valve 22, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the steam valve 22 comprises a steam valve seat 18 having a steam inlet and a steam valve cover 19 as described in any of the second aspects above, wherein the steam valve cover 19 and the steam valve seat 18 are detachably and sealingly connected to form a steam flow channel therebetween, one end of which is the steam inlet and the other end of which is the steam outlet. In this way, as described above, since the steam valve 22 can be easily accessed through the steam handle 15, the transparent area 14 on the steam valve cover 19 can be made as large as possible, so that the space of the cooking utensil cover 20 can be further utilized to form the larger mounting opening 21, and after the steam valve 22 is assembled in the mounting opening 21, the user can better check the cooking state in the cooking chamber of the cooking utensil through the steam valve 22.
In another tile, the steam valve 22 can form a double steam discharging channel through the steam flowing channel and the steam discharging channel 3, which further improves the anti-overflow effect.
In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides a cooking utensil cover, as shown in fig. 3, the cooking utensil cover 20 is formed with a mounting opening 21, and at the same time, a steam valve 22 as described in the third aspect above or a steam valve cover 19 as described in any of the second aspects above is sealingly fitted in the mounting opening 21;
or,
in another form, the cooking utensil cover 20 is provided with a transparent region, the connecting portion 1 of the steam handle 15 of any of the first aspects described above is fixedly provided on the transparent region and the steam inlet 4 communicates with the interior of the cooking utensil cover 20. Thus, as described above, since the grasping portion 2 of the steam handle 15 can be conveniently grasped by the user and the steam discharge channel 3 is formed in the connecting portion 1, the space of the lid 20 of the cooking utensil can be sufficiently utilized to form a larger transparent viewing window, so that the user can better check the cooking state in the cooking chamber of the cooking utensil.
In a fifth aspect, the present invention provides a cooking utensil comprising a cooking utensil body having a cooking chamber, the cooking utensil lid of the fourth aspect being pivotally disposed on the cooking utensil body. Thus, as described above, a user can conveniently open the cooking utensil cover or the steam valve through the steam handle, and can check the cooking state in the cooking chamber to a greater extent.
