thirdly, the pull rod assembly is installed in the hollow shaft 4 through the positioning of the semicircular key 11 on the rectangular pyramid 6, and one end of the pull rod 8, namely the left end shown in the figure 1, is installed on the hydraulic cylinder; specifically, when the plunger 5 is installed, the pull rod assembly slides into the hollow shaft 4 along the key groove on the inner wall of the hollow shaft, and before the rectangular pyramid 6 does not reach the corresponding installation position of the plunger 5, the plunger 5 is placed into the plunger through hole of the hollow shaft, so that the dovetail groove on the rectangular pyramid slides into the T-shaped guide rail on the plunger which is placed in advance.
Fourthly, positioning through a semicircular key 11 on the rectangular pyramid 6, and installing the plunger 5 on the hollow shaft 4; due to the positioning of the semicircular keys 11, all dovetail grooves of the rectangular pyramid 6 face the plunger through hole of the hollow shaft 4, so that the T-shaped guide rail of the plunger 5 is easy to align the rectangular pyramid dovetail grooves;
and step five, mounting the sector plate 3 on the plunger 5 in a bolt fixing mode, and then mounting the holding head 10 on the other end of the hollow shaft 4, namely the right end shown in the figure 1, so as to finish the mounting of the winding drum device of the uncoiler.
When the uncoiler drum device provided by the preferred embodiment is applied, the hydraulic cylinder drives the pull rod assembly to axially move, and particularly, the axial movement of the rectangular pyramid 6 drives the plunger 5 and the sector plate 3 to radially move under the limitation of the retainer 1 and the holding head 10, so that the purpose of expanding and reducing the diameter of the drum is achieved. Due to the positioning effect of the semicircular keys 11 on the rectangular pyramid 6, the plunger 5 is convenient to mount, and the stress on the contact parts (namely the dovetail groove and the T-shaped guide rail) of the rectangular pyramid 6 and the plunger 5 caused by the rotation of the pull rod 8 is eliminated. The rectangular pyramid 6 in the pull rod assembly is a relatively independent structure, when one of the pull rod assemblies is damaged, only the damaged rectangular pyramid needs to be replaced, the cost is low, and the service life of the winding drum is prolonged. The L-shaped structure of the retainer 1 is beneficial to preventing the fan-shaped plate 3 from accidentally falling off to cause damage to other equipment.

Claims (11)
1. An unwinder drum apparatus, comprising: the pull rod assembly, the hollow shaft, the plunger, the sector plate, the guard ring and the holding head; wherein,
the drawbar assembly, comprising:
one end of the pull rod is connected with the driving mechanism;
the rectangular pyramids are sleeved on the pull rod; the rectangular pyramid is detachable from the pull rod;
the distance sleeve is arranged between the adjacent rectangular pyramids, sleeved on the pull rod and used for spacing the adjacent rectangular pyramids at a certain distance;
the locking nut is arranged at the other end of the pull rod and used for limiting a rectangular pyramid close to the other end of the pull rod;
the hollow shaft is provided with a hollow cavity, the pull rod assembly is sleeved in the hollow cavity and can slide along the axial direction of the hollow shaft, and the hollow shaft is provided with a plunger through hole penetrating through the wall of the hollow shaft along the radial direction and used for enabling the plunger to penetrate through the wall of the hollow shaft;
the plunger, pass the plunger through-hole of hollow shaft includes: a first end part which is in sliding fit with the inclined conical surface of the rectangular pyramid, and a second end part which is fixed on the sector plate;
the fan-shaped plate is arranged on the periphery of the hollow shaft;
the retainer is arranged at one end of the sector plate and used for limiting the radial movement of the sector plate;
the holding head is arranged at the other end of the sector plate and used for limiting the radial movement of the sector plate;
when the pull rod assembly moves axially, the plunger and the sector plate are driven to move radially, so that the radial expansion and contraction function of the uncoiler drum device is realized.

The unwinder drum device according to claim 1, wherein said quadrangular pyramid comprises: a quadrangular pyramid part and a cylinder part; a dovetail groove is formed in the outer conical surface of the quadrangular conical body and is used for being in sliding fit with the plunger; and a T-shaped guide rail matched with the dovetail groove is arranged on the inclined surface of the first end part of the plunger.

The uncoiler drum device according to claim 2, wherein a first key slot is provided on the outer side surface of the cylindrical body of the rectangular pyramid, and a semicircular key is fixed in the first key slot; the semicircular key is fixed to the first key groove through a countersunk bolt; the semicircular key is provided with an oil storage tank;
and a second key groove in sliding fit with the semicircular key is formed in the inner side surface of the wall of the hollow shaft along the axial direction of the hollow shaft.

An unwinder drum device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the end of said quadrangular pyramid is provided with a pin hole for fixing a spacer adjacent to said quadrangular pyramid, the end of said spacer is provided with a pin hole for fixing a quadrangular pyramid adjacent to said spacer, and said spacer and the quadrangular pyramid adjacent to said spacer are fixed together by inserting a bar pin into the pin hole of said spacer and the pin hole of the quadrangular pyramid adjacent to said spacer.

The uncoiler drum device according to claim 4, wherein the rectangular pyramid is provided with an axial central through hole, a groove is arranged on the inner side wall surface of the rectangular pyramid along the axial direction of the rectangular pyramid, and a protrusion which is in sliding fit with the groove is arranged on the outer side wall surface of the pull rod; an oil storage tank is further arranged on the inner side wall surface of the rectangular pyramid, the spacer sleeve is provided with an axial center through hole, and the oil storage tank is arranged on the inner side wall surface of the spacer sleeve.
6. The unwinder reel assembly of claim 5, wherein said plunger has a lubrication hole therein, said lubrication hole extending through said first and second ends and to said T-shaped rail.

The unwinder reel assembly according to claim 6, wherein said first end further comprises wear plates secured to surfaces of said T-shaped rails in sliding contact with said dovetailed grooves of said rectangular pyramid; the wear-resisting plate is fixed on the T-shaped guide rail through a counter bore bolt; and the wear-resisting plate is provided with an oil storage tank communicated with the lubricating hole.
8. The uncoiler reel device as recited in claim 1, wherein said lock nut is a round nut provided with a positioning through hole, said uncoiler reel device further comprising an anti-loosening pin provided in said positioning through hole of said lock nut.
9. The uncoiler reel assembly of claim 1 wherein one end of the hollow shaft is provided with a speed reducer, and the retainer is mounted on the hollow shaft and secured to the speed reducer and abuts against one end of the sector plate; the holding head is fixed on the other end of the hollow shaft and is abutted against the other end of the sector plate; the retainer is of an L-shaped structure.
10. The uncoiler reel device of claim 1, wherein the sector plates are four in number, and the sector plates are provided with a plurality of first internally threaded holes and fixedly connected with the plunger through first bolts; still have the second internal thread hole on the sector plate to be in through the second bolt fixed connection one deck outer sector plate on the sector plate, outer sector plate is the nylon material.

The unwinder drum device according to claim 1, wherein the end of said quadrangular pyramid is provided with a pin hole for fixing a spacer adjacent to said quadrangular pyramid, the end of said spacer is provided with a pin hole for fixing a quadrangular pyramid adjacent to said spacer, and said spacer and the quadrangular pyramid adjacent to said spacer are fixed together by inserting a bar pin into the pin hole of said spacer and the pin hole of the quadrangular pyramid adjacent to said spacer.
