目前在轧锻钢球的生产线，通常是将热处理的钢球用传送带将待处理的钢球传送到水处理池中，不但费工，费设备，还浪费大量电能，并且需要变换水处理池时，又需要调整传送装置操作非常不方便，生产效率大大下降，生产成本大大提高。

本实用新型克服了现有钢球热处理时用传送带传送，费时费工又浪费大量电能，生产效率低的不足，提供了一种新型钢球滑道，操作简单，不需机械传送，节能环保，大大提高了生产效率。
本实用新型为解决其技术问题，采用的技术方案是：新型钢球滑道，由滚筒、主道、支道、插孔、挡板、水处理池构成，其特征是滚筒内设置螺旋滑道，滚筒安装在滚筒支架上，滚筒支架高度为1.7m，主滑道设置滚筒的尾部下方，主滑道与水平成45度角倾斜，主滑道的尾部连接两个岔道，两个岔道呈人字形，并且在岔道前端设置插孔，插孔上方插入挡板，岔道尾部与水处理池连接，岔道并且与水平成40度角。
