背景技术
脱硫塔是对工业废气进行脱硫处理的设备，是化工设备中的重要设备，脱硫塔是一种脱硫效率高，压力损失较低的兼能除尘的脱硫设备。
脱硫塔经过多年的改进，已发展成喷淋型、文丘里型、旋流板型、旋流柱型、浮球型、筛板型、气动乳化型等各种类型的脱硫塔，设备技术日趋成熟。
喷淋型的脱硫塔是使用最为广泛的脱硫塔类型之一，以碱性液体作为载体，将烟气中的尘、二氧化硫、碳氢化合物等有害物质从烟气中分离处理，吸收沉降，最后达到净化烟气的目的。喷淋型脱硫塔具有结构简单，工艺成熟可靠的优点，广泛应用于大型电厂，中小型低硫烟气治理；对于高硫烟气治理，有色行业以气动乳化脱硫塔、多层喷淋塔等为主。
脱硫塔的塔身多采用玻璃鳞片，玻璃鳞片时间长了容易发生开裂、脱落的现象，对脱硫塔的使用产生不良影响。
因此在塔身的塔壁内侧中间夹层，中间夹层采用多层玻璃纤维方格布将适量的玻璃鳞片胶泥压覆在底涂层上，上述结构提高塔身的整体性，防止开裂、脱落。
但脱硫塔在使用时难免出现局部碰撞损坏现象，局部损坏时，需要对其进行修补，修补时，采用重新压覆剥离鳞片的方式，该方式操作复杂，且需要较长时间完成，不仅浪费人力，而且修复效果难以保证。

一种脱硫塔的塔身修复板，包括底板，底板上设有涂层，涂层采用多层玻璃纤维方格布将适量的玻璃鳞片胶泥压覆在底板上。在对塔身进行修复时，首先对损坏区域进行磨平，然后将修复板安装在损坏区域即可。
优选的，所述涂层采用4-5层玻璃纤维方格布将适量的玻璃鳞片胶泥压覆在底板上。
所述涂层的玻璃鳞片胶泥包括乙烯基树脂、玻璃鳞片。

底板2上设有涂层1，涂层采用5层玻璃纤维方格布将适量的玻璃鳞片胶泥压覆在底板上。
所述涂层1的玻璃鳞片胶泥包括乙烯基树脂、玻璃鳞片。
