背景技术
在稳定性较差的松软岩层中掘进开挖巷道或硐室,这些岩石经短时间暴露就会开裂、垮塌。巷道和采场工作面爆破后,由于爆破震动的影响,表面将出现一些松动的岩块。此外,在岩体应力场、地下水侵蚀、风化、震动、冲击等各种因素的作用下,随着时间的推移,完整的岩体表面也会出现松石,给掘进施工带来安全隐患。因此,开始作业之前和作业过程中检查工作面和人员可能停留、通过的场所以及通道顶板和两帮的松石,并及时处理,防止其突然掉落伤人,是保证工程结构安全必不可少的日常工作。利用铁锤或钢棒等工具敲击岩体表面,根据岩体发出的声音判断是否有松石的方法。这是一种最古老、最简便的检查松动岩石方法,为世界各国土木工程普遍采用。但是在实际操作中用长撬棍敲帮问顶时,容易煤岩(矸石)顺杆而下伤人。此外,巷道通常处于噪音状态,会干扰了检测人员的判断。因此给巷道围岩的检测带了了极大的困难。

为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种结构新颖、使用方便、安全可靠的巷道围岩检测仪。
为解决上述技术问题本实用新型的技术方案为:一种巷道围岩检测仪,其特征在于:包括敲击锤、麦克风、连杆、伸缩杆、耳机、手柄,所述麦克风设置在敲击锤内部,所述敲击锤设置在连杆顶部,所述伸缩杆顶部与连杆尾部相连,所述伸缩杆尾部与手柄顶部相连,所述麦克风与耳机通过导线相连。
所述伸缩杆为多节的空心圆形套杆。
所述敲击锤外部设置有高绝缘塑料套。
本实用新型不仅可以有效解决传统巷道围岩检测过程中危险系数大、环境噪音大的难题,可根据麦克风将敲击锤与岩体碰撞的声音来判断围岩的安全状态,通过对岩体的监测,检测人员可以充分掌握巷道围岩的稳定性,有利于巷道的施工和维护,并且该岩检测仪结构新颖、使用方便、安全可靠,因此具有广阔的市场前景。

本巷道围岩检测仪使用时,先通过判断围岩高度对伸缩杆4的长度进行调整,然后操作人员手持手柄6,操控固定连接在连杆3上的敲击锤1对围岩进行敲击,这时内置于敲击锤1的麦克风2可接收敲击声并通过连接导线将声音传至耳机5,操作人员根据声音的种类对围岩状况进行判断,从而完成检测。
