纺纱过程是把半制品粗纱或条子经牵伸、加拈、卷绕成细纱管纱的纺纱机器，细纱机或粗纱机是纺纱中的主要机器,在纺纱设备机器在高速运转时会产生大量的飞花、尘屑及短绒等杂质，现如今的纺纱机为了人身健康、车间的空气环境质量，纺纱机上采用了除尘装置，但这些除尘装置安装的纺纱机体上，装配成本高，只能为一个纺纱机除尘，除尘成本高。
因此，本文提出一种纺纱机械除尘装置是十分必要的。

针对现有的纺纱机存在的技术问题，本实用新型提供一种纺纱机械除尘装置。
一种纺纱机械除尘装置，包括纺纱机、过滤网、吸尘罩、凸起、带刹车万向轮、风机、输送软管、集尘室、减震弹簧、连接螺杆和连接件；吸尘罩与集尘室两者左右两侧分别经螺栓连接有连接件，且所述吸尘罩、集尘室两者同侧的两所述连接件上分别设有一轴线重合孔径相同的通孔，连接螺杆穿过所述吸尘罩、集尘室同侧的两所述连接件上的通孔将所述吸尘罩、集尘室固结在一起，两所述连接螺杆下端分别设有一凸起，所述吸尘罩下端连通风机的进气口，所述风机出气口经输送软管连通所述集尘室。
优选地，所述凸起下端的所述连接螺杆上套装有一减震弹簧。

1、本实用新型新颖独特，与传统纺纱机除尘装置不同，可自由移动到工作的纺纱机下端工作的同时同步除尘，很好的满足了其使用需求，解决了现如今的纺纱机为了人身健康、车间的空气环境质量，纺纱机上采用了除尘装置，但这些除尘装置安装的纺纱机体上，装配成本高，只能为一个纺纱机除尘，除尘成本高的问题，移动方便，可在不同的纺纱机上使用，制造安装成本低；
2、本实用新型利用螺杆连接集尘室和吸尘罩，吸尘罩上下位置可以调节，且减震弹簧可减小工作过程中吸尘罩的振动，减小运行噪音。

本实用新型提供一种纺纱机械除尘装置，包括纺纱机1、过滤网2、吸尘罩3、凸起4、带刹车万向轮5、风机6、输送软管7、集尘室8、减震弹簧9、连接螺杆10和连接件11；吸尘罩3与集尘室8两者左右两侧分别经螺栓连接有连接件11，且吸尘罩3、集尘室8两者同侧的两连接件11上分别设有一轴线重合孔径相同的通孔，连接螺杆10穿过吸尘罩3、集尘室8同侧的两连接件11上的通孔将吸尘罩3、集尘室8固结在一起，两连接螺杆10下端分别设有一凸起4，吸尘罩3下端连通风机6的进气口，风机6出气口经输送软管7连通集尘室8，凸起4下端的连接螺杆10上套装有一减震弹簧9，可减小连接螺杆10上端的吸尘罩3在工作过程中产生的振动和噪音，吸尘罩3上端设有一过滤网2，可过滤大的杂质，防止其堵塞风机6的输送软管7，使用安全方便，集尘室8下端设有若干带刹车万向轮5，移动设备方便省力，吸尘罩3设置在纺纱机1的正下方，可调节连接螺杆10上的螺母，从而调节吸尘罩3与纺纱机1的距离，实现良好的除尘效果。
工作原理：该一种纺纱机械除尘装置工作时，移动集尘室8下端的带刹车万向轮5将除尘装置移动到纺纱机1的下端，打开风机6，利用风机6产生的负压将纺纱机1工作过程中产生的碎屑等杂质吸附到集尘室8统一收集起来处理，移动方便省力，可在不同的纺纱机1上使用，除尘的成本低，使用方便，本实用新型利用螺杆连接集尘室和吸尘罩，吸尘罩上下位置可以调节，且减震弹簧可减小工作过程中吸尘罩的振动，减小运行噪音。
利用本实用新型所述的技术方案，或本领域的技术人员在本实用新型技术方案的启发下，设计出类似的技术方案，而达到上述技术效果的，均是落入本实用新型的保护范围。
