如图1-图4所示，本具体实施方式所述的一种高效塑包铝球泡灯具，它由球泡1、光源铝基板2、铝杯3、LED灯驱动4、塑料灯体5和LED灯头6组成；所述塑料灯体的底部拧旋有LED灯头；所述塑料灯体内安装有LED灯驱动；所述铝杯拧旋在塑料灯体上；所述光源铝基板安装在铝杯内；所述球泡卡设在塑料灯体上；
如图2所示，所述塑料灯体5的外侧面上均匀设置有若干竖向条槽53，该塑料灯体5的底部设置有底部灯嘴54，该底部灯嘴54上设置有外螺纹一；所述塑料灯体5上端灯口内壁上部设置有内螺纹52，该塑料灯体5的上端灯口内壁顶端四周设置有若干卡槽51；
所述LED灯头6内壁设置与塑料灯体的底部灯嘴的外螺纹一相配合的内螺纹，LED灯头6与塑料灯体5的底部螺纹相连；
如图3所示，所述球泡1的底部为开口状，该球泡1的底部四周均匀设置有与塑料灯体5的卡槽51相配合的卡头11；所述球泡1通过其卡头11卡扣在塑料灯体5的卡槽51上固定。

1）本设计在现有的塑包铝结构上，改进了散热方式，让铝件（铝杯3）
外露于灯体（塑料灯体5）表面，形成有效的空气对流效果。上述结构不仅利用塑包铝热传递的散热方式，而且增大了空气对流的散热方式，使得散热效果较之以前得到大幅提升，并且提升了灯体的使用功率5W-8W，降低了企业的成本。
2）本设计解决铝件外露空气氧化问题：铝件（铝杯3）在注塑成型前进行氧化处理。同时利用模具上模腔表面的火花纹，与铝件（铝杯3）表面碰压，使铝件（铝杯3）表面有磨沙效果，使得产品外表面的有两层不同效果，增加灯体的外观协调及美观性。
本实用新型所述的一种高效塑包铝球泡灯具，它采用在现有的塑包铝结构的基础上，让经过氧化的铝件外露形成有效的空气对流，极大地提高了散热效果，且也提升灯体的使用效率，降低了企业成本。
