背景技术
随着域网改造的推进，要求计量柜要体积小、抗凝露、安装灵活，这就要求主要配件 ——计量用电流互感器要重新设计，要在极小的体积下达到抗凝露、无局放、计量精度高等特点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是，提供一种体积小、抗凝露、无局放、计量精度高的小体积、高精度、无局放的电流互感器。
采用的技术方案是：
一种小体积、高精度、无局放的电流互感器，包括一次线、二次线圈、铁芯、树脂外壳、安装底座。所述的一次线为一次整体冲压成型的一次线，一次线贯穿在铁芯中心并装在铁芯中，二次线圈缠绕在铁芯上并套装在一次线内，一次线连接一次接线板，所述一次线、二次线圈及一次接线板间通过浇注环氧树脂绝缘且形成一个整体的树脂外壳，树脂外壳与安装底座连接构成一整体。所述二次线圈输出的二次信号通过二次接线螺钉连接二次计量设备，可高精度计量。
上述的安装底座设有接地嵌件。
本实用新型主要特点：
1、采用特殊的外形结构设计，爬电距离大幅增加，能满足Ⅳ级污秽，有效增强抗凝露能力。
2、内部一次线采用一次冲压成型，抛弃了传统的焊接工艺，使其结构更加合理，大幅缩小了互感器的体积。
3、采用高饱和硅钢片和高导磁微晶相结合工艺，使其在1%~200%电流范围内都能达到高精度可靠计量，满足城市用电量大的峰谷差。

具体实施方式
一种小体积、高精度、无局放的电流互感器，包括一次线2、二次线圈4、铁芯5、树脂外壳3、安装底座7。所述的一次线2为一次整体冲压成型的一次线，一次线2贯穿在铁芯5中心并装在铁芯5中，二次线圈4缠绕在铁芯5上并套装在一次线2内，一次线2连接一次接线板1，所述一次线2、二次线圈4及一次接线板1间通过浇注环氧树脂绝缘且形成一个整体的树脂外壳3，树脂外壳3与设有接地嵌件8的安装底座7连接构成一整体。所述二次线圈4输出的二次信号通过二次接线螺钉6连接二次计量设备，可高精度计量。

1.一种小体积、高精度、无局放的电流互感器，包括一次线（2）、二次线圈（4）、铁芯（5）、树脂外壳（3）、安装底座（7），其特征在于所述的一次线（2）为一次整体冲压成型的一次线，一次线（2）贯穿在铁芯（5）中心并装在铁芯（5）中，二次线圈（4）缠绕在铁芯（5）上并套装在一次线(2)内，一次线（2）连接一次接线板（1），所述一次线（2）、二次线圈（4）及一次接线板（1）间通过浇注环氧树脂绝缘且形成一个整体的树脂外壳（3），树脂外壳（3）与安装底座（7）连接构成一整体，所述二次线圈（4）输出的二次信号通过二次接线螺钉（6）连接二次计量设备，可高精度计量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小体积、高精度、无局放的电流互感器，其特征在于所述的安装底座（7）设有接地嵌件（8）。
