Abstract
不碎内胆保温饭盒，采用聚碳酸酯制成内胆，内胆与外壳之间填有发泡聚氨酯为保温材料，具有保温性能好、内胆不裂不破、无毒无味、坚固耐用等特点。
Description
本实用新型属生活用品。
通常人们使用的保温饭盒，均使用传统的玻璃保温内胆，但在使用中极易破碎、爆裂。
本实用新型的目的，就是要设计制造一种保温性能好，坚固耐用，遇冷、热不裂，变形的保温饭盒。
实现目的要点是：内胆采用无毒、无味，不易老化、热稳定性能好的聚碳酸脂为材料，注塑成形。内胆与外壳以及上盖与盖衬之间均填有保温性能好的保温材料发泡聚氨脂，外壳与盖衬为聚乙烯制成，上盖为聚丙烯制成，上盖与外壳螺纹密封。
采用上述材料制成的饭盒，具有保温性能好（等同玻璃内胆）坚固耐用等特点。
图1为本实用新型的半剖图。
如图中所示，内胆（2）与外壳（6）之间、上盖（5）与盖衬（1）之间均填有保温材料聚氨脂（3），提手（4）为镀铬钢丝，装在外壳（1）上。
采用本实用新型中的材料及结构，还可制成方形保温饭盒及圆形保温杯。
Claims (2)
1、不碎内胆保温饭盒，其特征在于：内胆(2)与外壳(6)、上盖(5)与盖衬(1)之间填有聚氨脂(3)保温材料，内胆由聚碳酸脂制成。
2、根据权利要求1所说的不碎内胆保温饭盒，其特征在于：上盖（5）与外壳（6）螺纹密封。
