背景技术
新一代的小型断路器具有小型化、高可靠性和高性能的特点,其中小型断路器温升是影响小型断路器小型化的最重要的一个因素,而现有小型断路器的电磁线圈因为受到金属导体载流能力的限制,在同等限流能力下,若进一步缩小电磁线圈的体积,必然导致小型断路器温升变高,进而影响小型断路器的可靠性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种工作产热低、可靠性高的小型断路器。
一种小型断路器,其包括电磁系统;其特征在于:所述电磁系统包括多线并绕式结构的电磁线圈,电磁线圈包括多个单线线圈,各单线线圈中的电流走向相同。
优选的,所述电磁线圈是双线并绕式结构的电磁线圈,其包括第一线圈1 和第二线圈2,第一线圈1和第二线圈2中的电流走向相同。
优选的,所述第一线圈1的匝数和第二线圈2的匝数相同。
优选的,所述第一线圈1和第二线圈2均包括第一接线端和第二接线端,第一接线端和第二接线端平行于电磁线圈的中轴线并分别向远离电磁线圈的两侧方向延伸。
优选的,所述电磁系统还包括用于承载电磁线圈的线圈骨架7,线圈骨架7 包括第一端和第二端,铁芯6滑动设置在线圈骨架7的第二端内,磁芯设置在线圈骨架7的第一端内,铁芯6和磁芯之间设置复位弹簧,顶杆3滑动设置在磁芯中部,铁芯6用于驱动顶杆3顶出。
优选的,所述电磁系统还包括矩形结构的支架8,支架8一端开口,支架8 的闭口侧与电磁系统的线圈骨架7的第二端相连,其开口侧的一端向下弯折与线圈骨架7的第一端相连,其开口侧的另一端与静触头5相连。
优选的,所述静触头5上部设置凸台4,静触头5通过凸台4与电磁线圈的一个接线端相连。
优选的,还包括设置在电磁系统下部的灭弧系统,其包括设置在电磁系统下部的灭弧室91、设置在灭弧室91一侧的引弧结构92以及设置在灭弧室91另一侧的排气结构93。
优选的,所述灭弧室91内设置多个灭弧栅片911,灭弧栅片911的一端卡置在断路器壳体上。
本实用新型的小型断路器包括电磁系统,电磁系统包括多线并绕式结构的电磁线圈,电磁线圈包括多个单线线圈,单线线圈中的电流走向相同,在不降低小型断路器限流能力的前提下降低电磁系统的发热量,从而解决了由于电磁线圈发热量大导致小型断路器温度升高的问题。此外,所述灭弧室内设置多个灭弧栅片,灭弧栅片的一端卡置在断路器壳体上,使本实用新型的小型断路器根据小型断路器的额定电流值调整灭弧栅片的数量,有利于方便调整,且有利于节约成本;所述线圈骨架的第一端内固定设置磁芯,第二端内滑动设置铁芯,顶杆滑动设置在磁芯中部,铁芯和磁芯之间设置复位弹簧,有利于进一步减少电磁系统占用的空间,从而进一步减小小型断路器的体积。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1给出的实施例,进一步说明本实用新型的小型断路器的具体实施方式。本实用新型的小型断路器不限于以下实施例的描述。
本实用新型的小型断路器,其包括电磁系统,电磁系统包括多线并绕式结构的电磁线圈,电磁线圈包括多个单线线圈,各单线线圈中的电流走向相同。新一代的小型断路器具有小型化、高可靠性和高性能的特点,其中小型断路器升温是影响小型断路器小型化的最重要的一个因素,而现有小型断路器的电磁线圈因为受到金属导体载流能力的限制,在同等限流能力下,若进一步缩小电磁线圈的体积,必然导致小型断路器温升变高,进而影响小型断路器的可靠性。本实用新型的小型断路器,其电磁线圈采用多线并绕式结构,包括多个匝数相同的单线线圈,在不降低小型断路器限流能力的前提下降低电磁系统的发热量,从而解决了由于电磁线圈发热量大导致小型断路器温度升高的问题。
如图1所示,为本实用新型小型断路器的一个实施例。
本实用新型的小型断路器包括电磁系统,电磁系统包括双线并绕式结构的电磁线圈。所述电磁线圈包括第一线圈1和第二线圈2,二者的匝数相同,且二者内部的电流走向相同。当然,所述电磁线圈也可以包括3个、4个或大于4的整数个的单线线圈,而且各个单线线圈中的电流走向相同。
优选的,所述电磁线圈包括左侧和右侧的第一接线端和第二接线端,二者平行于电磁线圈的中轴线,并分别向远离电磁线圈的两侧方向延伸。
如图1和2所示方向,所述电磁系统还包括用于承载电磁线圈的线圈骨架7,线圈骨架7包括分别位于其右侧和左侧的第一端和第二端,铁芯6滑动设置在线圈骨架7的第二端内部,磁芯固定设置在线圈骨架7第一端内部,铁芯6和磁芯之间设置复位弹簧,复位弹簧套装在顶杆3外侧,顶杆3滑动设置在磁芯中部,当电磁线圈中出现短路电流时,铁芯6动作,驱动顶杆3弹出线圈骨架7。此结构有利于进一步减少电磁系统占用的空间,有利于进一步减小小型断路器的体积。工作时,当电磁线圈中通过短路电流时,在电磁线圈产生的磁场作用下,铁芯6向磁芯移动,驱动顶杆3向右侧移动,复位弹簧被压缩;当短路电流消除后,复位弹簧舒张,带动铁芯6向右移动,驱动顶杆3复位。
优选的,如图2所示方向,所述顶杆3左端设置凹槽,铁芯6右端设置凸台,铁芯6的凸台插入顶杆3的凹槽中,磁芯左端设置弹簧槽,复位弹簧一端与铁芯6相连,另一端设置在磁芯的弹簧槽中。此结构使得铁芯6、顶杆3和磁芯之间的配合更加稳定。
如图1所示方向,所述电磁系统还包括设置在电磁线圈外侧的矩形结构的支架8,支架8右侧开口,支架8的左侧与线圈骨架7的第二端固定连接,支架 8右侧的上端向下90°弯折,并与线圈骨架7的第一端固定连接,支架8右侧的下端与静触头5固定连接,静触头5上部设置凸台4,凸台4与电磁线圈的第二接线端相连。
如图4所示,为本实用新型的电磁系统的另一实施例。
所述线圈骨架7左端滑动设置铁芯6,右端固定设置磁芯,顶杆3与铁芯6 固定连接,顶杆3与磁芯滑动连接,顶杆3的左端与线圈骨架7的左端之间设置复位弹簧。
本实用新型的电磁线圈有效降低电磁系统的发热量,以下内容将结合具体示例进行说明:
某小型断路器的电磁系统内设置一个匝数为6匝的单线电磁线圈,其电阻为R,其中流过的电流为I,那么在时间t内,该单线电磁线圈产生的热量为Q,得出如下等式:Q=I2Rt。
将该小型断路器的电磁系统内设置的电磁线圈改为双线并绕式结构,如图1 所示,线圈总匝数为6匝,第一线圈1和第二线圈2的匝数各为3匝,通过电磁线圈的电流为I,则第一线圈1和第二线圈2内流过的电流均为I/2,第一线圈1和第二线圈2的电阻均为R/2,那么在时间t内,双线并绕式结构的电磁线圈产生的热量为Q1,为第一线圈1和第二线圈2产生的热量之和,得到如下等式:Q1=(I/2)2·(R/2)·t×2=I2Rt/4。
经过对比可知,本实用新型的电磁线圈可显著降低其在单位时间内产生的热量,保证了断路器在小型化的同时,依然具有较高的可靠性。
需要指出的是,上述示例中以单线结构的电磁线圈和双线并绕式结构的电磁线圈进行对比,说明了双线并绕式结构的电磁线圈可以在不影响小型断路器的限流能力、可靠性的前提下,显著降低电磁系统的工作产热。当然,根据物理学定律和计算公式,我们同样可以推定包括大于2个单线线圈的多线并绕式结构的电磁线圈同样可以起到与双线并绕式结构的电磁线圈相同或近似的效果。
如图3所示方向,本实用新型的小型断路器,还包括设置在电磁系统下部的灭弧系统,其包括设置在电磁系统下部的灭弧室91、设置在灭弧室91右侧的引弧结构92以及设置在灭弧室91左侧的排气结构93。所述灭弧室91内设置多个灭弧栅片911,灭弧栅片911的一端卡置在断路器壳体上。本实用新型灭弧室 91可根据小型断路器的额定电流值调整灭弧栅片911的数量,有利于方便调整,且有利于节约成本。

1.一种小型断路器,其包括电磁系统;其特征在于:所述电磁系统包括多线并绕式结构的电磁线圈,电磁线圈包括多个单线线圈,各单线线圈中的电流走向相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小型断路器,其特征在于:所述电磁线圈是双线并绕式结构的电磁线圈,其包括第一线圈(1)和第二线圈(2),第一线圈(1)和第二线圈(2)中的电流走向相同。
3.根据权利要求2所述的小型断路器,其特征在于:所述第一线圈(1)的匝数和第二线圈(2)的匝数相同。
4.根据权利要求2所述的小型断路器,其特征在于:所述第一线圈(1)和第二线圈(2)均包括第一接线端和第二接线端,第一接线端和第二接线端平行于电磁线圈的中轴线并分别向远离电磁线圈的两侧方向延伸。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的小型断路器,其特征在于:所述电磁系统还包括用于承载电磁线圈的线圈骨架(7),线圈骨架(7)包括第一端和第二端,铁芯(6)滑动设置在线圈骨架(7)的第二端内,磁芯设置在线圈骨架(7)的第一端内,铁芯(6)和磁芯之间设置复位弹簧,顶杆(3)滑动设置在磁芯中部,铁芯(6)用于驱动顶杆(3)顶出。
6.根据权利要求5所述的小型断路器,其特征在于:所述电磁系统还包括矩形结构的支架(8),支架(8)一端开口,支架(8)的闭口侧与电磁系统的线圈骨架(7)的第二端相连,其开口侧的一端向下弯折与线圈骨架(7)的第一端相连,其开口侧的另一端与静触头(5)相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的小型断路器,其特征在于:所述静触头(5)上部设置凸台(4),静触头(5)通过凸台(4)与电磁线圈的一个接线端相连。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的小型断路器,其特征在于:还包括设置在电磁系统下部的灭弧系统,其包括设置在电磁系统下部的灭弧室(91)、设置在灭弧室(91)一侧的引弧结构(92)以及设置在灭弧室(91)另一侧的排气结构(93)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的小型断路器,其特征在于:所述灭弧室(91)内设置多个灭弧栅片(911),灭弧栅片(911)的一端卡置在断路器壳体上。
