[0019] 在机组运行在满负荷时,主管道1上的气动止回阀12、电动截止阀13、气动调节阀I 4均关闭,旁路管道5上的气动止回阀n 6、电动截止阀n 7、气动调节阀n 8均开启,通过调节 气动调节阀ns开度来控制一部分抽气进入零号高压加热器9,使零号高压加热器壳端维持 一定温度;在机组运行在非满负荷时,旁路管道5上的气动止回阀116、电动截止阀117、气动 调节阀n 8均关闭,主管道1上的气动止回阀12、电动截止阀13、气动调节阀14均开启,通过 调节气动调节阀4开度来控制零号高压加热器9管端出口水温,此时零号高压加热器9正常 运行。
Claims (4)
1.一种带预暖功能的零号高压加热器系统,其特征在于:包括连接零号高压加热器和 高压缸的主管道,主管道上安装有调节阀I,主管道上设置有调节阀〗的旁路管道,旁路管道 上安装有调节阀n ;在满负荷运行时,主管道上的调节阀I均关闭,旁路管道上的调节阀jj 均开启;在非满负荷时,主管道上的调节阀I均开启,旁路管道上的调节阀n均关闭。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带预暖功能的零号高压加热器系统,其特征在于°:调节阀 包括设置在主管道上的气动止回阀I、电动截止阀I和气动调节_[。
