[0002] 胚胎移植又称受精卵移植，是指将雌性动物的早期胚胎，或者通过体外受精及其 他方式得到的胚胎，移植到同种的、生理状态相同的其他雌性动物体内，使之继续发育为新 个体的技术。在肉牛养殖领域，胚胎移植技术可以大幅度提高肉牛的产犊量，以及提高肉牛 牛犊的成活率和健康程度。目前，在胚胎移植过程中，大多采用的口吸式胚胎操作装置实 现。但是在这种口吸式胚胎操作装置在胚胎洗涤、鉴定检查过程中，易被外部环境二次污 染，以及易发生采集者的口水倒流的现象导致胚胎被污染，从而造成胚胎的健康度和成活 率的降低。名称为“用于肉牛胚胎移植中口吸式胚胎操作装置”申请号为“201420478454.5” 的中国实用新型专利公开了一种用于肉牛胚胎移植中口吸式胚胎操作装置，包括玻璃管细 管主体和一端渐细的锥形玻璃管，玻璃管主体的一端与一端渐细的锥形玻璃管的宽端连 通;玻璃管主体与一端渐细的锥形玻璃管之间的夹角为钝角；玻璃管主体的另一端与软管 的一端连通;软管的另一端与0.22微米过滤器的一端连通;〇 • 22微米过滤器的另一端与二 号软管的一端连通;二号软管的另一端与口吸器的一端连通。然而，该装置仍能对于长距离 胚胎移植时，存在玻璃管无法弯曲，长度不够等问题，而且当有大量液体使，容易使液体进 入口中，而污染胚胎，增加了工作难度。 实用新型内容
