Abstract

鼠笼式热交换器属于地源热泵工程系统配套设备。由圆形汇集管、热交换管、限位器组成,其特征是:两个圆形汇集管,上下同心对置,中间密集导通连接热交换管;上下圆形汇集管内侧都预留循环管路接头,并且对称装配限位器;圆形汇集管和热交换管焊装成一体后表面做防腐处理;限位器是装配在圆形汇集管上,防止鼠笼式热交换器与井壁刮擦破损的保护装置。该实用新型可以稳妥地下置于井中的水下,完成热交换管和圆形汇集管中导热介质与地下井水的温度交换,为热泵提供所需的基础温度,达到节能的效果。

背景技术
现在,地源热泵节能效果非常明显,已经越来越被认可。地埋式交换管路是一般地源热泵集装工程的采取方式,但这种方式占用土地面积太大,一般不易修复,属于一次性工程。而针对独栋墅院,井式热交换比较实用,所以相应开发简单实用的井式热交换器尤为必要。
实用新型内容
针对以上所需,特设计了这种鼠笼式热交换器。
本实用新型的解决方案是:鼠笼式热交换器,由圆形汇集管、热交换管、限位器组成,其特征是:两个圆形汇集管,上下同心对置,中间密集导通连接热交换管;上下圆形汇集管内侧都预留循环管路接头,并且对称装配限位器;圆形汇集管和热交换管焊装成一体后表面做防腐处理;限位器是装配在圆形汇集管上,防止鼠笼式热交换器与井壁刮擦破损的保护装置。
如上所述,热交换管外侧可以装配鳞齿片,以增加其热交换效率;上方的限位器可以预留吊索挂孔。
该实用新型的有益效果是:该实用新型可以稳妥地下置于井中的水下,完成热交换管和圆形汇集管中导热介质与地下井水的温度交换,为热泵提供所需的基础温度,达到节能的效果。
