本实用新型提出一种汽轮机控制器,包括核心处理单元、信号接口板、人机界面和通讯模块;信号接口板具有第一调理电路和第二调理电路;第二调理电路连接于核心处理单元与汽轮机的转速传感器之间;核心处理单元根据接收到的脉冲频率信号计算得出阀门开度指令,并将阀门开度指令传递给第一调理电路;第一调理电路连接于核心处理单元与汽轮机的调节阀之间;通讯模块用于与集散控制系统通信。本实用新型集成信号接口板,直接接收转速信号和输出调节阀控制信号,实现对汽轮机启停和运行的控制调节,无需配套伺服控制设备,简化了传统汽轮机控制系统的结构,提升了系统的可靠性,降低了构建成本;采用触摸屏进行操作,提升了操作的便捷性和显示的直观性。
