机器人包括机器人本体，喷涂机器人具有底座、手臂和喷涂头，所述的手臂是多节的，多节手臂之间铰接；现有技术中，机器人手臂外面没有防护部件，机器人喷涂时往往会产生一些飞沫（例如油漆），飞沫会粘接在手臂的连接部位，影响机器人的正常运行。

本实用新型的目的就是针对上述缺点，提供一种保证机器人正常使用、飞沫不会粘接在手臂连接部位的机器人——一种喷涂机器人。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种喷涂机器人，包括机器人本体，喷涂机器人具有底座、手臂和喷涂头，所述的手臂是多节的，多节手臂之间铰接；其特征是：在所述的手臂铰接部位的外面有一层防护层。
进一步地讲，所述的防护层是乳胶制成的防护层。
进一步地讲，所述的防护层是防护套，所述的防护套外面具有多圈起伏的环状结构。
进一步地讲，所述的喷涂头外周也有防护套。

如图1、2、3所示，一种喷涂机器人，包括机器人本体1，喷涂机器人具有底座2、手臂3和喷涂头4，所述的手臂是多节的，多节手臂之间铰接；其特征是：在所述的手臂铰接部位的外面有一层防护层5。
这样，防护层就可以阻挡飞沫进入铰接的部位，减少飞沫沉积在这里，减少机器人的维修，实现本实用新型的目的。
进一步地讲，所述的防护层是乳胶制成的防护层。
进一步地讲，所述的防护层是防护套，所述的防护套外面具有多圈起伏的环状结构6。
