工作时，将罐体1下部开口端置于病灶部位，真空枪连接在活塞阀2上，利用真空枪抽取罐体1内的空气直至皮肤接触到内灸针5，将电源接头6接通电源，内灸针5在电流作用下对病灶部位进行电疗和热疗。
在上述方案基础上，所述罐体1材质为医用塑料。如此设置，内灸针拔罐器整体重量轻，绝缘性能好，罐体1使用寿命长。
在上述方案基础上，所述内灸针固定器4侧壁上的穿线孔开设在靠近密封套3的位置。如此设置，可防止拔罐过程中电源线7接触到人体皮肤，满足实际使用需要。
