本实用新型公开了一种电网自动化检测控制终端系统,由电源模块、控制模块、CPU、通信单元、GPS模块、遥控模块、遥测模块、遥信模块、扩展模块组成;具有通信功能强大,支持多种有线和无线通信方式,采用可扩展设计模式,所有模块采用1+1冗余设计,每个模块都设置有两个插槽,各个模块相互独立,某一模块的损坏不会影响其他模块和整体系统的运行,遥控、遥信和遥测功能完全实现模块化,可以根据用户需求灵活配置。

本实用新型涉及电气技术领域,尤其是一种电网自动化检测控制终端系统。
背景技术
电网自动化终端广泛用于配电网中,主要是对开关设备进行监测、遥控和故障监测功能;但是传统电网测控终端存在以下问题:通信方式较单一,扩展性差,遥控、遥测和遥信功能没有模块化,没有统一的结构标准,不能实现标准式机架安装,不能根据用户的需要灵活配置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电网自动化检测控制终端系统,弥补现有电网测控终端的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种电网自动化检测控制终端系统由电源模块、控制模块、CPU、通信单元、GPS模块、遥控模块、遥测模块、遥信模块、扩展模块组成。
所述控制模块包括CPU和通信单元,所述扩展模块可安装遥控模块、遥测模块和遥信模块,所有模块通过机柜背板的can通信总线连接。
所述电网自动化测控终端装置采用19英寸4U的标准机柜,其结构采用嵌入式安装模块方式,机柜背板设置有can通信总线,外壳封闭,机柜设置上下两层,上层设计10个插槽,下层设计2个电源插槽。
使用时,电源模块给各个模块供电,GPS模块提供定位信息和时钟信息,控制模块收集其他模块发送的数据并上传至主站,主站可实时监测终端装置状态,并向终端装置发送控制指令,控制模块接收主站发送的指令并执行。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型电网自动化测控终端装置通信功能强大,支持多种有线和无线通信方式,采用可扩展设计模式,所有模块采用1+1冗余设计,每个模块都设置有两个插槽,各个模块相互独立,某一模块的损坏不会影响其他模块和整体系统的运行,遥控、遥信和遥测功能完全实现模块化,可以根据用户需求灵活配置。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种电网自动化检测控制终端系统包括电源模块1、控制模块2、CPU2-1、通信单元2-2、GPS模块3、遥控模块4、遥测模块5、遥信模块6、扩展模块7;
所述控制模块2包括CPU2-1和通信单元2-2,所述扩展模块7可安装遥控模块4、遥测模块5和遥信模块6,所有模块通过机柜背板的can通信总线连接,各个模块相互独立,某一模块的损坏不会影响其他模块和整体系统的运行;
如图2所示,采用19英寸4U的标准机柜,其结构采用嵌入式安装模块方式,机柜背板设置有can通信总线,外壳封闭,机柜设置上下两层,上层安装控制模块2、GPS模块3、遥控模块4、遥测模块5、遥信模块6和扩展模块7,下层安装电源模块1;所有模块采用1+1冗余设计,每个模块都设置有两个插槽,上层设计10个插槽,下层设计2个电源插槽;
如图3所示,所述控制模块2包括CPU2-1和通信单元2-2;所述通信单元包括有线通信和无线通信两种方式,所述有线通信包括以太网和光纤两种通信方式,所述无线通信包括WIFI、微波、3G和4G通信方式;控制模块2面板设置有run和ALM指示灯,一个MMI接口,一个以太网接口,一个光纤接口;模块正常工作时run指示灯闪烁,模块故障时ALM指示灯亮;
控制模块2的作用:收集GPS模块3、遥控模块4、遥测模块5和遥信模块6的数据并处理数据,与主站通信,接收主站数据和向主站发送数据;
如图4所示,所述GPS模块3面板设置有run指示灯和天线接口ANT,模块正常工作时run指示灯常亮,模块故障时run指示灯灭,天线接口ANT连接GPS天线;
GPS模块3的作用:提供定位和时钟,保证各个终端装置和主站时钟同步;
如图5所示,所述遥测模块5面板设置有run指示灯、ALM指示灯和12对接口;模块正常工作时run指示灯闪烁,模块故障时ALM指示灯亮;
遥测模块5的作用:采集遥测数据并上报至控制模块2,本模块可提供12个遥测点;
如图6所示,所述遥信模块6面板设置有run指示灯、ALM指示灯、18个接口和18个对应接口指示灯;模块正常工作时run指示灯闪烁,模块故障时ALM指示灯亮,接口指示灯亮表示对应的接口处于接通状态;
遥信模块6的作用:采集遥信数据并上报至控制模块2,本模块遥信电容量为18个点;
如图7所示,所述遥控模块4面板设置有run指示灯、ALM指示灯和18个接口;模块正常工作时run指示灯闪烁,模块故障时ALM指示灯亮;
遥控模块4的作用:接收并执行控制模块2的遥控数据,本模块遥控的容量为18个点;
如图8所示,所述电源模块1由壳体8-1、显示屏8-2、电源开关8-3、拉环8-4组成;所述壳体8-1正面设置有显示屏8-2、电源开关8-3和拉环8-4;显示屏8-2显示输出电压和电流信息,拉环8-4可将电源模块1抽出;
电源模块1的作用:将交流电转换为直流电,输出5V和24V两种直流电源,其中5V电源为控制模块2和GPS模块3供电,24V电源为遥控模块4、遥测模块5、遥信模块6、扩展模块7供电。
使用时,电源模块1给各个模块供电,GPS模块3提供定位信息和时钟信息,控制模块2收集其他模块发送的数据并上传至主站,主站可实时监测终端装置状态,并向终端装置发送控制指令,控制模块2接收主站发送的指令并执行

1.一种电网自动化检测控制终端系统,其特征在于,由电源模块、控制模块、CPU、通信单元、GPS模块、遥控模块、遥测模块、遥信模块、扩展模块组成;控制模块包括XPU和通信单元,所述扩展模块可安装遥控模块、遥测模块和遥信模块,所有模块通过机柜背板的can通信总线连接;所述电网自动化测控终端装置采用19英寸4U的标准机柜,其结构采用嵌入式安装模块方式,机柜背板设置有can通信总线,外壳封闭,机柜设置上下两层,上层设计10个插槽,下层设计2个电源插槽。
