技术领域
本实用新型涉及手表技术领域，尤其涉及一种表带及具有该表带的手表。
背景技术
目前集成电子标签的手表，一般都是将电子标签电路整体放入表体中，表体一般选择塑料材料，强度差，容易被破坏，耐久性差，表体选择金属材质，金属会频闭电子标签信号，影响电子标签的读写。并且，将电子标签内置于表体中，也会增加表体的厚度，不方便佩戴。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题就在于：针对现有技术存在的技术问题，本实用新型提供一种电子标签读写方便，通信能力强，方便佩带，耐用的表带及手表。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提出的技术方案为：一种表带，为双层结构，包括上层表带和下层表带，上层表带和下层表带之间具有夹层，在所述夹层中，设置有电子标签芯片。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述电子标签芯片设置在基底上。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述基底为软板基底。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述软板基底的材质包括橡胶材质、聚酰亚胺材质。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述基底为硬质基底。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述硬质基底为中间向上凸起的弧形基底。
一种表带，所述表带上设置有凹槽，所述凹槽内设置有电子标签芯片，还包括密封块，密封块用于将所述电子标签芯片密封在所述凹槽内。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述凹槽设置在所述表带的上表面，靠近表带与手表本体的连接部的位置。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述表带的材质包括塑胶、硅橡胶。
一种手表，包括手表本体和表带，所述表带为上述任一项所述的表带。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：
1、本实用新型将电子标签芯片内置于表带之间，不会增加表体的硬度，佩带方便，同时，不影响电子标签的读写信号，可方便的对电子标签进行读写，通信能力强。
2、本实用新型将电子标签置于表带之中，并且电子标签设置于基底之上，可有效对电子标签形成保护，防止电子标签损坏，坚固耐用。

以下结合说明书附图和具体优选的实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述，但并不因此而限制本实用新型的保护范围。
实施例一：
如图1所示，本实施例的表带2，为双层结构，包括上层表带21和下层表带22，上层表带21和下层表带22之间具有夹层，在夹层中，设置有电子标签芯片3。如图2所示，为设置有电子标签芯片3一侧表带2的分层侧视图，图2中的左侧为表带与手表本体连接侧。在本实施例中，电子标签芯片3设置在基底上。基底为软板基底。软板基底的材质包括橡胶材质、聚酰亚胺材质。
实施例二：本实施例与实施例一基本相同，不同之处在于基底为硬质基底。硬质基底为中间向上凸起的弧形基底。通过中间向上凸起的弧形基底，可以使得在佩带时表带2更好的贴合手腕的形状，佩带更加舒适。
实施例三：本实施例的表带2上设置有凹槽4，凹槽4内设置有电子标签芯片3，还包括密封块5，密封块5用于将电子标签芯片3密封在凹槽4内。如图3所示，图3中右侧为表带2与手表本体1连接侧。凹槽4设置在表带2的上表面，靠近表带2与手表本体1的连接部的位置。在本实施例中，通过粘合剂使得密封块5设置有电子标签芯片3的凹槽4密封。表带2为塑胶表带2、硅橡胶表带2。
实施例四：本实施例的手表，包括手表本体1和表带2，其表带2为上述三个实施例中的表带2。

1.一种表带，为双层结构，包括上层表带（21）和下层表带（22），上层表带（21）和下层表带（22）之间具有夹层，其特征在于：在所述夹层中，设置有电子标签芯片（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表带，其特征在于：所述电子标签芯片（3）设置在基底上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的表带，其特征在于：所述基底为软板基底。
4.根据权利要求3所述的表带，其特征在于：所述软板基底的材质包括橡胶材质、聚酰亚胺材质。
5.根据权利要求2所述的表带，其特征在于：所述基底为硬质基底。
6.根据权利要求5所述的表带，其特征在于：所述硬质基底为中间向上凸起的弧形基底。
7.一种表带，其特征在于：所述表带（2）上设置有凹槽（4），所述凹槽（4）内设置有电子标签芯片（3），还包括密封块（5），密封块（5）用于将所述电子标签芯片（3）密封在所述凹槽（4）内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的表带，其特征在于：所述凹槽（4）设置在所述表带（2）的上表面，靠近表带（2）与手表本体（1）的连接部的位置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的表带，其特征在于：所述表带（2）的材质包括塑胶、硅橡胶。
10.一种手表，包括手表本体（1）和表带（2），其特征在于：所述表带（2）为权利要求1至9任一项所述的表带（2）。
