背景技术
木饰面作为一种表面装修材料，被广泛应用于室内外墙面装饰。目前市场上所使用的木饰面多由厚度厚的实木板制成，这种木饰面存在的缺点是：安装使用不便，易开裂变形，起鼓，起翘，耐候性、耐水性及阻燃性差。因而亟需发明一种由厚度薄的木皮制成、并且安装使用方便、不开裂变形、不起鼓、不起翘、同时耐候性、耐水性及阻燃性高的木饰面。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装方便且耐候性及阻燃性好的自粘型阻燃耐候木饰面。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了如下技术方案：所述的自粘型阻燃耐候木饰面，包括木皮层，在木皮层的上下表面上均设置有用以封闭木皮层表面的封闭树脂层，在木皮层上表面的封闭树脂层的外表面设置有无机颜料层，在无机颜料层的外表面设置有加硬树脂层，在加硬树脂层的外表面设置有耐候树脂层，在木皮层下表面的封闭树脂层的外表面设置有黏胶层，在黏胶层的外表面附着有离型纸。

如图1所示，所述的自粘型阻燃耐候木饰面，包括木皮层1，在木皮层1的上表面设置有用以封闭木皮层1上表面且具备阻燃功能的上封闭树脂层2，在木皮层1的下表面设置有用以封闭木皮层1下表面且具备阻燃功能的下封闭树脂层3，在木皮层1上表面的上封闭树脂层2的外表面设置有具备防紫外线功能的无机颜料层4，在无机颜料层4的外表面设置有具备阻燃功能且能增加木皮层硬度的加硬树脂层5，在加硬树脂层5的外表面设置有具备阻燃功能及耐候功能的耐候树脂层6，在木皮层1下表面的下封闭树脂层3的外表面设置有黏胶层7，在黏胶层7的外表面附着有离型纸8；在本实施例中，黏胶层7与离型纸8相黏粘的表面上设置有若干用于排气的排气凹槽9，这样可以使黏胶层更好地黏贴在室内外需装饰的墙面上。使用时，只需先撕去木饰面的离型纸，就能将木饰面黏贴在室内外需装饰的墙面上，安装使用极其方便。
本实用新型所述的自粘型阻燃耐候木饰面加工过程如下：先将由木皮形成的木皮层1浸在封闭树脂中，使木皮层1的上表面形成具备阻燃功能的上封闭树脂层2、下表面形成具备阻燃功能的下封闭树脂层3，接着在下封闭树脂层3的外表面设置黏胶层7，然后在黏胶层7的外表面附着离型纸8，接着在上封闭树脂层2的外表面上具备防紫外线功能的纳米级无机颜料，使上封闭树脂层2的外表面形成具备防紫外线功能的无机颜料层4，然后在无机颜料层4的外表面上具备阻燃功能且能增加木皮层硬度的加硬树脂，使无机颜料层4的外表面形成具备阻燃功能且能增加木皮层硬度的加硬树脂层5，然后再对加硬树脂层5的外表面进行打磨，待打磨完成后，再在加硬树脂层5的外表面上具备阻燃功能及耐候功能的耐候树脂，加硬树脂层5的外表面形成具备阻燃功能及耐候功能的耐候树脂层6。
本实用新型的有益效果是：安装使用方便，不开裂变形，不起鼓，不起翘，阻燃性高，阻燃等级可达A2级，耐候性强，可耐受-40℃～70℃的环境温度，并且耐水性强。

1.自粘型阻燃耐候木饰面，其特征在于：包括木皮层，在木皮层的上下表面上均设置有用以封闭木皮层表面的封闭树脂层，在木皮层上表面的封闭树脂层的外表面设置有无机颜料层，在无机颜料层的外表面设置有加硬树脂层，在加硬树脂层的外表面设置有耐候树脂层，在木皮层下表面的封闭树脂层的外表面设置有黏胶层，在黏胶层的外表面附着有离型纸。
