本实用新型涉及的是一种抗挠漂浮电源线,包括内阻水套管、外阻水套管、填充于内阻水套管和外阻水套管之间的发泡、以及由内阻水套管包裹的两根导体芯线和两根保护芯线;两根导体芯线并列紧贴轴向设置,两根保护芯线将两根导体芯线夹于中间。本实用新型采用双层阻水套管,阻水套管间填充发泡,比重小,能够漂浮于水面,适用于各种水面及水下作业环境的电力传输;两根导体芯线的两侧增加保护芯线,提高了电源线的强度和耐挠曲性,结构简单,使用寿命长,实用性强。

本发明涉及电源线,尤其涉及的是一种抗挠漂浮电源线。
背景技术
随着科技的快速发展,各种电子电力设备开始延展并应用在水中,电缆作为传输电力或信号的连接线,是这些设备正常运行的关键部件。普通的阻水电缆不能漂浮于水面,容易造成损伤,使用寿命低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种结构简单、安全可靠的抗挠漂浮电源线。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种抗挠漂浮电源线,包括内阻水套管、外阻水套管、填充于内阻水套管和外阻水套管之间的发泡、以及由内阻水套管包裹的两根导体芯线和两根保护芯线;两根导体芯线并列紧贴轴向设置,两根保护芯线将两根导体芯线夹于中间。
优选的,导体芯线由导体和包裹导体的绝缘层构成,绝缘层由聚氯乙烯塑料制成。
优选的,保护芯线是PET丝线。
优选的,内阻水套管和外阻水套管由热塑性弹性体绝缘材料制成。
优选的,内阻水套管的直径为5.0mm,外阻水套管的直径为9.5mm。
优选的,导体芯线的直径为1.8mm,内阻水套管内还填充有发泡。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用双层阻水套管,阻水套管间填充发泡,比重小,能够漂浮于水面,适用于各种水面及水下作业环境的电力传输;两根导体芯线的两侧增加保护芯线,提高了电源线强度和耐挠曲性,结构简单,使用寿命长,实用性强。

以下结合附图和具体实施例来进一步说明本发明。
如图1所示,一种抗挠双芯漂浮电源线,包括内阻水套管1、外阻水套管2、填充于内阻水套管1和外阻水套管5之间的发泡3、以及由内阻水套管1包裹的两根导体芯线4和两根保护芯线5。两根导体芯线4并列紧贴轴向设置,两根保护芯线5将两根导体芯线4夹于中间,分摊导体芯线4的受力,提高电源线强度和耐挠曲性。导体芯线4的直径为1.8mm,由导体41和包裹导体41的绝缘层42构成;绝缘层42由聚氯乙烯塑料制成,具有高柔软性,还同时具有耐水和耐磨等特点。保护芯线5则采用PET丝线,PET具有热变形的温度高、弯曲强度大、弹性模量达高等特点,能够很好地保护导体芯线4,提高电源线耐挠曲性。内阻水套管1的直径为5.0mm,外阻水套管2的直径为9.5mm,两者都是由热塑性弹性体绝缘材料制成,热塑性绝缘体具有良好的耐化学性和耐环境性能。内阻水套管1内间隙填充满发泡3,提高内阻水套管1的结构稳定。

1.一种抗挠漂浮电源线,其特征在于,包括内阻水套管、外阻水套管、填充于内阻水套管和外阻水套管之间的发泡、以及由内阻水套管包裹的两根导体芯线和两根保护芯线;两根导体芯线并列紧贴轴向设置,两根保护芯线将两根导体芯线夹于中间。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗挠漂浮电源线,其特征在于,导体芯线由导体和包裹导体的绝缘层构成,绝缘层由聚氯乙烯塑料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述抗挠漂浮电源线,其特征在于,保护芯线是PET丝线。
4.根据权利要求1所述抗挠漂浮电源线,其特征在于,内阻水套管和外阻水套管由热塑性弹性体绝缘材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述抗挠漂浮电源线,其特征在于,内阻水套管的直径为5.0mm,外阻水套管的直径为9.5mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述抗挠漂浮电源线,其特征在于,导体芯线的直径为1.8mm,内阻水套管内还填充有发泡。
