技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能高温热量收集储存装置,具体涉及一种利用气流和固体颗粒收集存储太阳能热量的装置。
背景技术
太阳能(Solar Energy),一般是指太阳光的辐射能量,在现代一般用作发电。自地球形成生物就主要以太阳提供的热和光生存,而自古人类也懂得以阳光晒干物件,并作为保存食物的方法,如制盐和晒咸鱼等。但在化石燃料减少下,才有意把太阳能进一步发展。太阳能的利用有被动式利用(光热转换)和光电转换两种方式。
对于热量收集,需要使用介质将收集的热量输送至使用点。现有的介质有使用液体,气体和熔融盐来传送热量。液体高温气化导致系统内压力上升,气体热传导和储存热量的能力低下,熔融盐成本高,维护困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种利用气体和固体颗粒作为介质的太阳能高温热量收集储存装置。
为了实现上述目的本实用新型包括,一个陶沙桶,该陶沙桶中装填有陶沙颗粒,该陶沙桶的底端与一热量收集器的底端通管连通,该底端通管的顶端连通有多根吸热管,吸热管围成一个倒圆锥形,吸热管的顶端与一混热锥壳的顶端连通,该混热锥壳也为倒圆锥形,包围在吸热管外,该混热锥壳的底端出口与一储热装置的储热旋风筒的进气端连通,该储热旋风筒的底端与一储沙桶连通,该储热旋风筒的出气端与陶沙桶顶端的旋风筒的进气端连通,该旋风筒的出气端与气泵的进气端连通。
陶沙颗粒经过陶沙桶进入热量收集器,气泵同时供气将陶沙颗粒出入吸热管中,气流混杂陶沙颗粒收集热量,温度可高达600℃,相比于液体系统工作更稳定,且温度上限更高,利用一般液体在此高温下早已大量气化无法正常工作。相比于单用气流来说陶沙颗粒能够收集更多的热量。如此能够大幅提升热量收集效率和集热温度上限,扩大应用领域。
优选的,所述混热锥壳内固定有螺旋倒流叶片。导流叶片能够提高气流的旋流效果,提高混热效率。
所述陶沙颗粒的粒径不大于一毫米。该颗粒粒径能够保证随风流动不会造成阻塞。

如图1和图2所示,一种太阳能高温热量收集储存装置,包括一个陶沙桶1,该陶沙桶1中装填有陶沙颗粒11,该陶沙桶1的底端与一热量收集器2的底端通管21连通,该底端通管21的顶端连通有多根吸热管22,吸热管22围成一个倒圆锥形,吸热管22的顶端与一混热锥壳3的顶端连通,该混热锥壳3也为倒圆锥形,包围在吸热管22外,该混热锥壳3的底端出口与一储热装置4的储热旋风筒41的进气端连通,该储热旋风筒41的底端与一储沙桶42连通,该储热旋风筒41的出气端与陶沙桶1顶端的旋风筒12的进气端连通,该旋风筒12的出气端与气泵5的进气端连通。
所述混热锥壳3内固定有螺旋倒流叶片31。所述陶沙颗粒11的粒径不大于一毫米。
陶沙颗粒经过陶沙桶进入热量收集器,气泵同时供气将陶沙颗粒出入吸热管中,气流混杂陶沙颗粒收集热量,温度可高达600℃,相比于液体系统工作更稳定,且温度上限更高,利用一般液体在此高温下早已大量气化无法正常工作。相比于单用气流来说陶沙颗粒能够收集更多的热量。如此能够大幅提升热量收集效率。

1.一种太阳能高温热量收集储存装置,包括一个陶沙桶(1),该陶沙桶(1)中装填有陶沙颗粒(11),该陶沙桶(1)的底端与一热量收集器(2)的底端通管(21)连通,该底端通管(21)的顶端连通有多根吸热管(22),吸热管(22)围成一个倒圆锥形,吸热管(22)的顶端与一混热锥壳(3)的顶端连通,该混热锥壳(3)也为倒圆锥形,包围在吸热管(22)外,该混热锥壳(3)的底端出口与一储热装置(4)的储热旋风筒(41)的进气端连通,该储热旋风筒(41)的底端与一储沙桶(42)连通,该储热旋风筒(41)的出气端与陶沙桶(1)顶端的旋风筒(12)的进气端连通,该旋风筒(12)的出气端与气泵(5)的进气端连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能高温热量收集储存装置,其特征在于,所述混热锥壳(3)内固定有螺旋倒流叶片(31)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能高温热量收集储存装置,其特征在于,所述陶沙颗粒(11)的粒径不大于一毫米。
