技术领域
本实用新型涉及土工材料领域,尤其涉及一种嵌锁式双层抗压土工格栅。
背景技术
土工格栅是一种加筋材料,在土体工程中起到加固增强的作用,网格结构是为了使土工格栅与土体充分接触,增加土体的整体性和承受应力强度。
专利公开号CN204080781的中国实用新型专利公开了“一种土工格栅”,其公开的技术特征为,多个土工格栅单体构成格栅状,土工格栅单体呈六边形,土工格栅单体的六条边部采用锯齿形筋带,土工格栅单体的六个角部采用空心圆管,锯齿形筋带和空心圆管共用;所述空心圆管上开设有通气孔,所述土工格栅单体内设有格栅筋带网。本专利可在一定程度上控制土体水平向位移,但是,在使用时,格栅柔软而刚度较低,抗压能力差,不能有效的防止土体不均匀沉降,当边坡或挡土墙受外荷载较大时,土体向下沉降的同时也会被横向挤压,土体产生水平方向的移动,造成土体承载力大幅下降,严重影响土体的稳定性。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供一种嵌锁式双层抗压土工格栅,有效控制了由于不均匀受力而产生的竖向沉降,提高了土工格栅的防护效果。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的,提供一种嵌锁式双层抗压土工格栅,包括若干六边形格栅单体,相邻格栅单体共用边部和角部,所述格栅单体的边部包括由六条筋带组成的呈六边形的上层边部,以及由六条筋带组成的呈六边形的下层边部,所述上层边部与下层边部对应的角点通过填充有弹性颗粒的空心柱连接,受压时,弹性颗粒的弹性起到缓冲作用,提高抗压能力,所述各空心柱下端固接有向下层边部中心延伸的辐条筋,所述各辐条筋通过圆形节点连接为一体,辐条筋及下层边部共同组成的结构具有很强的抗拉能力,在承受不均匀载荷时,能抵抗载荷的不均衡,从而避免产生土体的不均匀沉降。
作为优化,所述辐条筋与下层边部处于同一平面,消除高度差,使辐条筋与下层边部共同受力,提高抗压能力。
作为优化,所述相邻辐条筋之间设置有筋带网,所述筋带网与下层边部的筋带固定连接,进一步增强辐条筋及下层边部的连接强度。
作为优化,所述下层边部的筋带下表面设置有锯齿,所述锯齿尖边与其所在筋带的长度方向垂直,通过锯齿与土体的嵌锁,有效控制土体的横向移动。
本实用新型的有益效果为:六边形的下层边部、辐条筋及筋带网组成的结构抗拉能力强,在上部土体承受不均匀荷载时,能抵抗因外界不平衡荷载的存在而产生的不均匀沉降;空心柱结构完整,抗压能力强,其内填充的弹性颗粒,在受压时产生缓冲作用,进一步提高了格栅抗压能力。

具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本方案进行阐述。
如图1所示一种嵌锁式双层抗压土工格栅,包括若干六边形格栅单体,相邻格栅单体共用边部和角部,每个格栅单体的边部包括由六条筋带组成的呈六边形的上层边部1,以及由六条筋带组成的呈六边形的下层边部5,上层边部1与下层边部5的角点一一对应,且对应的角点通过填充有弹性颗粒的空心柱3连接,各空心柱3下端固接有向下层边部5中心延伸的辐条筋2,各辐条筋2交汇处设置有圆形节点4,各辐条筋2通过圆形节点4连接为一体,由于节点4为圆形,使其各方向受力均匀。相邻的辐条筋2之间设置有筋带网7,筋带网7与其相邻的下层边部5的筋带固定连接。
为提高结构强度,辐条筋2与下层边部5处于同一平面,使其成为一个整体,避免高度差使其不能同时受力。
为防止土体的横向移动,下层边部5的筋带下表面设置有锯齿6,锯齿尖边与其所在筋带的长度方向垂直,通过锯齿增加格栅与土体的摩擦,提高嵌锁能力。

1.一种嵌锁式双层抗压土工格栅,包括若干六边形格栅单体,相邻格栅单体共用边部和角部,其特征在于:所述格栅单体的边部包括由六条筋带组成的呈六边形的上层边部(1),以及由六条筋带组成的呈六边形的下层边部(5),所述上层边部(1)与下层边部(5)对应的角点通过填充有弹性颗粒的空心柱(3)连接,所述各空心柱(3)下端固接有向下层边部(5)中心延伸的辐条筋(2),所述各辐条筋(2)通过圆形节点(4)连接为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌锁式双层抗压土工格栅,其特征在于:所述辐条筋(2)与下层边部(5)处于同一平面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种嵌锁式双层抗压土工格栅,其特征在于:所述相邻辐条筋(2)之间设置有筋带网(7),所述筋带网(7)与下层边部(5)的筋带固定连接。
