[0002] 污水处理为使污水达到排水某一水体或再次使用的水质要求对其进行净化的过 程。污水处理被广泛应用于建筑、农业,交通、能源、石化、环保、城市景观、医疗、餐饮等各个 领域,也越来越多地走进寻常百姓的日常生活。按水污的质性来分,水的污染有两类:一类 是自然污染;另一类是人为污染。当前对水体危害较大的是人为污染。水污染可根据污染杂 质的不同而主要分为化学性污染、物理性污染和生物性污染三大类。污染物主要有:⑴未经 处理而排放的工业废水;⑵未经处理而排放的生活污水;⑶大量使用化肥、农药、除草剂的 农田污水;⑷堆放在河边的工业废弃物和生活垃圾;⑸水土流失;⑹矿山污水。如今的污水 处理装置仍然无法大范围在企业内流通,工业污水破坏环境的现象仍然屡见不鲜,如何设 计一种一体化,结构简单合理且造价较低的净化器一直是社会的研宄课题。 实用新型内容
[0003]本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种一体化批量水质净化过 滤器。
[0004]本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
[0005] —种一体化批量水质净化过滤器,包括活性炭层,终极过滤水出口,中轴搅拌器和 过滤器壳体,法兰封盖下部设置有所述过滤器壳体,所述过滤器壳体中心处设置有所述中 轴搅拌器,所述过滤器壳体顶部设置有入水口,所述入水口下部设置有过滤网层,所述过滤 网层下部设置所述活性炭层,所述活性炭层下部设置有强氧化层,所述强氧化层下部设置 有另一所述活性炭层,所述活性炭层下部设置有排渣口,所述排渣口下部设置有初级过滤 水出口,所述初级过滤水出口下部设置有高温杀菌层,所述高温杀菌层下部设置有所述终 极过滤水出口。
[0006]上述结构中,污水从顶部入口进入,依次经过所述活性炭层,强氧化层,活性炭层 后从所述初级过滤水出口排出,剩余水再经过所述高温杀菌层处理,最终从所述终极过滤 水出口流出,完成目的。
[0007]为了进一步提高净化效果,所述法兰封盖外围通过螺栓与所述过滤器壳体相连 接,所述过滤器壳体中心处固定所述中轴搅拌器。
[0008]为了进一步提高净化效果,所述过滤器壳体顶部焊接所述入水口,所述过滤器壳 体内固定所述过滤网层,所述过滤网层与所述活性炭层相邻,所述活性炭层与所述强氧化 层通过隔板分离。

[0017]如图1-图2所示,一种一体化批量水质净化过滤器,包括活性炭层3,终极过滤水出 口7,中轴搅拌器8和过滤器壳体9,法兰封盖11下部设置有过滤器壳体9,过滤器壳体9中心 处设置有中轴搅拌器8,使污水充分进行过滤,过滤器壳体9顶部设置有入水口 i,入水口 !下 部设置有过滤网层2,先进行大颗等杂质的去除,过滤网层2下部设置活性炭层3,吸附异味 与小型颗粒,活性炭层3下部设置有强氧化层4,对内部细菌进行强氧化处理,杀死细菌杂 质,强氧化层4下部设置有另一活性炭层3,再进行吸附异味与小型颗粒,使净化效果更优 秀,活性炭层3下部设置有排渣口 10,使产生的固定杂质颗粒排出,排渣口10下部设置有初 级过滤水出口 5,初级过滤水出口 5下部设置有高温杀菌层6,消灭残余的细菌,高温杀菌层6 下部设置有终极过滤水出口 7。
[0018]上述结构中,污水从顶部入口进入,依次经过活性炭层3,强氧化层4,活性炭层3后 从初级过滤水出口 5排出,剩余水再经过高温杀菌层6处理,最终从终极过滤水出口 7流出, 完成目的。
[0019]为了进一步提高净化效果,法兰封盖11外围通过螺栓与过滤器壳体9相连接,过滤 器壳体9中心处固定中轴搅拌器8,过滤器壳体9顶部焊接入水口 1,过滤器壳体9内固定过滤 网层2,过滤网层2与活性炭层3相邻,活性炭层3与强氧化层4通过隔板分离,过滤器壳体9焊 接固定排渣口 10,过滤器壳体9与初级过滤水出口 5通过法兰相连接,过滤器壳体9内固定高 温杀菌层6,过滤器壳体9底部焊接终极过滤水出口 7。

1.一种一体化批量水质净化过滤器,其特征在于:包括活性炭层,终极过滤水出口,中 轴搅拌器和过滤器壳体,法兰封盖下部设置有所述过滤器壳体,所述过滤器壳体中心处设 置有所述中轴搅拌器,所述过滤器壳体顶部设置有入水口,所述入水口下部设置有过滤网 层,所述过滤网层下部设置所述活性炭层,所述活性炭层下部设置有强氧化层,所述强氧化 层下部设置有另一所述活性炭层,所述活性炭层下部设置有排渣口,所述排渣口下部设置 有初级过滤水出口,所述初级过滤水出口下部设置有高温杀菌层,所述高温杀菌层下部设 置有所述终极过滤水出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化批量水质净化过滤器,其特征在于:所述法兰封盖 外围通过螺栓与所述过滤器壳体相连接,所述过滤器壳体中心处固定所述中轴搅拌器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化批量水质净化过滤器,其特征在于:所述过滤器壳 体顶部焊接所述入水口,所述过滤器壳体内固定所述过滤网层,所述过滤网层与所述活性 炭层相邻,所述活性炭层与所述强氧化层通过隔板分离。
