背景技术
随着科技、经济飞速发展，人们对自身的居住环境的要求也在逐步上升。在城市中，园林绿化是必不可少的市政工程。园林绿化可以增加城市的绿地面积，改善小范围的生态环境，提升居民的生活质量，具有积极有益的效果。园林绿化中经常需要移栽树木，而新移栽的树木容易倾斜，受到外界因素的强烈影响如撞击、大风等时，容易倒伏，造成树木移栽成活率低，影响绿化工程的效率和质量。现有的树木移栽固定装置多为直接固定在树木的中部，树木的根部没有固定装置，这种固定方式树木的根部容易活动。移栽初期根部活动容易造成树木的恢复期增长，严重的导致树木死亡，造成移栽树木成活率低。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种绿化苗木抗倒伏固定装置，实现苗木根部和中部的同时固定，同时也便于苗木抗倒伏固定装置整体在苗木外部的安装与固定，不受安装环境的限制。
本实用新型技术方案一种绿化苗木抗倒伏固定装置，包括固定底座和抗倒伏支撑装置，所述固定底座包括箍于苗木根部的固定箍一和连接于固定箍一外部的支撑座，所述抗倒伏支撑装置包括设置于苗木根部以上位置的固定箍二，所述固定箍二上连接有支撑杆，所述支撑杆另一端与支撑座连接。
优选的，所述固定箍一和固定箍二均包括两相对设置的圆弧形箍紧板，所述箍紧板内侧面上设置有缓冲垫，箍紧板两端部均分别设置有连接头，两相对的连接头上穿过有连接螺杆。
优选的，所述支撑座包括两相对设置的圆弧形支撑板，所述固定箍一的两箍紧板外侧面上均分别设置有连接臂，所述连接臂另一端与支撑板连接。
优选的，所述支撑板上侧面上设置有连接座，所述支撑杆与连接座铰接。

本实用新型技术方案的一种绿化苗木抗倒伏固定装置，能够实现对苗木根据的固定，避免苗木的风力的作用下根部出现晃动的现象，在苗木移栽初对苗木进行固定，提高苗木的成活率；在固定箍一外部连接支撑座，支撑座为上部的固定箍二提供一个支撑，支撑座的设计，也便于抗倒伏固定装置整体的固定安装，安装占地面积小，不受安装面的平整度限制，安装方便；固定箍二的设计，增加了苗木中部的支撑，避免苗木的较大风力的作用下发生倒伏现象。

具体实施方式
为便于本领域技术人员理解本实用新型技术方案，现结合说明书附图对本实用新型技术方案做进一步的说明。
如图1，图1中100为苗木，101为苗木根部以上位置，102为苗木100的根部，200为种植苗木100的坑，300为苗木外部铺设的地砖，在现有的市长苗木种植中，苗木100多种植在机动车道两旁，或者在非机动车道旁边，甚至在人行道旁边，在苗木周边均铺设上地砖300，仅仅在苗木100靠近其根部102周边，留出一个矩形框区的坑200，现有技术中，苗木的固定装置多采用三角形的支撑脚，将三角形的支撑脚钉于坑200内部，这样极易造成对苗木根部的伤害，或者采用两相对的矩形固定底板，这样对与一些不平整的坑200不易安装，且采用矩形固定底板耗材量大，成本高，且矩形固定底板极易生锈腐蚀。
如图1、图2和图3所示，一种绿化苗木抗倒伏固定装置，包括固定底座和抗倒伏支撑装置，所述固定底座包括箍于苗木100根部102的固定箍一1和连接于固定箍一1外部的支撑座2，所述抗倒伏支撑装置包括设置于苗木根部以上位置101的固定箍二3，所述固定箍二3上连接有支撑杆4，所述支撑杆4另一端与支撑座2连接；采用本结构，能够实现对苗木100根部102和根部以上位置101的固定，可以有效的避免苗木根部和苗木整体在较大风力作用下的晃动或倒伏，固定箍一1实现固定底座整体的固定，支撑座2实现对固定箍二3的支撑。
如图1、图2和图3所示，所述固定箍一1和固定箍二3均包括两相对设置的圆弧形箍紧板11、31，所述箍紧板11、31内侧面上设置有缓冲垫12、32，箍紧板11、31两端部均分别设置有连接头13、33，两相对的连接头上穿过有连接螺杆14、34，所述支撑座2包括两相对设置的圆弧形支撑板21，所述固定箍一1的两箍紧板11外侧面上均分别设置有连接臂5，所述连接臂5另一端与支撑板21连接，所述支撑板21上侧面上设置有连接座22，所述支撑杆4与连接座22铰接。
本实用新型技术方案的一种绿化苗木抗倒伏固定装置，使用时，首先将固定箍一1箍于苗木100根部，然后将固定箍二3套于苗木100的根部以上位置101处，锁紧连接螺杆34，最后锁紧支撑杆4与连接头22即可。

1.一种绿化苗木抗倒伏固定装置，其特征在于，包括固定底座和抗倒伏支撑装置，所述固定底座包括箍于苗木根部的固定箍一和连接于固定箍一外部的支撑座，所述抗倒伏支撑装置包括设置于苗木根部以上位置的固定箍二，所述固定箍二上连接有支撑杆，所述支撑杆另一端与支撑座连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿化苗木抗倒伏固定装置，其特征在于，所述固定箍一和固定箍二均包括两相对设置的圆弧形箍紧板，所述箍紧板内侧面上设置有缓冲垫，箍紧板两端部均分别设置有连接头，两相对的连接头上穿过有连接螺杆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种绿化苗木抗倒伏固定装置，其特征在于，所述支撑座包括两相对设置的圆弧形支撑板，所述固定箍一的两箍紧板外侧面上均分别设置有连接臂，所述连接臂另一端与支撑板连接。
