Simultaneously, because one side inner wall of cavity is for being equipped with a plurality of concave parts, in the product transportation, when jolting vibrations and receiving display panel striking, improved spacing shock-absorbing capacity, avoid display panel to damage.

A display panel packaging box is used for packaging a display panel and comprises a box body, wherein a cavity, a first groove and a notch are formed in a first surface of the box body; the cavity and the first groove are both communicated with the notch; wherein,
the inner wall of one side of the cavity is provided with a plurality of concave parts, and the depth of the first groove is greater than that of the notch; the cavity is used for accommodating the display panel; the first groove is used for containing a drying agent.
In one embodiment, a second groove is formed in the second surface of the box body, and the position of the second groove is opposite to the position of the first groove.
In one embodiment, the second surface of the box body is further provided with a third groove, and the position of the third groove is opposite to that of the cavity.
In one embodiment, the peripheral edge of the first surface of the box body is provided with an abutting part, the peripheral edge of the second surface of the box body is provided with a boss, and the abutting part is matched with the boss.
In one embodiment, the abutting part is further provided with a positioning pin; and a fourth groove is formed in the boss, and the positioning pin corresponds to the fourth groove.
In one embodiment, the side surface of the box body is provided with a plurality of parallel binding belt grooves for accommodating the fixing belt.

Detailed Description
In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. The preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a first viewing angle (front side) of the display panel packaging box in one embodiment; fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a second viewing angle (reverse side) of the display panel packaging box in an embodiment. The display panel packing box is used for packing the display panel. Among them, the display panel includes a Twisted Nematic (TN) panel, a wide Viewing Angle (VA) panel, an In-Plane Switching (IPS) panel, a Continuous flame Alignment (CPA) panel, an advanced super peripheral Switching (ADSDS) based panel, and the like.
The display panel packing box comprises a box body 10, and a cavity 111, a first groove 113 and a notch 115 are formed in a first surface of the box body 10. The cavity 111 is used for accommodating the display panel, and the first groove 113 is used for accommodating a drying agent. The cavity 111 and the first groove 113 are both communicated with the notch 115 to form a gaseous flow channel of the dryer, so that the packaging box reaches the drying standard for storing the display panel. Because the depth H of the first groove 113 is greater than the depth H of the notch 115, and the width W of the first groove 113 is also greater than the width W of the notch 115, the desiccant is placed in the first groove 113, and an additional fixing device is not required to fix the desiccant, so that the cost is saved, and the pollution to the display panel caused by the desiccant rolling down from the first groove 113 to the cavity 111 is avoided.
In one embodiment, the first recess 113 for placing the desiccant is rectangular in shape; the number of the first grooves 113 is two, and is arranged along the long axis direction of the cavity 111. Of course, the shape, number and position of the first grooves 113 are not limited thereto, and may be set according to actual requirements.
In this embodiment, the material of the box body 10 is polypropylene plastic foam (EPP), and the polypropylene plastic foam is soft, because the inner wall of one side of the cavity 111 is provided with a plurality of concave parts, and the other three sides are flat surfaces, in the product transportation process, when jolting and vibrating and receiving the impact of the display panel, the limit buffer performance is improved, and the damage of the display panel is avoided.
In the process of actually transporting the display panels, a large number of display panels need to be transported at a time, that is, a plurality of display panel packaging boxes need to be transported simultaneously, that is, in the process of using, the display panel packaging boxes need to be stacked one by one.
In an embodiment, a second groove 121 is formed on the second surface of the box 10, and the position of the second groove 121 is opposite to the position of the first groove 113. The second surface of the box 10 is further provided with a third groove 123, and the position of the third groove 123 is opposite to the position of the cavity 111. The second groove 121 and the third groove 123 can also be called as material stealing grooves, and enough space is provided for placing the display panel, so that the phenomenon of assembling interference between two adjacent layers of display packaging boxes is avoided.
The edge around the first surface of the box 10 is provided with a butting part 117, the edge around the second surface of the box 10 is provided with a boss 125, and the butting part 117 is matched with the boss 125. In the process of actually transporting the display panel, when two adjacent display panel packaging boxes are stacked, the boss 125 of the display panel on the upper layer is abutted against the abutting portion 117 of the display panel packaging box on the lower layer, so that the stacking tightness is increased.
Further, the abutting part 117 is also provided with a positioning pin 1171; the boss 125 is provided with a fourth groove 1251, and the positioning pin 1171 is disposed corresponding to the fourth groove 1251. When two adjacent display panel packages are stacked, the positioning pin 1171 of the upper display panel is received in the fourth groove 1251 of the lower display panel. Through setting up locating pin 1171 and fourth recess 1251, increased the accuracy of neatly placing among the stack display panel packing carton process, received the striking messenger at the display panel packing carton simultaneously and can prevent packing carton and packing carton slippage and produce the dislocation.
The side of the box body 10 is provided with a plurality of parallel binding band grooves 131 for accommodating the fixing band. In one embodiment, the number of the strap grooves 131 is eight, and two grooves are provided at the side of each case 10. In the actual transportation of the display panels, the display panel packaging boxes need to be stacked one on top of the other. The fixing band is accommodated in the band groove 131, so that the sliding of the band can be prevented, and the fixing stability is improved.
The side of the box 10 is provided with a plurality of parallel lifting holes 133 for gripping the display panel packaging box. In one embodiment, the lifting hole 133 has a concave slope therein to facilitate the removal of the display panel package during the transportation process.
The side of the box 10 is also provided with a label slot 135 for attaching the information label of the display panel. Through setting up label groove 135, fixed the position of placing of memo, the staff of being convenient for looks over, has practiced thrift the time, also can avoid the emergence of memo obscission simultaneously.
Meanwhile, the second and third grooves 121 and 123 formed on the second surface of the box body 10, and the strap groove 131 and the lifting hole 133 formed on the side surface of the box body 10, increase the air resistance and reduce the falling speed and impact force when the packing box falls.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

1. A display panel packaging box is used for packaging a display panel and is characterized by comprising a box body, wherein a cavity, a first groove and a notch are formed in a first surface of the box body; the cavity and the first groove are both communicated with the notch; wherein,
the inner wall of one side of the cavity is provided with a plurality of concave parts, and the depth of the first groove is greater than that of the notch; the cavity is used for accommodating the display panel; the first groove is used for containing a drying agent.
2. The display panel packaging box of claim 1, wherein a second groove is formed in a second surface of the box body, and the second groove is opposite to the first groove.
3. The display panel package of claim 1, wherein the second surface of the box body is further provided with a third groove, and the third groove is located opposite to the cavity.
4. The display panel packaging box according to claim 1, wherein an abutting portion is provided at a peripheral edge of the first surface of the box body, a boss is provided at a peripheral edge of the second surface of the box body, and the abutting portion is matched with the boss.
5. The display panel packaging box according to claim 4, wherein a positioning pin is further provided on the abutting portion; and a fourth groove is formed in the boss, and the positioning pin corresponds to the fourth groove.
6. The display panel packaging box of claim 1, wherein the side of the box body is provided with a plurality of parallel binding belt grooves for accommodating fixing belts.
7. The display panel packaging box of claim 1, wherein a plurality of parallel lifting holes are formed in the side surface of the box body and used for carrying and grabbing the display panel packaging box.
8. The display panel packaging box according to claim 1, wherein a label slot for attaching the display panel information label is provided on a side surface of the box body.
