Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种片状物的熔接系统,其具有沿搬送方向连续转动、且具有多个砧的砧辊,和与砧配合动作并绕着砧辊的部分外圆周表面作往复摆动的焊接子系统;工作时,待熔接位置先后进行两次超声波焊接,并且两次焊接过程中,焊接子系统的摆动方向不同。本实用新型通过焊接子系统的往复摆动配合具有多个砧的砧辊的连续转动,使得每一个待熔接位置经历两次焊接,有效保证待熔接位置的强度,可以满足产品的高速化生产需求,具有成本低、焊缝强度好、结构刚性好、结构紧凑的优点。

Description

片状物的熔接系统
技术领域
本实用新型涉及穿着物品的片状物的熔接系统。
背景技术
以往,作为穿着物品,例如已知有具有前腹部、后背部和裆部、且前腹部与后背部通过一对侧密封部(或熔接部)被超声波焊接的一次性尿布。在形成所述侧密封部时,采用将用于构成前腹部以及后背部的至少一对热塑性片体连续地供应至能够绕规定的轴旋转、且具有至少一对砧的砧辊,以及与所述砧配合动作、被配置在与砧辊的外周面相向的超声波焊头之间的方法。
各热塑性片体以互相相向的状态被供应至砧与超声波焊头之间,当连续地被供应至砧与超声波焊头之间的热塑性片体以砧接近超声波焊头的周期间歇地被进行超声波焊接。据此,形成互相相向的热塑性片体彼此被熔接的熔接部。
现有技术中公知有在一个砧辊的外周上固定多个超声波焊头的熔接系统。如专利文献:日本特开2004-330622号公报。
但是,上述技术方案存在以下缺陷:
1、相对于一个砧辊设置多个超声波焊头,所以由超声波能量带来的负荷很大,因此影响砧辊的耐久性。
2、若各个超声波焊头大致同时施加振动能量进行封装,则会产生振动而导致砧辊的位置偏移,造成熔接位置精度的降低。
3、当一个熔接系统中有多个超声波焊头时会直接导致设备成本增加,若单纯减少超声波焊头的数量,则难以保证在高速输送过程中超声波振动足够长时间的施加在带材的熔接位置,极易发生密封失败,出现熔接不牢的问题。
实用新型内容
鉴于此,本实用新型提供一种能够实现高速化密封需求的双焊头摇摆式熔接系统,具有结构简单,牢固可靠的优点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种片状物的熔接系统,用以一边搬送片状物、一边熔接所述片状物彼此,其包括:
沿搬送方向连续转动、且具有多个砧的砧辊,和
与砧配合动作并向片状物施加振动能量的焊接子系统,该焊接子系统可绕着砧辊的部分外圆周表面作往复摆动,其具有利用超声波而振动的超声波焊头;
工作时,位于砧辊表面的片状物上待熔接位置先后进行两次超声波焊接,并且两次焊接过程中,焊接子系统的摆动方向不同。
采用上述方案,使得每一个待熔接位置都经历两次焊接,即跟随焊接和对向焊接,有效保证了焊缝的强度,可满足产品的高速化生产需求。具体的,跟随焊接过程,超声波焊头朝着与片状物行进方向的同向摆动,因此可以降低片状物与砧相对于超声波焊头的相对速度,从而可以利用砧与超声波焊头的相对状态延长向片状物上待熔接位置施加振动能量的时间。对向焊接过程,超声波焊头朝与片状物行进方向的反向摆动,对已焊接位置进行加固或者对未焊接位置进行初焊。本实用新型具有成本低、焊缝强度好、结构刚性好、结构紧凑的优点。
优选的,上述焊接子系统设置有一对,且两焊接子系统的夹角为180°,当所述砧中任意一方与其中一个焊接子系统相对,同时,上述砧中另一方与另一个焊接子系统相对;在所述砧与焊接子系统相对的状态下,一对超声波焊头同时向片状物施加振动能量。由于砧辊同时接受来自相互相反方向的作用力,所以在超声波能量冲击造成的负荷变小的同时,即使超声波焊头对砧辊施加振动能量,砧辊也不会发生偏移。因此,熔接的精度更高。
当然在实际布置过程中还可以结合高速化需求增加焊接子系统的数量,又或者考虑制造成本因素设置一个焊接子系统亦存在理论可能,需要指出的是当焊接子系统的数量为一个时,还需要安装一与焊接子系统相连、用于补偿片状物搬送速度的驱动结构,进而实现片状物一边沿搬送方向输送、一边在同一待熔接位置上进行两次焊接的目的。
进一步的,砧辊上的砧具有奇数对,且沿砧辊的外圆周面均匀分布。若以焊接子系统完成一次跟随焊接和一次对向焊接为一个循环,那么当设置在砧辊上砧的数量是x的时候,砧辊每旋转一周,超声波焊头的往复运动可进行x/2个循环。如此设置可以保证在不降低搬送速度的前提下获得足够的熔接能量,而且延长装置的使用寿命,提高了耐久性。优选的,上述砧辊上设有一对砧,并且两砧之间的夹角为180°。每一个砧先与其中一个焊接子系统相对使得该焊接子系统的焊头向片状物的待熔接位置施加振动能量进行一次焊接,之后再与另一个焊接子系统相对向片状物施加振动能量进行二次焊接,两次焊接加工分别是跟随焊接和对向焊接。
进一步的,上述片状物通过使需要相互熔敷的多个热塑性材料重叠而形成。具体而言,上述热塑性材料能够使用由聚苯乙烯的嵌段共聚物、聚异戊二烯的嵌段共聚物、聚丁二烯的嵌段共聚物、乙烯的共聚物、天然橡胶以及氨基甲酸酯中的单一的材料或混合至少两种材料而成的伸缩性膜、伸缩性无纺布、伸缩性膜和无纺布的层叠体或橡胶线和无纺布的层叠体构成。
为了更好地保证砧辊和焊接子系统动作的同步性,优选采用一个驱动部件实现砧辊的连续转动、和焊接子系统的往复摆动,就前者而言可采用两个相互啮合的齿轮实现,后者可通过曲柄机构、或旋转凸轮等机构来实现。当然作为本领域技术人员也容易想到采用两个驱动部件分别带动相应部分动作的方案,在此不多加赘述。
作为本实用新型的另一个主题一种片状物的熔接方法,用以将片状物保持在砧与焊接子系统的超声波焊头之间,通过焊头向片状物施加振动能量来进行密封,其包括如下工序:
旋转工序,使具有多个砧的砧辊绕着规定的转动轴以恒定的线速度V1旋转,进而带动片状物连续的供应至砧辊与焊头之间,实现片状物从上游侧向下游侧搬送;以及
熔接工序,在砧辊旋转的状态下,焊接子系统可绕着砧辊的部分外圆周表面作往复摆动,该往复摆动的线速度V2随着时间周期性变化;
位于砧辊表面的片状物上待熔接位置先后进行两次超声波焊接,并且两次焊接过程中,焊接子系统的摆动方向不同。
具体的,在两次焊接过程中,向待熔接位置施加振动能量对其进行密封的焊头和砧分别以变化的相对速度V1-V2、V1+V2运动。上述两次相对速度的顺序并没有具体限制,如某一待熔接位置同样可以先发生焊头和砧以变化的相对速度V1+V2运动,再以V1-V2运动,换句话说,先进行对向焊接再进行跟随焊接,或者先进行跟随焊接再进行对向焊接亦可。以本实用新型的具体实施方式而言,若以片状物的搬送方向为流程方向,在片状物上设有若干个均匀分布的待熔接位置,那么相邻待熔接位置的焊接顺序是不相同的。
本申请实用新型人发现,每一个待熔接位置经历一次跟随焊接和一次对向焊接可有效保证待熔接位置的强度,可以满足产品的高速化生产需求。
根据本实用新型,通过焊接子系统的往复摆动配合具有多个砧的砧辊的连续转动,使得每一个待熔接位置经历两次焊接,即跟随焊接和对向焊接。其中,跟随焊接可以降低片状物与砧相对于超声波焊头的相对速度,从而利用砧与超声波焊头的相对状态延长向片状物上待熔接位置施加振动能量的时间。对向焊接用于对已焊接位置进行加固或者对未焊接位置进行初焊。另外,本实用新型具有成本低、焊缝强度好、结构刚性好、结构紧凑的优点。

具体实施方式
作为本实用新型一种片状物的熔接系统,其中“片状物”通过使需要相互熔敷的多个热塑性材料重叠而形成,就本实施例而言,其指的是市场上所常见的裤型纸尿裤,或称为“拉拉裤”。其结构示意图可参阅中国专利申请号为CN01120406.0,名称为“一次性穿着物品的制造方法”的说明书附图中图2部分进行理解。
具体而言,上述热塑性材料能够使用由聚苯乙烯的嵌段共聚物、聚异戊二烯的嵌段共聚物、聚丁二烯的嵌段共聚物、乙烯的共聚物、天然橡胶以及氨基甲酸酯中的单一的材料或混合至少两种材料而成的伸缩性膜、伸缩性无纺布、伸缩性膜和无纺布的层叠体或橡胶线和无纺布的层叠体构成。
本实用新型的熔接系统100用于在前述拉拉裤的腰部两侧通过超声波焊头产生振动能量使其彼此相互接合而形成熔接部。
如图1至3所示,其包括:沿搬送方向连续转动、且具有一对砧11的砧辊10,与一对砧11配合动作向片状物101施加振动能量的一对相对布置的焊接子系统20,该焊接子系统20具有利用超声波而振动的超声波焊头21,位于砧辊10上游侧的输入辊40,和位于砧辊10下游侧的输出辊50。
其中,两焊接子系统20的夹角为180°,且可绕着砧辊10的部分外圆周表面作往复摆动。砧辊10上的砧11设置有一对,并且两砧11之间的夹角也为180°。输入辊40、输出辊50和砧辊10的线速度相同。
工作时,位于砧辊10表面的片状物101上待熔接位置102先后进行跟随焊接和对向焊接,或者先后进行对向焊接和跟随焊接,有效保证了焊缝的强度,可满足产品的高速化生产需求。换句话说,每一个砧先与其中一个焊接子系统相对使得该焊接子系统的焊头向片状物的待熔接位置施加振动能量进行一次焊接,之后再与另一个焊接子系统相对向片状物施加振动能量进行二次焊接,两次焊接加工分别是跟随焊接和对向焊接。
跟随焊接过程,超声波焊头21朝着与片状物行进方向的同向摆动,因此可以降低片状物与砧相对于超声波焊头的相对速度,从而可以利用砧11与超声波焊头21的相对状态延长向片状物101上待熔接位置102施加振动能量的时间。
对向焊接过程,超声波焊头21朝与片状物行进方向的反向摆动,对已焊接位置进行加固或者对未焊接位置进行初焊。
当所述砧中任一方与其中一个焊接子系统相对,同时上述砧中另一方与另一个焊接子系统相对。在砧11与超声波焊头21相对的状态下,一对超声波焊头21同时向片状物101的待熔接位置102施加振动能量。
由于砧辊10同时接受来自相互相反方向的作用力,所以在超声波能量冲击造成的负荷变小的同时,即使超声波焊头21对砧辊10施加振动能量,砧辊10也不会发生偏移。
若以焊接子系统20完成一次跟随焊接和一次对向焊接为一个循环,那么当设置在砧辊上砧的数量是x的时候,砧辊每旋转一周,超声波焊头的往复运动可进行x/2个循环。如此设置可以保证在不降低搬送速度的前提下获得足够的熔接能量,而且延长装置的使用寿命,提高了耐久性。此实施例中,如图5所示,A表示焊头,A1、A2表示一对超声波焊头,B表示砧,B1、B2表示一对砧,当砧辊10上砧11的数量为二,砧辊10每旋转一周,超声波焊头21的往复运动可进行一个循环。
当然,砧辊10上砧11的数量还可以是其他,而不限于两个,如图6中示意出,同理A1、A2表示一对超声波焊头,B1、B2……B6表示砧辊上的六个砧。当砧数量为六,砧辊旋转一周,超声波焊头往复三个循环的示意图。此时亦能满足本实用新型的实用新型构思。
为了更好地保证砧辊10和焊接子系统20动作的同步性,本实施例中采用一个驱动部件30实现砧辊的连续转动、和焊接子系统的往复摆动,当然作为本领域技术人员也容易想到采用两个驱动部件分别带动相应部分动作的方案,此种方案具有更易调节的效果。
下面就片状物的熔接方法进行说明。
该熔接方法用以将片状物101保持在砧11与焊接子系统的超声波焊头21之间,通过焊头向21片状物的待熔接位置102施加振动能量来进行密封,其包括如下工序:
旋转工序,使具有多个砧11的砧辊10绕着规定的转动轴12以恒定的线速度V1旋转,进而带动片状物101连续的供应至砧辊10与焊头21之间,实现片状物101从上游侧向下游侧搬送;
以及熔接工序,在砧辊10旋转的状态下,焊接子系统20可绕着砧辊10的部分外圆周表面作往复摆动,该往复摆动的线速度V2随着时间周期性变化;位于砧辊表面的片状物101上待熔接位置102先后进行两次超声波焊接,并且两次焊接过程中,焊接子系统20的摆动方向不同。
具体的,在两次焊接过程中,向待熔接位置施加振动能量对其进行密封的焊头21和砧11分别以变化的相对速度V1-V2、V1+V2运动。上述两次相对速度的顺序并没有具体限制,如某一待熔接位置同样可以先发生焊头和砧以变化的相对速度V1+V2运动,再以V1-V2运动,换句话说,先进行对向焊接再进行跟随焊接,或者先进行跟随焊接再进行对向焊接亦可。
以本实用新型的具体实施方式而言,若以片状物101的搬送方向为流程方向MD,在片状物101上设有若干个均匀分布的待熔接位置102,那么相邻待熔接位置102的焊接顺序是不相同的。
如图4所述,以片状物从右往左运动为例,图中所示的四个待熔接位置102从右往左依次标记为:待熔接位置一1’、待熔接位置二2’、待熔接位置三3’、待熔接位置四4’。其中,待熔接位置一1’和待熔接位置三3’均为先进行对向焊接再进行跟随焊接,待熔接位置二2’和待熔接位置四4’均为先进行跟随焊接再进行对向焊接。从待熔接位置一1’至待熔接位置三3’之间的两个产品长度可理解成砧辊10转动一圈的长度,而待熔接位置一1’和待熔接位置二2’之间的距离可理解成砧辊10上两砧11之间的圆周距离。
上述实施例仅是对本实用新型的较佳实施例,并非对本实用新型的范围进行限定,故在不脱离本实用新型设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本实用新型所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或装饰,均应落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种片状物的熔接系统,用以一边搬送片状物、一边熔接所述片状物彼此,其特征在于,包括:
沿搬送方向连续转动、且具有多个砧的砧辊,和
与砧配合动作并向片状物施加振动能量的焊接子系统,该焊接子系统可绕着砧辊的部分外圆周表面作往复摆动,其具有利用超声波而振动的超声波焊头;
工作时,位于砧辊表面的片状物上待熔接位置先后进行两次超声波焊接,并且两次焊接过程中,焊接子系统的摆动方向不同。
2.如权利要求1所述片状物的熔接系统,其特征在于:所述两次焊接分别是跟随焊接和对向焊接;其中跟随焊接过程超声波焊头朝着与片状物行进方向的同向摆动;对向焊接过程超声波焊头朝与片状物行进方向的反向摆动。
3.如权利要求1所述片状物的熔接系统,其特征在于:所述焊接子系统设置有一对,且两焊接子系统的夹角为180°;当所述砧中任意一方与其中一个焊接子系统相对,同时,上述砧中另一方与另一个焊接子系统相对;在所述砧与焊接子系统相对的状态下,一对超声波焊头同时向片状物施加振动能量。
4.如权利要求1所述片状物的熔接系统,其特征在于:所述焊接子系统设置有一个或者多个。
5.如权利要求1所述片状物的熔接系统,其特征在于:所述砧辊上的砧具有奇数对,且沿砧辊的外圆周面均匀分布;当设置在砧辊上砧的数量是x的时候,砧辊每旋转一周,超声波焊头的往复运动可进行x/2个循环。
6.如权利要求1至5任一项所述片状物的熔接系统,其特征在于:所述片状物通过使需要相互熔敷的多个热塑性材料重叠而形成,上述热塑性材料能够使用由聚苯乙烯的嵌段共聚物、聚异戊二烯的嵌段共聚物、聚丁二烯的嵌段共聚物、乙烯的共聚物、天然橡胶以及氨基甲酸酯中的单一的材料或混合至少两种材料而成的伸缩性膜、伸缩性无纺布、伸缩性膜和无纺布的层叠体或橡胶线和无纺布的层叠体构成。
7.如权利要求6所述片状物的熔接系统,其特征在于:所述熔接系统还包括用于驱动砧辊和焊接子系统同步动作的驱动部件。
