The diesel engine (7) drives the air compressor (13) to work to generate a high-pressure and high-temperature air source, and the high-pressure and high-temperature air source is controlled to be sent to the airplane through the electric valve (19) or (21) and used for starting the airplane engine or entering the air conditioning system (4). When the air conditioner is used under the working condition, the system closes the electric adjusting valve (21) of the high-pressure air source circuit, opens the electric switch ball valve (19) of the air conditioner air supply circuit, and the high-pressure air source enters the air conditioning system (4) to be cooled and then is sent to the airplane to be supplied to the air conditioner of the cockpit and the electronic equipment cabin.

the automobile chassis comprises an automobile chassis (1), a box body (2) arranged on the automobile chassis and equipment arranged in the box body (2); wherein, the front part of the box body (2) is provided with an air conditioning system (4) and a generator set (15), the middle part is provided with an air compressor (13) and an air inlet filter (6), and the rear part is provided with a diesel engine set (7), a freezing water tank (9) and a folded plate type noise eliminator (10); a first storage battery pack (11) is mounted on the box body (2) and used for starting a diesel engine unit (7), and a second storage battery pack (18) is mounted on the automobile chassis (1) and used for starting an automobile chassis engine and supplying power to a control system; a diesel engine (7) is used as a power source, and an output shaft of the engine is connected with an air compressor (13).

The multifunctional ground support vehicle for the large-scale transport plane according to claim 1, wherein the diesel engine unit (7) is connected with the air compressor (13) through a high-elasticity coupling, the air compressor (13) is connected with the air inlet filter (6), an outlet of the air compressor (13) is provided with an emptying pipeline, and redundant gas is discharged through an overflow valve (17); high-temperature and high-pressure gas generated by the air compressor (13) is divided into two paths, one path of the high-temperature and high-pressure gas is sent to the high-pressure gas supply pipeline (22) through the electric regulating valve (21) so as to provide high-pressure and high-temperature gas for the airplane, and the other path of the high-temperature and high-pressure gas is sent to the air conditioning system (4) through the electric switch valve (19) so as to provide air conditioning and air.

The multifunctional ground support vehicle for large transport vehicles according to claim 1, wherein the air conditioning system (4) comprises two identical turbine refrigeration systems, each of which comprises a first-stage heat exchanger, a second-stage heat exchanger, a compressor, a turbine cooler, a regenerator, a condenser, a high-pressure water separator, an electric deicing control valve and a temperature control valve, wherein an outlet of the first-stage heat exchanger is connected with an inlet of the compressor, an outlet of the compressor is connected with an inlet of the second-stage heat exchanger, an outlet of the second-stage heat exchanger is connected with a hot edge inlet of the regenerator, a hot edge outlet of the regenerator is connected with a hot edge inlet of the condenser, a hot edge outlet of the condenser is connected with an inlet of the water separator, an outlet of the water separator is connected with a cold edge inlet of the regenerator, a cold edge outlet of the regenerator is connected with an inlet of the turbine, an outlet of the turbine is connected with a cold, the two paths of refrigerating gases are mixed in the mixing cavity and adjusted to corresponding flow rates through the downstream hand valve so as to be respectively supplied to the cockpit air conditioning air and the electronic equipment cabin air conditioning air.

The multifunctional ground support vehicle for the large-scale transport plane according to claim 1, further comprising a measurement and control system, wherein the measurement and control system comprises a control panel (3) installed on the vehicle box body (2) and a control electrical cabinet (12) installed inside the vehicle box body (2); the control panel (3) is provided with a human-computer interaction screen, a control button and an alarm display lamp and is used for displaying data acquired by each sensing system in real time, displaying and recording alarm information and setting control parameters; and a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) module, a power supply, a circuit breaker, a relay and an air switch are installed in the electric appliance cabinet (12).

The multifunctional ground support vehicle for the large transport machine according to claim 4, wherein the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) module is used for performing centralized control on the electric control valve (21), the overflow valve (17) and the electromagnetic valve, and combining an automatic pressure relief function of the safety valve (20) to realize control of a stable air source.
