Abstract

本实用新型提供一种蓄电池安装固定装置,包括固定架及连接件。固定架呈十字形,有四个限位挡条各成90°角分布,限位挡条上有纵向开叉槽,开口槽中有锥形孔;连接件为锥形体,其内孔中有螺栓,螺栓一端有方形螺母。本实用新型放置在四只电池的顶角交汇处,通过螺栓拉紧锥形体,撑开开口槽,实现对电池组的纵、横向限位,固定架顶部的圆形压板则对电池竖直方向限位,从而避免蓄电池使用过程中的移位碰撞。

背景技术
目前蓄电池的安装固定主要采用简单的定位件或底部安装梁上冲凸台限位,限位效果较差,尤其是机车蓄电池在机车启停或行驶过程中,极易造成电池间的移位碰撞,对蓄电池安全性能及质量造成隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术不足,提供一种能够对蓄电池组四周及顶部进行有效限位固定,避免蓄电池使用过程中的移位碰撞的蓄电池安装固定装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:蓄电池安装固定装置,包括固定架及连接件,其改进之处是所述固定架呈十字形,四个限位挡条互成90°角分布,限位挡条上有纵向开口槽,开口槽中有锥形孔,所述连接件为锥形体,锥形体内孔中有螺栓,螺栓一端有螺母。
所述固定架顶部设有圆形压板;所述螺母外形为正方形,正方形的一边小于所述限位挡条的宽度,正方形对角线大于限位挡条宽度。
本实用新型使用时,先将连接件的锥形体插入固定架限位挡条的锥形孔中,从底部套上方形螺母,再将固定架夹在四只电池放好后的顶角交汇处,将电池移动靠近,然后从上方旋动螺栓,使锥形体下移,撑开挡条开口槽,从而对电池组进行纵横向锁紧限位。固定架顶部的压板可对电池竖直方向限位。本实用新型结构简单,使用调节方便,避免蓄电池移位碰撞。

见图1、图2,固定架呈十字,四个限位挡条1互成90°分布,挡条上有纵向开口槽2,开口槽中靠近开口端处有锥形孔3,固定架顶部有圆形压板4,连接件为锥形体5,锥形体内孔中有螺栓6,螺栓一端有方形螺母7。
