针对现有技术的上述缺陷和问题，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是现有油泵线缆橡胶外护套容易被污染变性，影响使用寿命。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：
油泵线缆，包括线缆本体和套在线缆本体上的铝筒，所述铝筒侧壁弯折成螺旋状，所述线缆本体设置在铝筒的中心，所述线缆本体和铝筒之间填充有圆形的泡沫塑料颗粒，所述铝筒的端部螺装固定有塑料塞，所述塑料塞表面开有与铝筒相适配的螺纹，所述塑料塞的中间开有圆锥状的通孔，所述线缆本体的端部设有小端朝外的圆锥状的凸起，所述凸起与通孔相适配。
本实用新型提供的油泵线缆结构简单合理，可以避免油污对线缆外套的污染，延长线缆的寿命。

根据图1所示，作为实施例所示的油泵线缆包括线缆本体和套在线缆本体上的铝筒。铝筒侧壁弯折成螺旋状，即铝筒侧面为褶皱状，便于线缆的弯曲缠绕。线缆本体设置在铝筒的中心，线缆本体和铝筒之间填充有圆形的泡沫塑料颗粒，泡沫塑料颗粒一是可以缓冲外力的冲击，二是可以吸收渗入的油污。铝筒的端部螺装固定有塑料塞，塑料塞表面开有与铝筒相适配的螺纹，塑料塞的中间开有圆锥状的通孔，线缆本体的端部设有小端朝外的圆锥状的凸起，凸起与通孔相适配，将塑料塞插入铝筒内裸装固定，通孔套在线缆本体的凸起上，使凸起和通孔相密封，从而避免油污的进入。
