Abstract
一种测量冲击波波速的装置,在一条板正面开一槽,槽底铺电阻丝,将一导电膜附在条板正面。当一垂直压力作用在导电膜上,使导电膜与电阻丝短路,测量其短路电压的变化,即可得到所测的爆速,本装置测点连续可得任一点速度,测量范围宽,可测异形轨迹,电阻片可做成各种形状。
Description
本发明属于爆轰波速的测量。
测量冲击波速一般用探针法。此法是将多个探针按一定距离置于冲击波掠过方向,波阵面顺序作用于各探针。记录备触发信号的间隔时间,以此去除探针间距,即得波速。此种方法的缺点是测点比较少,结果是平均速度。探头通用性差,测速范围窄。固定探针较费时间,并且抗干扰能力差。
本发明的目的是制作一可连续测量冲击波爆速的装置。
图1是测爆速装置截面图。
图2是测量爆速装置示意图。
本装置的重要特点是,在一条板正面开一槽,槽底铺电阻丝,将一导电模附在条板正面上。下面简述本发明。由图1可知,在条板正面开一长槽a,此条板上面敷铜,槽底铺电阻丝Φ,此电阻一端接敷铜面另一端做引线,在条板上平面附一导电模σ。当垂直压力作用在导电膜σ上时,使电阻丝与地线短路,从而使B,C间电阻值随丝长线性减小。同时在CB间通以恒流,记录此变化过程中两端电压UBC,则VBC-t的图线斜率VBC/A乘以一常数即得被测爆速。见图2。在实际测量中,由于所测瀑速不同,所以要经常调整槽宽,槽深,导电膜的厚度,及电阻丝的线径。尤其要注意导电膜与电阻丝之间的距离。如果太小则强扰动时容易意外短路;如果太大,则不易短路或短路点不规则。
本发明测点连续,可得任一点速度。测量范围宽,应用广,只要在垂直于被测方向上有足够压力,就可得到被测方向的任意速度。可测异形轨迹,被测轨迹可长,可短,可弯,电阻片可做成各种形状。
