技术领域
本实用新型涉及包装材料技术领域，特别是一种防火阻燃瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板是一个多层的复合结构，它最少由一层瓦楞形成中间层及一层纸板构成。瓦楞纸板具有较高的机械强度，能吸收货物搬运过程中的碰撞和摔跌，主要用于制造纸箱、纸箱的夹心以及易碎商品的外包装。瓦楞纸板受温度影响小，遮光性能好，一般受湿度影响也较小，但防火性能不好，遇高温或明火易燃。
目前，我国瓦楞纸板生产厂商的数量不断增加，其生产技术也得到了长足进步。但是，作为包装材料使用的瓦楞纸板在其使用过程中阻燃性能的缺失，会造成其包装的物品在储运过程中有火灾隐患，甚至会给人们带来一定的经济损失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术之不足，提供一种防火阻燃性强、效果好，安全性高的瓦楞纸板。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了如下技术方案：
一种防火阻燃瓦楞纸板，包括表层、中间层和底层，所述表层为牛皮纸，其内表面和外表面均喷涂有水基阻燃剂层；所述中间层包括由内而外依次设置的第一层瓦楞芯纸、防火塑料层和第二层瓦楞芯纸，第一层瓦楞芯纸和第二层瓦楞芯纸的各瓦楞单元一一对应且相向设置；所述底层为牛皮纸，其外表面喷涂有防潮剂层。
进一步的，所述第一层瓦楞芯纸和第二层瓦楞芯纸的各瓦楞单元内均设有O形加强圈，所述O形加强圈与瓦楞单元的内表面以及防火塑料层的对应表面线接触配合。
进一步的，所述表层的厚度为1-3mm，所述中间层的厚度为5-10mm，所述底层的厚度为1-2mm。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下优点：
该防火阻燃瓦楞纸板不仅在表层的内外表面均喷涂有水基阻燃剂层，而且还在中间层内设有防火塑料层，因而大大提高了瓦楞纸板的防火阻燃性能与效果，确保了使用的安全性。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步的说明。
如图1所示，一种防火阻燃瓦楞纸板，包括表层1、中间层2和底层3。表层1为牛皮纸，其内表面和外表面均喷涂有水基阻燃剂层1a。中间层2包括由内而外依次设置的第一层瓦楞芯纸21、防火塑料层22和第二层瓦楞芯纸23，第一层瓦楞芯纸21和第二层瓦楞芯纸23的各瓦楞单元一一对应且相向设置。底层3为牛皮纸，其外表面喷涂有防潮剂层3a。
进一步的，第一层瓦楞芯纸21和第二层瓦楞芯纸23的各瓦楞单元内均设有O形加强圈24，O形加强圈24与瓦楞单元的内表面以及防火塑料层22的对应表面线接触配合,这样可以提高瓦楞纸板的强度。优选的，O形加强圈24可选用硬质橡胶制成。
进一步的，表层1的厚度为1-3mm，中间层2的厚度为5-10mm，底层3的厚度为1-2mm。

1.一种防火阻燃瓦楞纸板，包括表层、中间层和底层，其特征在于：所述表层为牛皮纸，其内表面和外表面均喷涂有水基阻燃剂层；所述中间层包括由内而外依次设置的第一层瓦楞芯纸、防火塑料层和第二层瓦楞芯纸，第一层瓦楞芯纸和第二层瓦楞芯纸的各瓦楞单元一一对应且相向设置；所述底层为牛皮纸，其外表面喷涂有防潮剂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火阻燃瓦楞纸板，其特征在于：所述第一层瓦楞芯纸和第二层瓦楞芯纸的各瓦楞单元内均设有O形加强圈，所述O形加强圈与瓦楞单元的内表面以及防火塑料层的对应表面线接触配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火阻燃瓦楞纸板，其特征在于：所述表层的厚度为1-3mm，所述中间层的厚度为5-10mm，所述底层的厚度为1-2mm。
