背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高，热水器已列为普通家用电器的行列，而集热效率高(平均日效率≥0.46)、安全、清洁、节能、保温性能好、全年可使用、使用寿命长等优点为一体的太阳能热水器，采用真空集热管组装，有光照便能产生热水，使之广泛用于家庭及工业用热水。太阳能热水器是由集热部件(真空管式为真空集热管，平板式为平板集热器)、保温水箱、支架、连接管道、控制部件等组成，把太阳光能转化为热能，将水从低温度加热到高温度，以满足人们在生活、生产中的热水使用。
目前，市场上销售的和人们使用的太阳能热水器储水箱，一般都是采用金属板材高频焊机焊接或咬边方式和不锈钢板材焊接等三种方式制造而成，在长期的使用中，其内桶的沉淀物和水垢大量的存积，严重影响水质的清洁和洗浴的卫生。在储水箱内桶无法打开的情况下，使用者必须请专业人员拆掉真空管，从真空管插口处对内桶进行清洗，而且真空管插口很小，难以将储水箱桶内清洗干净，既费时费力，又给使用者增加费用开支，由于太阳能热水器经常处于高温情况下，致使内桶与真空管插口之间的硅胶密封圈已膨胀，在清洗内桶，拆卸真空管的过程中易造成真空管的损坏或破裂。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种设计合理，安全卫生的反冲洗式太阳能储水装置。

一种反冲洗式太阳能储水装置，包括保温水箱、微型潜水泵、环形管和喷头，所述保温水箱的两端分别安装有排气阀和上下水管道、溢流管，所述环形管至少安装在保温水箱的内部一端，在所述环形管上间隔开有喷孔，所述喷头安装在喷孔上，所述喷头向保温水箱的内壁倾斜，所述微型潜水泵固定在保温水箱内，所述微型潜水泵与环形管相接，可以向环形管内泵入水；在需要对保温水箱进行清洗的时候，启动微型潜水泵将水泵入环形管内，在水压的作用下水从喷头喷出，向保温水箱内的内壁冲洗，起到清洗保温水箱的作用。
所述环形管为金属管，焊接在保温水箱的内端壁上，结构牢固。
所述微型潜水泵固定在保温水箱内底部。
所述保温水箱上设有一透明观察窗，可以查看到保温水箱的内部状况。
所述保温水箱包括外壳、内胆和设在外壳与内胆之间的保温层，所述保温层包括玻纤层和复合在玻纤层两面的PU层，该结构的保温层保温效果好，使用时间长。
所述保温水箱的内壁上焊接有铜片，可以增加保温水箱内水的换热面积，提高热能的利用率。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构设计合理，能够水箱进行清洗，避免拆卸清洗的缺陷，同时改变保温层结构，提高保温效果，提高热能利用率。

如图1所示，一种反冲洗式太阳能储水装置，包括保温水箱1、微型潜水泵2、环形管3和喷头4，保温水箱1的两端分别安装有排气阀5和上下水管道6、溢流管7，环形管3至少安装在保温水箱1的内部一端，在环形管3上间隔开有喷孔，喷头4安装在喷孔上，喷头4向保温水箱1的内壁倾斜，微型潜水泵2固定在保温水箱1内，微型潜水泵2与环形管3相接，可以向环形管3内泵入水；环形管3为金属管，焊接在保温水箱1的内端壁上，结构牢固，微型潜水泵2固定在保温水箱1内底部。保温水箱1上设有一透明观察窗，可以查看到保温水箱的内部状况。在需要对保温水箱1进行清洗的时候，启动微型潜水泵2将水泵入环形管3内，在水压的作用下水从喷头4喷出，向保温水箱1内的内壁冲洗，起到清洗保温水箱1的作用。保温水箱1包括外壳101、内胆102和设在外壳101与内胆102之间的保温层103，保温层103包括玻纤层和复合在玻纤层两面的PU层，该结构的保温层保温效果好，使用时间长。保温水箱1的内壁上焊接有铜片8，可以增加保温水箱1内水的换热面积，提高热能的利用率。
