Abstract
一种新型焊接面罩，包括有面板，观察窗铁框，滤光玻璃，盒状固定件，支持件等构成。其滤光玻璃紧裹在盒状固定件内，固定件紧扣在观察窗铁框和面板间，组成一个滤光玻璃不易振碎的抗振焊接面罩。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种保护面部和眼睛的焊接面罩。
目前使用的各种焊接面罩，一般由面板、观察窗铁框、滤光玻璃固定片、支持件等组成。它们共同的特点，是在焊接工作中，能有效地隔绝电焊光对焊接者面部和眼睛的伤害。但现有焊接面罩有一个共同的缺点，就是其滤光玻璃在使用中易被振碎。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有抗振能力的焊接面罩。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在观察窗铁框与面板孔中间的滤光玻璃四边，紧裹住一个顶部敞开、底部开孔的盒状固定件，固定件内侧凸台阶与盒底边框之间为滤光玻璃，固定件外侧凸台扣在面板上组成一个焊接面罩。
本实用新型由于其滤光玻璃被固定件裹得紧紧的，依靠固定件的封闭和缓冲作用，滤光玻璃在使用中不会被振碎。
实用新型的具体结构由以下实例及其附图绘出：
图1，是新型焊接面罩外型图；
图2，是观察窗顶视剖视图；
下面结合附图详细说明依据实用新型提出的具体的焊接面罩结构 该焊接面罩包括有面板1、观察窗铁框2、滤光玻璃3、盒状固定件4、支持件5，等构成。
面板1与观察窗铁框2采用铆钉等方式连成一体，在面板1与观察窗铁框2内有一个顶部敞开，底部开孔的盒状固定件4，固定件4的内侧有凸台阶6，其凸台阶6与盒底边框7紧紧裹住滤光玻璃。
固定件的外侧有凸台阶8，凸台阶8紧扣住面板1而被固定在观察窗铁框2内，从而构成一个具有抗振能力的新型焊接面罩。
Claims (3)
1、一种新型焊接面罩，包括有面板，观察窗铁框，滤光玻璃，盒状固定件，支持件等装置，其特征在于：
盒状固定件为一顶部敞开，底部有孔的盒状固定件。
2、根据权利要求1，所述的焊接面罩，具特征是盒状固定件包括有内侧四壁上的凸台阶，外侧壁上的凸台阶。
3、根据权利要求1，所述的焊接面罩，其特征是盒状固定件内侧凸台阶与盒底四框间有滤光玻璃。
