目前，市场上提供的触头装置一般包括底座和设于底座内的多组灭弧室，灭弧室由左灭弧室和右灭弧室组成，左灭弧室和右灭弧室之间设有触桥，触桥两侧均设有动触点，且触桥一侧设有伸入左灭弧室、另一侧伸入右灭弧室，上述结构中每个灭弧室都单独配备一个盖板，而且带有静触点的触片需要另外装，结构复杂且装配过程繁琐。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单且便于装配的触头装置。
为此，本实用新型是采用如下技术方案来实现的：
一种触头装置，包括底座和设于底座内的多组灭弧室，所述灭弧室由左灭弧室和右灭弧室组成，所述左灭弧室和右灭弧室之间设有触桥，所述触桥两侧均设有动触点，且触桥一侧设有伸入左灭弧室、另一侧伸入右灭弧室，其特征是：所述左灭弧室上设有一体成型设计的左盖板，所述右灭弧室上设有一体成型设计的右盖板，所述左盖板和右盖板的两侧均设有多个卡扣，所述底座上设有可与卡扣扣合的卡块。
所述左盖板和右盖板相对的一端对应灭弧室的位置均设有开口，所述每个开口均设有触片，所述触片沿左盖板或右盖板的外轮廓弯折，且触片上设有对准动触点的静触点。
采用上述技术方案后，只需将左盖板和右盖板扣合在底座上即可盖住所有灭弧室，而且左盖板和右盖板的开口设有触片，触片沿左盖板或右盖板的外轮廓弯折，触片上设有可对准动触点的静触点，在左盖板和右盖板扣在底座上时静触点对准动触点，不仅结构简单，而且装配方便。

参照图1和图2所示，本实用新型提供的一种触头装置，包括底座1和设于底座1内的多组灭弧室，所述灭弧室由左灭弧室2和右灭弧室3组成，所述左灭弧室2和右灭弧室3之间设有触桥4，所述触桥4两侧均设有动触点5，且触桥4一侧设有伸入左灭弧室2、另一侧伸入右灭弧室3，其特征是：所述左灭弧室2上设有一体成型设计的左盖板6，所述右灭弧室3上设有一体成型设计的右盖板7，所述左盖板6和右盖板7的两侧均设有多个卡扣8，所述底座1上设有可与卡扣8扣合的卡块9，左盖板6和右盖板7相对的一端对应灭弧室的位置均设有开口10，所述每个开口10均设有触片11，所述触片11沿左盖板6或右盖板7的外轮廓弯折，且触片11上设有对准动触点5的静触点12。
在本实施例中，只需将左盖板6和右盖板7扣合在底座1上即可盖住所有灭弧室，而且左盖板6和右盖板7的开口10设有触片11，触片11沿左盖板6或右盖板7的外轮廓弯折，触片11上设有可对准动触点5的静触点12，在左盖板6和右盖板7扣在底座1上时静触点12对准动触点5，不仅结构简单，而且装配方便。
